Abstract

Abstrak: Ibadah haji adalah salah satu rukun Islam, yang diwajibkan oleh Allah atas setiap orang muslim sekali dalam hidupnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat ada beberapa persoalan haji sesuai perkembangan zaman yang perlu dibahas diantaranya, tentang Miqat, Mahram bagi wanita yang melaksanakan haji, Thawaf ifadhah bagi wanita haidh. Penelitian ini berdasarkan teori-teori dalam ilmu Fiqh dan ilmu hadits agar mencapai pemahaman yang komprohensif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang datanya bersumber dari perpustakaan dan beberapa kitab-kitab ilmu Fiqh dan ilmu hadits. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan dengan metode tahkrij. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa miqat bersifati ijtihadi dapat berubah sesuai perkembangan zaman dan mempertimbangkan kemaslahatan. Untuk persoalan bagi jama’ah haji perempuan yang tidak disertai mahram nya diperbolehkan asalkan dapat terjamin keamanannya. Dan untuk jama’ah haji perempuan yang sedang haid dapat mengikuti Thawaf Ifadhah dengan ketentuan tertentu. Kata kunci: mahram Miqad, Thawaf Ifadhah, Haid

Abstract

This article aimed to study one of the phenomenological approaches proposed by Richard C. Martin. Religion is a complicated thing to be studied. Since Islam as a multi-dimensional religion requires a comprehensive study through methods and approaches. Generally, Richard C. Martin stated that religion is a social phenomenon that arises or is intentionally raised to regulate the goodness of human life. Commonly, this kind of approach is still unacceptable, but it should be considered as a research object for academics (khawas). Especially in Islamic education academics. The authors employed library research method to further elaborate on Richard C. Martin's thought in his phenomenological approach. The approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach.

Abstract

The research aims to see to what extent giving punishment from Imam Al-Ghazali's perspective can influence student learning outcomes, and the relevance of giving punishment in the modern era. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach based on observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the application of Al-Ghazali's theory regarding punishment has been used indirectly, although this theory is not yet fully understood by educators at SMA N 3 Sungai Full. The punishment given is following the principles taught by Al-Ghazali. The punishment applied has been proven to be able to increase the learning motivation of most students, although there are challenges such as the helplessness of punishment in some cases. This research concludes that punishment in education needs to be applied wisely and that the principles of Islamic education must be followed to affect student development positively.

Abstract

This study aims to classify and understand the variations and types of ethnobotany found in the seven-monthly religious rituals of the Kerinci people. This study is a type of qualitative research that uses descriptive methods. The research informants consisted of indigenous figures, religious figures, and members of the Kerinci community. Samples were taken from these various circles using the purpositive method of sampling.
