Abstract

This article examines the problem of the literary composition of Laksita Jati music as a script for the final assignment of postgraduate students in the art creation program of the Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Surakarta. The focus of the study is centered on whether the final project text is part of the aesthetic practices of the co-operative aesthetic or adds weight to the music created? As intellectual property, the manuscript is one of the graduation conditions whose values are parallel to the work itself. With such importance, ideally, the music creation script should be able to describe the entire process until its production is comprehensive. In other words, this art creation script must be able to reflect the quality or weight of the work presented. However, if judging from the standardized system and format of writing, the text may be a fetter of creativity (cooperative regime) for creators who have a personal aesthetic orientation and vision. The assumption is that by referring to a systematic writing format often traps the writer to get absorbed in formalistic writing rules rather than writing the substance of his work itself. The author, in this case, is more concerned with the structure of writing than on content. Another argument is that if we look at the contents of the script, which is a reflection of overall performance, it is not impossible to be used to see the quality of music that students create. This study uses Bartes' synchronous and semiotic acceptance method, "Death of the author." to analyze and overcome the problems in this study. The result, besides showing how the values (taksu) of Laksita Jati music, also revealed the existence of a little aesthetic regime practices in writing scripts for the creation of art.

Abstract

This article examines the artistry of a composer named Aloysius Suwardi. This composer, who grew up in the Javanese gamelan music tradition, has produced musical compositions and created musical instruments as a means/medium to express it on the journey of his creativity. His works have been staged in various forums or world music festivals. The musical instruments he has created fill the laboratory spaces to create his musical compositions. Two musical ensembles that have been created are Gamelan Genta and Gamelan Planet Harmonic. These two musical instruments complement the many personal musical instruments he has created, such as the vibrander, tering, gerendang, and other musical instruments. Regarding the two ensembles, this article examines the aspects of the creation process. For example, how did Al Suwardi choose the materials used, how to make them, to how he determined the barrel system for these tools. In terms of compositing, this article examines how Al Suwardi started his work, his models of creation, and how he composes his works until they are declared final. The gragas and dridis creeds and Nunggak Semi's concept are the main topics in this composition creation model. Both creeds and concepts have ushered in the landscape of making Al Suwardi's musical compositions expand, from the gamelan tradition to more contemporary models of music creation

Abstract

The advancement of human civilisation and the development of the global economy in various fields has now entered Indonesia with various new digital-based technologies and is currently known as the industrial era 4.0 which is based on cyber physical systems. Digitalisation in various fields is currently also intensively carried out in the tourism sector which is one of the country's foreign exchange boosters. Indonesia's tourism development is supported by adequate human resources and the diversity of natural resources which is an added value in order to sedate tourists to visit tourist destinations in Indonesia. The tourism village will later become an independent tourism village with sustainable tourism village certification. The assistance is carried out through the development of Human Resources in the management of tourist villages, product development or travel patterns, and digital development. In the management of digitalisation-based Independent Tourism Villages, the 7 destinations have used websites as a marketing communication medium. With the existence of digital technology-based marketing communication, many Tourism Villages are now increasingly recognised by the wider community across time and space. Marketing communication through websites is one of the right strategies for tourism businesses because it is a more efficient and effective media display and has a positive significance for the tourism sector.
