Abstract

Education institutions, especially universities, can not be separated from the activities that will surely related to academic information. Announcements made automatically by the system in one direction. When the internal information is collected, then the system will do the writing into database that is then processed to be sent to the corresponding number. So the message or information can be delivered quickly. A system used to simultaneously send SMS / Broadcast one them is the SMS Gateway. For now Academic School of Computer Science have yet to implement SMS Gateway application, and for that reason the authors decided to design and build a SMS Gateway Application that will be used as a tool that can help in the management of the notification to immediately. Of these problem led to the idea create web application SMS Gateway, SMS Gateway, and Android Application, which also can perform data management and messaging. The methodology used in the making of appliction is the waterfall methods. Web programming language is php. While android application using java. To view using Jquery, CSS, and Boostrap. MySql for Database. Tool and Editions used is XAMPP for windows 1.7.3, Photoshop, and Android Studio

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce real work based on the need for cloud storage for ease in the company's business processes which in its benefits are intended for file sharing in the e-mail delivery process and provide security for attached files because infrastructure such as servers and storage media are within the scope of the company. The research method that I use is the prototype method, where the author first analyzes the needs and from the results of the analysis the authors design the stages that will be carried out and use UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a software modeling tool developed. The results achieved are that the file sharing facility in cloud storage can be used as a medium for sending large files in the process of sending e-mails by uploading files to be sent into cloud storage to then get the download link to be sent via e-mail to then downloaded by the recipient user, and information security can be better maintained because all infrastructure both from the server and storage media are within the scope of the company, this is done to prevent theft of information by irresponsible parties. The conclusion is that before applying cloud storage, the maximum limit for sending email is only 5 Mb, after cloud storage is implemented at the company, the business process of sending e-mails with large file attachment sizes is not a problem because users can utilize cloud storage facilities, and data security. To be guaranteed because cloud storage infrastructure is within the scope of the company.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology. Information technology can help in producing information systems that are fast, accurate, relevant and timely. information is needed in various sectors that will support developments in all fields and can help solve problems to get the right results. Web-Based Information System for New Student Admissions is a system designed to carry out automatic selection starting from the registration process, the selection process until announcement of the result which is made online and real time based. The online PPDB system is able to satisfy expectations among the people regarding the implementation of new student admission system that are objective, transparent, accountable, quick and accurate. In this Community Service, the focus is on the process of implementation new student admissions (PPDB) which is carried out online. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the online admission process of new students (PPDB) has only been running for a year. This research method uses the Waterfall method. certainly in the process of implementation PPDB online there are still some things that need to be considered. As well as the socialization that was carried out, because not all people understand the existing technology, need specific part in the verification process according to the field of certificate being verified.

Abstract

Car rent is a business entity in the field of four-wheeled rental services (car). the Application Booking Car at Istiqomah Rent Car Cilegon. not yet effective because every data of borrowing, returning, and other daily transactions with its report is still manually written on papers and books, so that the system the not efficient in saving time, energy and materials. This research is made to know current running system, making the system design, and to know the implementation of the system design made. This research is intended to make the web based car rental Application Booking Car at Istiqomah Rent Car Cilegon. The results from studies in Istiqomah Rent Car Cilegon can be concluded that with the construction of the application booking of borrowing and return of cars is expected to assist employees to organite customer’s data, borrowing, repayment and can reduce errors in data recording process and reduce errors in reporting. The methodology used in making this Final Project is to use the Waterfall methodology consisting of the stages of Requirement Analysis, System Design, Coding, Program Testers, Maintenance, while the programming language used is php programming language and for its database using MySql.

Perangkat teknologi dan telekomunikasi berkembang semakin pesat, terutama smartphone. Banyak hal yang dapat diperoleh dari smartphone. Selain memudahkan untuk berkomunikasi satu dengan lainnya, smartphone juga bisa digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih cepat, Aplikasi mobile adalah sebuah aplikasi yang memungkinkan kita melakukan mobilitas dengan menggunakan perlengkapan seperti handphone atau smartphone. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi mobile. Kita dapat melakukan berbagai macam aktifitas mulai dari hiburan, berjualan, belajar, browsing dan lain sebagainya.PT. Senama merupakan perusahaan Dealer sepeda motor Honda yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan jasa setiap hari banyak sepeda motor Honda yang melakukan perawatan berkala di Dealer Senama namun pelayanan informasi servis berkala di PT. Senama  yang diberikan kepada konsumen kurang efektif sehingga konsumen terkadang terlewat dengan  jadwal servis sepeda motornya. Namun masih banyak keluhan dari konsumen terkait pelayanan informasi servis berkala dan lamanya menunggu saat servis, dengan aplikasi mobile ini konsumen dapat lebih mudah untuk mendapatkan informasi servis berkala, dan melakukan boking servis sehingga konsumen tidak harus menunggu lama pada saat servis yang dikarenakan banyaknya antrian servis. Abstract

71' Koperasi Karyawan PT. Nikiomas Gemilang merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan non bank di dalam perusahaan yang berfungsi memberikan pelayanan berupa pinjaman dan tempat menyimpan uang bagi para anggotanya. Misi Koperasi karyawan '71' PT. Nikomas Gemilang yaitu memberikan pelayanan terbaik seperti memberikan pinjaman secara angsuran yang dibayarkan kepada karyawan PT. Nikomas Gemilang yang merupakan anggota dari karyawan Koperasi '71' PT. Nikomas Gemilang. Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data PT. Nikomas Gemilang masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang berdampak pada keterlambatan proses pembayaran baik simpanan maupun cicilan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan bagi karyawan PT. Nikomas Gemilang. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut diperlukan suatu metode perancangan sistem, dan dikembangkan metode waterfall dengan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk pemodelan sistem visual, sedangkan pemrograman yang digunakan menggunakan bahasa dart dengan framework flutter dan database Mysql. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka peneliti akan membuat sebuah aplikasi simpan pinjam berbasis android dengan judul “Desain Aplikasi Simpan Pinjam Koperasi Pegawai‘ 71” PT. Nikomas Gemilang Berbasis Android".

Abstract

ABSTRACT The administration of education in schools that still use manual systems or the use of file elements takes a relatively long time as the administration is not organized. While educational administration activities are a routine activity that aims to facilitate the process of education in schools. For this reason, a solution is needed in solving this problem, namely by designing an education administration system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) the value of student activities that are currently being worked on is still done manually, even though it is computer-aided, but the application is very simple, which is still using Microsoft Office application packages, such as Ms.Word and Ms.Excel. Not to mention the problem of finding data that has been archived or stored in a computer folder will take a long time to get it. Therefore, the author will try to design an information system for student report cards that are object oriented with UML (Unified Modeling Language) at SMK Informatika Sukma Mandiri.

Abstract

The Advances in technology future is growing very rapidly. This can be evidenced by the many innovations that simple, to the modern. Advances in technology are very important for human life, because the technology is one of the supporters of human progress. The method used in this research is a field research, literature and methods Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) which starts with collecting information, data relating to the Decision Support System To Determine Physical Quality and difference between one object to another object in order to obtain a maximum object after it is analyzed to find the problems and shortcomings in the Athlete Selection. These results indicate that the selection of physical Selection basketball athletes often discrepancies with the final result VO2max calculation formula and other formulas and the data is still not computerized so that the other party is still disa recognize these athletes their athletes. The Aims of this research is to develop a system that is still calculations manually into calculation used the Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the physical quality of basketball athletes on the basketball union branch managers throughout Indonesia (PERBASI) district for the performance of the coach / selectors can get a quality athlete. We make this decision support system can cope with the many incompatibilities and data loss can be overcome Athletes. With this system is implemented into a Sport Organization, the determination of the Calculation formula of VO2max and other formulas can be done quickly and accurately.

Abstract

Data from Educators, Education Personnel and Students is not important in the Serang City Education and Culture Office, operations carried out at this institution in the Educators, Education and Student Educations reports, but data collection and preparation of reports from Educators, Education Personnel along with Students used so far are still using data processing applications using manual using Microsoft Excel. This proves to be less effective and efficient in supporting employee productivity in it. Coupled with data provided from schools under the auspices of the Serang City Education and Culture Office, the old school distance was considered far apart. From these considerations raises a discussion to create an application database, which is in it to be able to manage and collect data on educators, education personnel and students. The method used in making this application is the waterfall method. The programming language is php. For display using Jquery and CSS. The database uses MysQL. The tools and editors used are XAMPP for Windows 1.7.3, Photoshop and Notepad ++. Supported by the availability of internet network within the institution. This application will be used as a media controller or data controller for Educators, Education Personnel and Students. Users themselves are divided into 2 levels, namely Administrators or Service Admin and School Users or School Admins. With the presence of Educator applications, Education Personnel and Students in data collection and processing so as to produce reports that are expected to be known easily, quickly and accurately.
