Abstract

Abstract Education has an important role in facing the challenges of life, especially for humans in everyday life. Education as an effort to develop the ability of individual potentials so as to live optimally both as a person and as a member of society and have the moral and social as a guide of his life. The ultimate goal of an education cannot be separated from learning outcomes. Learning outcomes obtained by students are one indicator of the success of students in class in participating in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of motor motion on cooperative learning type SAVI assisted media crank on the theme of 8 subtema 1 to the results of the fourth grade students of SDN 1 Bulak Subdistrict Rowosari Kendal. Data analysis technique used is description of analysis with simple linear regression test. The results showed that motor movement variable on cooperative learning type SAVI have an effect on student learning outcomes.  Keywords: Motion Motion, Cooperative Learning Type SAVIAbstrakPendidikan mempunyai peranan penting dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan khususnya bagi manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pendidikan sebagai upaya mengembangkan kemampuan potensi individu sehingga bisa hidup optimal baik sebagai pribadi maupun sebagai anggota masyarakat serta memiliki moral-moral dan sosial sebagai pedoman hidupnya. Tujuan akhir sebuah pendidikan tidak lepas dari hasil belajar. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa merupakan salah satu indikator keberhasilan siswa di kelas dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gerak motorik pada pembelajara kooperatif tipe SAVI berbantu media engklek pada tema 8 subtema 1 terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 1 Bulak Kecamatan Rowosari Kendal. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi analisis dengan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara signifkan variabel gerak motorik pada pembelajaran kooperatif tipe SAVI berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Kata Kunci : Gerak Motorik, Pembelajaran Kooperatif  Tipe SAVI

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the learning styles of high-achieving students at Sembungharjo 01 State Elementary School, Genuk Subdistrict, Semarang City. This research is a qualitative research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that nine outstanding students at Sembungharjo 01 State Elementary School in Genuk Subdistrict have a combination of visual learning styles, auditorial learning styles, and kinesthetic learning styles. However, each outstanding student has a different learning style tendency. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that two students have visual learning style tendencies, four students have auditorial learning style tendencies, and three students have kinesthetic learning style tendencies. Complete infrastructure facilities from schools and learning methods used by teachers are factors that influence learning styles and student achievement.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik tidak membuat catatan dan rangkuman pelajaran, peserta didik tidak bersemangat mengikuti pelajaran jika materi yang disampaikan tidak dipahami. Pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung sedikit sekali peserta didik yang aktif untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan memberikan pertanyaan sebagai umpan balik dalam belajar, disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman peserta didik terhadap materi pelajaran yang berawal dari kurangnya minat peserta didik untuk membaca materi pelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterampilan berkomunikasi peserta didik dalam pembelajaran tema 6 subtema 1 dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SDN Lempongsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan bentuk One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi yang dijadikan objek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas III SDN Lempongsari. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 peserta didik dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling yaitu sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Setelah dilakukan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam pembelajaran tematik dengan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas III SDN Lempongsari. Artinya kemampuan komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh peserta didik memiliki hubungan dengan hasil pembelajaran tematik dari peserta didik kelas III.

Abstract

Pemahaman konsep Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di tingkat sekolah dasar masih terhitung rendah. Hal ini terlihat dari sejumlah peserta didik yang kurang sepenuhnya memahami konsep tersebut, terutama mereka yang memperoleh skor di bawah Kriteria Ketercapaian Tujuan Pembelajaran (KKTP). Kesulitan ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya variasi dalam model pembelajaran yang diimplementasikan guru, serta minimnya persiapan yang dilakukan sebelum proses mengajar. Penelitian ini guna mengukur pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap pemahaman konsep Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) peserta didik kelas V SDN Sendangmulyo 02. Populasi dalam riset ini mencakup segenap peserta didik kelas VB yang berjumlah 28 orang. Sample yang dipergunakan ialah cara sampling jenuh, di mana segenap anggota populasi dipilih sebagai sample. Untuk menyatukan data, mengaplikasikan teknik tes. Analisis data dilaksanakan melalui uji paired sample t-test. Perolehan penelitian memperlihatkan skor signifikansi 0,045 < 0,05 yang mengindikasikan adanya impak signifikan dari model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning) terhadap pemahaman konsep Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) peserta didik.

Abstract

Rendahya hasil belajar peserta didik salah satunya disebabkan oleh rendahnya minat anak karena kurangnya variasi model pembelajaran dan media. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kefektifan model pembelajaran PBL berbantuan alat peraga edukatif bangun datar terhadap hasil belajar kognitif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan pre-experimental design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di di kelas 1 SDN Tawang Mas 01 Semarang dengan jumlah subjek 28 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji normalitas dan uji efektivitas. Hasil analisis data didapatkan rata-rata pre-test yaitu 52,1 dan hasil post-test 80,89, menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai signifikan >0,05 dan hasil uji paired sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai < 0,05. Sehingga berdasarkan kaidah pengambilan keputusan diperoleh bahwa terdapat pebedaan hasil belajar kognitif matematika sebelum dan sesudah peneapan model pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan alat peraga edukatif. Rata-rata dari skor N-Gain sebesar 0,6238, sehingga termasuk kategori sedang dan presentase dari N-Gain sebesar 62,3781, yang menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika menggunakan PBL berbantuan alat peraga edukatif cukup efektif untuk hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by a food chain tower diorama in enhancing the creative thinking abilities of fifth-grade students in the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subject at SDN Kalicari 02 Semarang. Theoretical framework: Theoretically, creative thinking is an essential 21st-century skill that allows students to generate innovative ideas and solutions. PBL provides a contextual, student-centered framework that promotes active inquiry, collaboration, and higher-order thinking. Literature review: Previous research has shown that PBL models, when integrated with visual learning media, can significantly improve learning outcomes and student engagement. Methods: This study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects consisted of 27 fifth-grade students. The research instrument was a set of 10 open-ended essay questions that had passed tests of validity, reliability, difficulty level, and discrimination index. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments to measure students' creative thinking abilities before and after the intervention. Results: The results demonstrated a significant improvement in student performance. The average pretest score of 72.78 increased to 87.22 in the posttest. A paired sample t-test revealed a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores. Moreover, the N-Gain score averaged 0.5434 (54.34%), which falls into the moderate category, suggesting that the learning intervention was effective in improving creative thinking skills. Implications: The findings imply that the combination of the PBL model with diorama media provides a powerful tool for stimulating creativity in primary school students, particularly in understanding abstract scientific concepts such as food chains. Novelty: This study’s novelty lies in the integration of a concrete visual diorama with problem-based instruction in the IPAS context, which has been less explored in elementary education research. It serves as a reference for teachers seeking innovative strategies to foster creativity through contextual and student-centered learning.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of diorama learning media in improving students' learning outcomes in the hydrological cycle material in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) grade IV SDN Kalicari 02 Semarang. Theoretical framework: This research is based on Edgar Dale's theoretical framework, which states that the use of concrete media provides a richer learning experience and improves students' understanding of abstract concepts. In this context, diorama media is considered to be able to present a three-dimensional visualization of the water cycle process, thus making learning easier to understand and interesting for elementary school students. Literature review:  A literature review shows that concrete media such as dioramas can increase learning effectiveness by stimulating multisensory learning activities and building a more meaningful understanding. In addition, the use of media that is by the characteristics of students can increase motivation, involvement, and absorption of the material. Methods: The research method used is quasi-experimental with a Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects consisted of 27 students of grade IV A. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis was carried out using normality tests and paired sample t-tests. Results: The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, namely the average pretest score of 44.07 increased to 55.22 in the posttest, with a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05). Implications: The implications of this study show that diorama media can be an effective learning solution for abstract materials, especially at the elementary education level. Novelty: this research lies in the application of diorama media as a concrete tool in science learning that combines science and social concepts, as well as empirically testing its effectiveness in the context of public elementary schools with limited resources.
