Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Ingin mengetahui seberapa besar tingat ketuntasan kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK aspek: (a) pengetahuan praktik, (b) pengetahuan kewirausahaan, (c) sikap kewirausahaan, (d) keterampilan, (e) pembuatan proposal usaha, (2) Ingin mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat keaktifan guru dalam mengajar pada aspek: (a) pendahuluan, (b) kegiatan inti, (c) penutup dan (d) penggunaan bahasa , (3) Ingin mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat keaktifan siswa dalam belajar pada aspek: (a) konsentrasi siswa saat pembelajaran, (b) mencatat, (c) bertanya kepada guru, (d) menjawab pertanyaan guru, (e) mengemukakan pendapat dan (f) penggunaan bahasa. Metode penelitian digunakan Penelitian dan Pengembangan dari Borg Gall. yaitu: (1) Penelitian, untuk mengumpulkan data tentang produk yang akan dikembangkan, (2) Pengembangan, untuk menganalisis produk melalui pembelajaran di kelas. Model pembelajaran digunakan Model DCRAH (Discovery, Concept Development, Resourcing, Actualizing dan Harvesting) dari Universitas Ciputra Surabaya. Penelitian dilakukan di SMKN 2 Pengasih Kulonprogo. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII Paket Keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Batu dan Beton. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Tingkat ketuntasan kesiapan berwirausaha siswa SMK aspek: (a) pengetahuan praktek adalah tuntas (Mean= 78,33),(b)    pengetahuan kewirausahaan (Mean= 79,49), (c) sikap (Mean= 77,57), (d) keterampilan (Mean= 83,62), (e) pembuatan proposal usaha (Mean= 83,54) , (2) Tingkat keaktifan guru dalam mengajar pada aspek: (a) pendahuluan dalam kategori aktif, (b) kegiatan inti dalam kategori aktif,penutup dalam kategori sangat aktif dan (d) penggunaan bahasa dalam kategori aktif, (3) Tingkat keaktifan siswa dalam belajar pada aspek: (a) konsentrasi siswa saat pembelajaran dalam kategori aktif, (b) mencatat dalam kategori aktif, (c) bertanya kepada guru dalam kategori aktif, (d) menjawab pertanyaan guru dalam kategori aktif, (e) mengemukakan pendapat dalam kategori aktif dan (f) penggunaan bahasa dalam kategori aktif.

Abstract

Proses pemasakan ikan kembung umumnya hanya di goreng dan di pepes. Jumlah ikan kembung yang melimpah dan murah, berpotensi dikembangkan ikan kembung asap sehingga lebih tahan lama. Salah satu upaya untuk mengangkat citra ikan asap agar digemari banyak kalangan, maka diperlukan inovasi, yaitu ikan kembung asap aroma buah stroberi dan aroma daun jeruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat kesukaan masyarakat terhadap ikan kembung asap dengan aroma buah stroberi dan aroma daun jeruk. Metode yang digunakan uji kesukaan (Hedonik) dengan 100 panelis tidak terlatih. Penelitian dilakukan dengan 3 tahap, yaitu (1) pembuatan pasta stroberi dan pasta daun jeruk, (2) proses pengasapan dengan pasta stroberi dan pasta daun dan (3). Uji hedonik. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25 untuk mengetahui tingkat kesukaan penelis terhadap ikan kembung asap aroma buah stroberi  dan daun jeruk dengan masing-masing konsentrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ikan kembung asap aroma jdaun jeruk paling disukai oleh panelis dengan skor tertinggi yaitu 5.00 dibandingkan dengan  aroma stroberi mendapatkan skor 4.02. Ikan kembung rasa daun jeruk lebih disukai oleh panelis dengan skor 3.86 dibandingkan dengan rasa stroberi dengan skor 3.62. Berdasarkan uji kesukaan, ikan kembung asap dengan pasta daun jeruk memiliki aroma dan rasa yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan ikan kembung asap menggunakan pasta stroberi.

Abstract

Abstract This action research aims to: (1) generally to improve learning quality of the Engineering Mechanics I Subject for the Building Engineering Education in the Building Engineering Education Department, Faculty of Engineering, the State University of Yogyakarta, for graduated quality improvement, (2) specifically to observe the learning strategy effectiveness of the Engineering Mechanics I Subject through intensity and effectiveness improvement of quiz form practices. The research is a classroom action research. The observation tools use: (1) lecture attendance sheets, (2) observation sheets, and (3) score sheet to note quiz score. The evaluation was conducted using a form-form test. The data analysis uses descriptive statistics to figure out the data condition of interval and transferred data. The research result indicates that: (1) By conducting lectures accompanied by quiz tests for the Engineering Mechanics Subject, the learning achievement will increase, (2) some test-test treatments indicate  that the score achievement tends to increase, (3) Viewed from motivation and student interrelation aspects, the learning activity which always conduct test-tests indicates a dynamic learning atmosphere and inducing a high learning motivation, (4) the learning activity which always conduct tests-tests impacts the students always being ready to participate (more intense) on the delivered lectures, and (5) the faced handicap is it requires a subject problem-bank. Abstract

This study was aimed at obtaining a pratical and effective Entrepreneurship-Loaded Productive Learning model (ELPL model) for graduates of the building construction department of the vocational schools to become entrepreneurs of their expertises as technopreneurs. The study was research and development, focused on developing ELPL model. It was done through the following phases: review of the existing models, needs assessment for model development; third, evaluation of model implementability, revision of the ELPL draft, and limited try-out of the ELPL model in Grade XII of the Wood Construction of Vocational School 2, Pengasih, Kulon Progo. Findings show that the ELPL model is implementable for learning, practical, and effective to develop the entrepreneurship skills of the XII grade students in the Wood Construction Subjects at SMK 2 Pengasih, related to their expertise as technopreneurs. PPBK model is feasible to use in teaching and learning processPENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PRODUKTIF BERMUATAN KEWIRAUSAHAANPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran kemampuan produktif bermuatan kewirausahaan (model PPBK) yang efektif dalam membekali lulusan SMK Program Keahlian Teknik Bangunan untuk menjadi wirausahawan sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya sebagai technopreneur. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research Development). Penelitian berorientasi pada pengembangan produk yaitu model PPBK. Penelitian dilakukan melalui lima tahapan yaitu: kajian model pembelajaran kemampuan produktif yang telah dilaksanakan, asesmen kebutuhan pengembangan model, penilaian keterlaksanaan model, revisi draf model PPBK, dan uji coba model PPBK. Uji coba model dilakukan  secara terbatas pada Kelas XII Paket Keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu di SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih, Kulon Progo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model PPBK yang dikembangkan terbukti dapat diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran. Model PPBK praktis dan efektif untuk memberikan bekal kemampuan berwirausaha bagi siswa SMK Kelas XII Paket Keahlian Teknik Konstruksi Kayu di SMK Negeri 2 Pengasih sesuai dengan bidang keahliannya sebagai technopreneur. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to investigate the permeability of mortar mixed withceramic tile powder, in order to find alternative filler material that can slow thepermeability speed of mortar.This experimental research used 120 samples in four categories of fillercomposition (0%, 35 %,37.5 % and 40 %). Mortar with composition of 1 cement: 4 sand : 0 ceramic tile powder (by weight) was used as control variable.Descriptive and statistical methods were used to analyse the results of thisresearch. The statistical analysis includes the value of mean (M) and standarddeviation (SO).From the results, it can be concluded that there were significant differencesregarding the value of permeability among the composition variations. Themaximum permeability could be reached by the mortar with composition of 1cement : 4 sand : 35 % ceramic tile powder and followed by the mortar withcomposition of 1 cement: 4 sand: 37.5 % ceramic tile powder and 1 cement: 4sand: 40% ceramic tile powder.Keyword: mortar filler, ceramic file powder, permeability

Abstract

Drafting competence using Computer Aided Design (CAD) is required for building projects. The basic competence of CAD courses is students can draw elevation houses with CAD. To improve the effectiveness of learning, it has been developed a CAD learning module. This study was aimed to identify the utilization strategy of the CAD learning module to improve self-regulated learning. It is believed that increasing self-regulated learning can improve learning achievement. This research method consisted of four cycles: plan, action, observation, and reflection. The data were in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Data collecting techniques were observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used mean scores and reflection. The target was the mean score of classical tasks which is bigger than 80 in high difficult tasks. The results of the study were (1) there were differences in learning achievement in applying the concept of self-regulated learning with a collaborative approach and an individualistic approach, (2) self-regulated learning concepts with collaborative approach is more appropriate for the CAD module-based learning, and (3) the concept self-regulated learning with collaborative approach can improve learning achievement.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims at: (1) finding out the teacher efforts to integrate entrepreneurship learning in vocational schools into the curriculum in order to create effective learning process based on the national standard of the education and learning process, (2) finding out the entrepreneurship learning model in vocational schools which is able to give illustration process and resulting in significant entrepreneurship education showing the benefits than theothers models. This study was using survey method. The study was conducted in vocational schools around Yogyakarta Special Region. The study was in March until October 2012. The samples of the study were SMKN 1 Temanggung, SMKN IV Surakarta and SMKN 1 Buduran, Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques were (1) observation and (2) questionnaire. The instrument development was from the main variable, i.e. the effort of entrepreneurship learning. The instrument validation was using content and construction validation. Content validation was using to measure the content accuracy of the entrepreneurship learning model aspects while the construction validation was to know the internal consistency. For the reliability, the researchers employed correlation statistic of product moment. The data analysis technique was descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the research were: (1) teachers’ effort to integrate entrepreneurship learning into curriculum to meet the national standard can be categorized as “on progression”, (2) there were some examples of entrepreneurship learning models in vocational schools that were able to show the illustration process and resulted in significant entrepreneurship education, such as: (a) Entrepreneurship Laboratory Model of SMKN IV Surakarta, (b) Project Work Model of SMKN 1 Buduran, Sidoarjo, and (c) Entrepreneurship Bench Mark Learning Model of SMKN 1 Temanggung.Keywords: Learning Effort, Entrepreneurship Learning Method.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) ditemukan upaya-upaya guru agar pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum sehingga terjadi proses pembelajaran yang efektif sesuai dengan standar nasional proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran, (2) ditemukan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK yang dapat memberikan ilustrasi proses dan hasil pendidikan kewirausahaan yang secara signifikan menunjukkan keunggulan dibandingkan dengan yang lainnya.Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Tempat penelitian di SMK-SMK di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya.Waktu penelitian bulan Maret 2012 sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2012.Sampel penelitian SMKN I Temanggung, SMKN IV Surakarta, SMKN I Buduran, Sidoarjo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan: (1) observasi, (2) angket. Pengembangan instrument dari variabel pokok yaitu upaya pembelajaran kewirausahaan.Validitas instrument digunakan validitas isi dan validitas konstruksi.Validitas isi untuk mengukur ketepatan isi dari aspek-aspek model pembelajaran kewirausahaan.Sedangkan validitas konstruksi untuk mengukur konsistensi internal. Reliabilitas digunakan  statistik  korelasi product momen. Metode analisis data digunakan analisis statistik diskriptif.Simpulan penelitian: (1) upaya guru agar pembelajaran pendidikan kewirausahaan dapat menyatu ke dalam kurikulum sehingga sesuai dengan bunyi standar nasional secara keseluruhan dalam katagori diupayakan, (2) tersedia beberapa contoh model pembelajaran kewirausahaan di SMK yang dapat memberikan ilustrasi proses dan hasil pendidikan kewirausahaan yang secara signifikan menunjukkan keunggulan dibandingkan dengan yang lainnya, yaitu: (a) Entrepreneurship Laboratory Model di SMK N IV Surakarta, (b) Project WorkModel SMK N 1 Buduran, Sidoarjo, dan (c) Entrepreneurship Bench Mark Learning Model SMK N 1 Temanggung.Kata kunci: Upaya pembelajaran, Model pembelajaran kewirausahaan.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to develop entrepreneurial culture and to acquire the entrepreneurial culture development model in Vocational High Schools. The first stage is prototype development consisting of: (1) literature review (2) prototype development (3) prototype revision using Focussed Group Discussion (FGD), (4) manual and mapping instruments development (5) validation and verification through FGD, (6) self-evaluation and planning (7) experiment. Meanwhile, the second stage was the final to examine the effectiveness of the model consisting of: (1) model socialization (2) manual and instrument models validation through FGD, (3) self-evaluation and entrepreneurial culture development planning,(4) experiment, (5) revision and the manual for implementation, (6) model dissemination. The results of this study were (1) the entrepreneurial culture could be developed through internalization of entrepreneurship values into school culture, (2) the internalization of entrepreneurial characters includes: (a) mind-set (b) heart-set (c) action-set, (3) the approaches used in the internalization were figures, culture, and structures approaches, (4) the school culture as the target of the internalization consists of three layers, namely: (a) artifacts layer (b) the values and beliefs layers, (c) the assumption layer.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) memperkecil kesenjangan kompetensi lulusan dengan dunia industri pada praktik kerja batu dan beton, (2) meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengajaran dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas lulusan. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey dilanjutkan dengan penelitian tindakan kelas. Waktu penelitian selama empat bulan. Tempat penelitian di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan Fakultas Teknik, UNY. Populasi dan sampel diambil satu kelas pembelajaran Praktik Kerja Batu dan Beton. Sedangkan subyek penelitian ditetapkan mahasiswa semester II, tahun ajaran 2008/2009. Rancangan instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai berikut: (1) instrumen pengembangan model instruksional PMM, (2) instrumen untuk mengukur dampak instruksional. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Jenis-jenis pekerjaan (perkembangan) di dunia kerja praktik kerja batu dan beton dapat diidentifikasi sebagai berikut: a. Pasangan batu bata persilangan ½ batu ikatan stretcer bond, b. Pasangan tegel porselin dinding dengan semen portlan MU (Mortar Utama), c. Pembuatan asesoris dari gip-sum, d. Praktik wall-paper, e. Praktik plafon gip-sum, f. Pratik Beton Pre-cast, g. Praktik Beton Ready-Mix. (2) Melalui pelaksanaan pembelajaran desain instruksional Project Minerva Model berbasis Contextual Teaching Learning dapat di tingkatkan kompetensi mata kuliah praktik kerja batu dan beton di Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Sipil Perencanaan, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Dari hasil penilaian semua mahasiswa mendapatkan nilai A. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena praktik pemasangan keraton memang merupakan teknologi tepat guna pemasangan lantai dari keramik komposit, sehingga ketika mahasiswa melaksanakan pratik pemasangan keraton motivasi praktik mereka meningkat.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were: (1) to formulate a multimedia-based integrated learning model of concrete construction and entrepreneurship and, (2) to measure the improvement of the students’ entrepreneurial spiritby implementing this developed integrated learning model in the classroom. This study was classified as a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group design. A pretest, treatment, andposttest were presented to the experimental and control groups. This study was conducted in 8 meetings at the Stone Installation and Concrete Constructionworkshop, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Data were collected through tests to measure students' competence in entrepreneurship and Concrete Construction. The Concrete Construction skills were measured through product assessment. Testing of the validity and the reliability of the instruments used expert judgment and Cronbach Alpa respectively. Data were analyzed with a statistical t-test, with consideration of (a) the data normality, and (2) the homogeneity for the variance of each data group. This study concluded: (1) the integrated learning model was successfully formulated (2) there were positive and significant differences in the students' entrepreneurial spirit between the students treated with the developed integrated learning model and the students treated with the conventional learning model.
