Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas hubungan beban kerja mental operator proses produksi bagian Purified Terephtalic Acid (PTA) di PT. Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur dan mengetahui hubungan beban kerja mental dengan kinerja operator. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap seluruh operator proses produksi yang berjumlah 32 responden. Pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja  perator cenderung tinggi, ini bisa dilihat dari skala jawaban responden terhadap dimensi pengukuran beban kerja yaitu skala jawaban responden tinggi terhadap dimensi beban waktu, skala jawaban responden sangat tinggi terhadap dimensi beban usaha mental dan skala jawaban responden tinggi terhadap dimensi beban tekanan psikologis. H ubungan yang ada antara beban kerja mental terhadap kinerja operator proses produksi menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan diantara keduanya dimana kekuatan hubungannya kuat dan arah hubungannya positif, dengan nilai korelasi koefisien rank spearman-nya yaitu +0,755. Jawaban responden atas variabel beban kerja mental menunjukkan indikasi beban kerja kerja mental yang tergolong tinggi, variabel kinerja juga tergolong tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa operator proses produksi memiliki beban kerja mental yang tinggi dan menghasilkan kinerja yang tinggi. Hasil dari penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kinerja operator dalam kondisi tinggi, hal ini bisa dilihat dari skala  jawaban responden terhadap dimensi pengukuran kinerja yaitu dengan skala jawaban responden sangat tinggi terhadap dimensi kualitas, skala jawaban responden tinggi terhadap dimensi kuantitas, skala jawaban responden tinggi terhadap dimensi penggunaan waktu dalam bekerja, dan skala jawaban responden sangat tinggi terhadap dimensi kerjasama dalam bekerja. Dengan demikian tidak dilakukan perbaikan dalam hal kinerja. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja Mental, Kinerja Operator, Korelasi Rank Spearman

Abstract

PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, menjadi salah satu produsen baja di Indonesia. Salah satu produknya adalah Cold Rolled Coil (CRC). Cold Rolled Coil tersebut harus melalui proses pencucian pada Continuous Pickling Line (CPL). Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu diterapkan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi serta menggunakan teknik Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) untuk mengukur kinerja mesin, dan untuk mencari penyebab ketidakefektifan mesin dilakukan perhitungan Six Big Losses. Berdasarkan perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness di Continuous Pickling Line (CPL) pada tahun 2021 sebesar 32,75 %. Nilai OEE tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kerugian dari analisa Six Big Losses dan dibuatkan Diagram Pareto untuk menjadi acuan perbaikan. Kerugian terbesar adalah Reduce Speed Losses 69,10 % dan Equipment Failure Losses 19,66 %. Lalu dibuatkan Diagram Fishbone untuk disusun rancangan perbaikan dengan 5W+1H dan hasilnya terdapat 14 usulan perbaikan Reduce Speed Losses dan 12 usulan perbaikan Equipment Failure Losses.

Abstract

PT. Krakatau Osaka Steel is a company engaged in the manufacturing industry which produces Reinforcement Bar, for the product under study, namely S36, which experienced an increase in product defects with dimensions that did not meet standards. The aim of this research is to determine optimal parameters to reduce product defects in S36 products. This research was conducted using the Taguchi method. The Taguchi method can be used in companies to evaluate a process or product that is not yet efficient so that a process or the results of the product produced can be maximized. The setting parameters used are rolling speed (s) and raw material heating time (s), the standards of which have not yet been determined. Data was collected by conducting parameter experiments and analyzed using Minitab 20 software. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the most influential parameter is rolling speed and the optimal parameter for defective product results with the largest S/N Ratio value is at level 2 for rolling speed. namely -1.915 with a speed of 50 seconds and level 3 for heating time, namely -2.401 with a heating time of 3000 seconds. So, the optimal improvement proposal is to set parameters of 50 seconds for rolling speed and 3000 seconds for heating time.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the quality control of wood pallet products at PT. Azdhi Kayu Kreasi by using the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) approaches. The problem faced by the company is the high level of product defects that can reduce customer satisfaction and increase production costs. The RCA method is used to identify the root cause of product defects, while SPC is used to monitor and control the production process. Data were collected through field observations, interviews, questionnaires, and internal company documentation. The data were analyzed using P charts, Pareto diagrams, and fishbone diagrams. The results showed that the main cause of product defects was wood cracking, which was caused by factors such as poor raw material quality, production process errors, and unsuitable environmental conditions. The implementation of RCA and SPC proved effective in identifying and reducing the causes of product defects. By making improvements to the production process and selecting better raw materials, the product defect rate can be significantly reduced. This research makes a practical contribution to the company in improving product quality and production process efficiency.

Abstract

Metode pembayaran non tunai semakin digemari oleh masyarakat. Sebagai metode pembayaran non tunia (cashless payment), Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) merupakan salah satu metode pembayaran digital yang sedang hype di masyarakat. Penggunaannya yang mudah, cepat dan aman, menjadikan QRIS gampang diterima oleh seluruh kalangan masyarakat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan produktivitas pelaku UMKM melalui kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). Tahapan kegiatan terdiri dari: 1). Survey pendahuluan; 2) Tahapan persiapan; 3). Pelatihan; 4) pendampingan dan 5). Evaluasi. Analisa SWOT pada tahap penentuan tema PKM berdasarkan hasil studi awal dengan mitra di lokasi PKM. Tahap persiapan dilanjutkan dengan tahapan pelatihan dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode mentoring, resources sharing dan Pelatihan (workshop). Hasil Kegiatan berdasarkan evaluasi dari hasil kuisioner pre-test dan post-test pada kegiatan PKM adalah ada peningkatan pemahaman setelah mengikuti pelatihan. Peningkatan pemahaman pada keterbatasan pemanfaatan QRIS pada proses transaksi sebesar 29%. Peningkatan produktivitas dan ekonomi sebesar 64%. Secara keseluruhan Peningkatan produktivitas dan ekonomi dengan pelatihan pada bidang usaha makanan/ kuliner dengan signifikan.Implikasi manajerial dari kegiatan PKM dapat diterapkan pada bidang usaha lain sebagai upaya mendukung program peningkatan ekonomi digital

Abstract

Chain Grate Boiler is a vital production engine driver in a factory environment, steam boilers are highly expected for their performance and reliability. Based on history in 2018-2021 boilers in the power plant division experienced an increase in damage or breakdown from the previous year as much as 16 times. Components in chain grate boilers such as chain grate, electric motors, slage conveyors and steam pipelines on the preheater and superheater lines, the main problem of this research is how to reduce the breakdown of Chain Grate Boiler equipment, how to repair and maintain it by analyzing using the FMEA and FTA methods that aims to determine the highest damage value or Risk Priority Number. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the highest value of damage to the chain grate boiler equipment was in the chain grate part which produced an RPN value of 486 points which was the highest value of the other equipment analyzed. Furthermore, to find out the root of the problem using the FTA method where four problems were found, namely: understanding of each operator is different, fuel scarcity, purchasing of spare parts indented, and regulation of budget constraints. From these results the researchers got suggestions for improvements using 5W + 1H, namely by evaluating and retraining boiler operators, using different fuels such as household waste, purchasing spare parts with good quality that does not take long and focusing the purchase budget for chain grate boiler equipment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Intensity of using Instagram, and Positive shopping emotion on Impulsive buying online on Y generations of Instagram social media users. Data analysis was performed on 150 respondents' from Y generation as buyers of convenience and shopping goods. Data analysis using regression with smartPLS software version 3.3.2 which was used to test the three hypotheses in this study. The results of data analysis show that the effect of the intensity of using Instagram to impulsive buying online and positive shopping emotion, and positive shopping emotion to impulsive buying online are significant among Y generation.
