Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effect spirit of work, discipline, and monitoring of work to performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan. The population in this study were all employees of the production of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan totaling 146 people. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the spirit of work, discipline of work, and monitoring significant effect on the performance of employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan, spirit of work significant effect on employee performance, disciplined work significantly influence employee performance, monitoring significant effect on employee performance. So it is expected to employees in order to increase knowledge and skills of the existing work in the company. Companies must pay attention to and improve employee spirit of work again so that the employee's performance can be improved further. Moreover, it also can make employees more satisfied in performing his job is to give appropriate salary for the work of the employees, the Company must provide a comfortable workplace for employees, the protection tools complete working cycle workplace air nice, thus employees will be more enthusiasm for work. If the employee morale in the company decreased, then the employee's performance will decline as well. Expected to companies that give strict sanctions against employees who are not disciplined in the work so that it can make employees always adhere to the rules and regulations made by a company. And it is expected that the leadership of the company to constantly improving rules or standards on work given so as to provide feedback tehadap the work of subordinates.Keywords: Spirit, Discipline, Monitoring, and Performance.

Abstract

Informasi merupakan salah satu aset dari perusahaan/ institusi perguruan tinggi yang dapat mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup bagi organisasi tersebut. Sejalan dengan perkembangan jaringan komputer di dalam sharing informasi ternyata akan menimbulkan kerentanan terhadap keamanan informasi itu sendiri dengan risiko besar, karena informasi dapat di ketahui atau ter-ekspose oleh pihak lain yang tidak mempunyai hak akses sehingga bisa merugikan kesinambungan sistem kerja dalam suatu perguruan tinggi. Dengan memperhatikan permasalahan diatas maka diperlukan suatu perencanaan sistem manajemen keamanan informasi (SMKI) yang lebih baik untuk menjaga kerahasiaan (confidentiality), keutuhan (integrity) dan ketersediaan (availability) informasi pada suatu perguruan tinggi sehingga dapat memperkecil dampak sebuah risiko atau bahkan dapat menghilangkan risiko tersebut. Dalam pembuatan rancangan perencanaan sistem manajemen keamanan informasi (SMKI) perguruan tinggi ini, di adopsi dari ISO 27001: 2013, yang mempunyai tujuan pengendalian informasi dan teknologi serta sebagai standar untuk pengendalian terhadap teknologi informasi. Sistem manajemen keamanan informasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam perguruan tinggi, hal ini berhubungan erat dengan keamanan informasi untuk menjaga aset baik itu informasi, prosedur, hardware, software dan sumber daya manusia serta menjaga kesinambungan sistem kerja perguruan tinggi agar tetap berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi menuju IoT atau Internet of Things telah sangat maju sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan manusiasemakin mudah dan nyaman. Salah satu contohnya adalah kebutuhan untuk mengontrol dan mengawasi suhu udara pada ruanganserver. Ruangan server membutuhkan suhu yang dingin dan stabil agar perangkat-perangkat komputer yang ada di dalamnya dapatberfungsi dengan baik. Selain itu ruangan tersebut juga membutuhkan sistem keamanan untuk mencegah hal-hal yang tidakdiinginkan, seperti penyusup atau orang yang selain petugas admin server. Kebutuhan tersebut dapat terpenuhi dengan membuatsebuah perangkat berbasis IoT. Arduino sebagai perangkat utama dan aplikasi web-based online Cayenne sebagai media untukmengontrol Arduino. Perangkat ini dilengkapi dengan sistem keamanan deteksi gerakan menggunakan sensor PIR Motion DetectorHC-SR501 sedangkan untuk memantau suhu menggunakan sensor DHT22. Pengendalian alat dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakanweb browser pada PC (Personal Computer) dan smartphone android melalui koneksi internet.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang Pengaruh Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan nasabah pegadaian di Wilayah Kodya Depok, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah, ditaksirkan, dan disimpulkan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan instrument pengumpul data berupa kuesioner (skala Likert). Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Pengaruh Antara Pelayanan(Responsivness(X1), Faktor Reliability(X2), Faktor Assurance (X3), Faktor Emphaty(X4), Faktor Tangibles(X5) Terhadap Kepuasan Nasabah Pegadaian di Kodya Depok, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pelayanan (Responsivness(X1), Faktor Reliability(X2), Faktor Assurance (X3), Faktor Emphaty(X4), Faktor Tangibles(X5) merupakan faktor-faktor determinan terhadap kepuasan nasabah pegadaian di Kodya Depok. Dengan kata lain, bagi manajemen Perum Pegadaian Depok diharapkan dapat meningkatkan variabel pelayanan semaksimal mungkin kepada konsumen., agar kepuasan nasabah pegadaian meningkat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koefisien paarsial, maka kekuatan korelasi parsial yang paling baik adalah korelasi antara factor emphaty terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Kodya Depok. Dengan kata lain variable emphaty paling menonjol dibandingkan 4 variabel lainnya, yaitu: Responsivness, Faktor Reliability, Faktor Assurance, Faktor Tangibles. Abstract

The process of accepting new cadet candidates at the Maritime Academy of Marine Sanctuary every year, produces a lot of data in the form of profiles of prospective cadets. The activity caused a large accumulation of data, it became difficult to identify prospective cadets. This research discusses the application of data mining to generate profiles that have similar attributes. One of the data mining techniques used to identify a group of objects that have the same characteristics is Cluster Analysis. The data clustering method is divided into one or more clusters that have the same characteristics called K-means. The method that the author uses is knowledge discovery in databases (KDD) consisting of Data, Data Cleaning, Data transformation, Data mining, Pattern evolution, knowledge. Implementation of K-means Clustering process using Rapid Miner. Attributes used by NIT, Level, Name, Student Status, Type of Registration, Gender, Place of Birth, Date of Birth, Religion, School Origin, School Origin Department, Religion, GPA, Subdistrict, District/ City, Province. Returns the number of clusters 30 (k=30). From the research results based on davies bouldin test on K-means algorithm resulted in the closest value of 0 is k = 29 with Davies bouldin: 0.070, with the most cluster member distribution in cluster 16 containing cluster members 115 items.

Abstract

Kajian tentang pengenalan wajah sampai saat ini masih banyak orang yang melakukan eksplorasi, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perkembangan teknologi Computer Vision yang diterapkan diberbagai aplikasi kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi wajah seseorang berdasarkan ciri atau featur jenis kelamin pada kartu identitas mahasiswa di sebuah perguruan tinggi. Metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan data sains atau machine learning yaitu SEMMA (Sample, Explore, Modify, Model dan Asses) dengan penerapan pemodelan 2 (dua) algoritma yakni Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Namun pemodelan tersebut juga didukung dengan pre-processing dengan teknik Principle Component Analysis (PCA) yang tujuannya mereduksi dimensi dari berbagai fitur gambar yang ada menjadi fitur yang terpilih. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bahwa adanya peningkatan performance pada aspek akurasi 77.50% untuk algoritma SVM dan 78.10%. Perolehan kinerja tersebut lebih baik dari penelitian sebelumnya yang tidak melibatkan teknik dimensi reduksi menggunakan PCA

Abstract

With the development of technology in the 5.0 era, it is possible for students to use technology-based learning media such as interactive multimedia which combines video, animation and audio, thus allowing users to interact and understand the material, as well as increasing learning that is more interesting and interactive. This research aims to see the trend of publication of interactive learning media in mathematics learning from 1993-2023 on Scopus, to see the most countries that study interactive multimedia articles in mathematics learning, to find out published journals regarding interactive multimedia in mathematics learning, and to find out the level of education who use interactive multimedia a lot in mathematics learning. The method used is descriptive research using bibliometrics for publication mapping with the help of VOS viewer. Data collection techniques use Scopus with the keyword’s interactive multimedia and mathematics. The amount of data retrieved from 359 articles to 38 articles regarding interactive multimedia in learning mathematics. Research results show development publication in 1993-2023 on search sqopus the highest in 2010 was 4 publications with 0.12%. Mathematics education for 29 years has increased every year. Malaysia is the country with the largest number of articles on interactive multimedia, namely 87 articles. The journal that publishes interactive multimedia articles is Educational Technology and Society with 79 articles. Writer article the highest of each is article written by (Goodwin, 2008). The level of education that often uses interactive multimedia is Junior High School (SMP) with 10 articles.

Abstract

This assistance program aims to enhance the economic capacity of coffee processing SMEs, particularly the Techno Kopi Bringka MSME, in Balegede Village, Naringgul Subdistrict, Cianjur Regency. The program focuses on product diversification, the application of modern technology, and managerial training. Balegede Village boasts 500 hectares of coffee plantations, offering significant potential for the development of a coffee-based creative economy. The program incorporates the use of modern production technologies, including grinding, drying, and coffee roasting machines, alongside information technology systems for management and e-commerce. A participatory approach is adopted, actively involving the community in all stages, from planning to evaluation. The program outcomes demonstrate a twofold increase in the production capacity of Techno Kopi Bringka MSME, resulting in the creation of various innovative coffee-based products, such as snacks, processed beverages, and other derivatives. Furthermore, SME market access has been expanded through digital marketing and e-commerce platforms. The program also successfully improved managerial skills, operational efficiency, and SME income, with a projected sales increase of up to 50%. Through the implementation of IT-based management systems and product diversification, Techno Kopi Bringka MSME has successfully reached broader markets, both domestic and international. This program underscores how the integration of technology and innovation can drive sustainable local economic growth, enhance SME competitiveness, and strengthen the coffee-based creative economic ecosystem in Balegede Village, delivering both economic and social benefits to the local community.

Abstract

Education is a major pillar in the development of a nation, and the quality of education becomes a key factor in determining the progress of a society. In this digital era, there is a rapid development in the use of information technology, and this has a significant impact on the education sector. The purpose of this study is for data-driven education: data processing as the key to improving the quality of mathematics education. This research uses a mixed method that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. This approach was chosen to address the complexity of data management and the comprehensiveness of this topic. The research begins with an in-depth literature analysis to understand the potential of Data-Driven Education. By using data as a guide, educators can make smarter decisions, detail instructional strategies, and create an educational environment that allows each student to reach his or her full potential. This is done by combining the results of various data of educator learners who can make informational decisions to improve the quality of mathematics learning. The application of data management in the context of mathematics education can provide concrete solutions to overcome challenges and improve the quality of learning. The right use of data provides the basis for smarter decisions and more adaptive learning, creating a learning environment that fits the needs of each student. By integrating Data-Driven Education effectively, we can move towards a more inclusive, personalized and successful mathematics education. The use of data contributes significantly in improving the quality and inclusivity of mathematics education. Abstract

This study aims to examine trends in research methods used in articles related to students' adaptive reasoning abilities in mathematics learning from 2015 to 2024 and to describe the improvement of students' adaptive reasoning abilities. The method employed was a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) involving the identification, selection, evaluation, and data analysis of relevant articles. The reviewed articles were selected based on their relevance to students' adaptive reasoning, were published between 2015 and 2024, were sourced from Google Scholar, focused on junior high to senior/vocational high school levels, and were indexed in Sinta 1 to 3. Irrelevant articles published before 2015, not obtained from Google Scholar, outside the specified education levels, or published in proceedings and journals below Sinta 3 were excluded. Students' abilities increase by up to 82.7% with the use of Collaborative problem-solving-based tools and are very effective in improving students' adaptive reasoning abilities. This study emphasizes the importance of implementing innovative and adaptive teaching methods while considering individual student factors to enhance adaptive reasoning abilities in mathematics learning. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for educators in designing more effective teaching strategies.
