Abstract

Tujuan pelatihan Konseling dasar bagi guru Taman Pendidikan Qur’an (TPQ) ini sebagai bentuk upaya pembekalan guru TPQ terkait keterampilan konseling. Profesi guru sangat lekat dengan upaya pelayanan konseling. Peran layanan konseling guru TPQ bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi potensi santri dan juga memfasilitasi teknik kolaborasi antara guru TPQ dan orang tua dalam rangka mencetak pribadi santri yang berkarakter, berilmu, berakhlak mulia dan mempunyai kapasitas sebagai pemimpin. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka pada hari Minggu, 19 Maret 2023  di Aula TPQ Al-Izzah Sukodono Sidoarjo. Jumlah peserta pelatihan ini sebanyak 46 orang guru TPQ se kecamatan sukodono Sidoarjo. Pelatihan diawali dengan brainstorming permasalahan santri dan orang tua yang sering kali terjadi dan yang merupakan kebutuhan layanan konseling Guru TPQ.  Selanjutnya diberikan penjelasan Teknik dasar konseling dan role play praktik konseling oleh  Pemateri dan team. Terakhir, dilakukan praktik simulasi  konseling yang melibatkan semua guru TPQ dengan metode mikro konseling, yaitu peserta bergantian berperan sebagai konselor, konseli, dan pengamat. Setelah pelaksanaan pelatihan konseling selesai, sebagai penutupan sesi dilakukan refleksi, dan diperoleh respon sangat positif dari peserta pelatihan terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan konseling dasar dimana sebagian besar peserta memiliki pemahaman konsep dan teknis tentang Teknik dasar konseling. Berdasarkan evaluasi kegiatan ditemukan bahwa 97 % peserta memberikan respon positif terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan. Peserta merasa mendapatkan wawasan dan skill baru terkait layanan konseling santri dan wali santri. Peserta merasa semakin optimis dalam memfasilitasi potensi santri dan juga memfasilitasi teknik kolaborasi antara guru TPQ dan orang tua santri.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer purchasing interest at the Buk Effa Fried Chicken MSME in Tanjung Agung Village, Pagar Gunung District, Lahat Regency. The variables in this study were price (X1), product quality (X2), and purchasing interest (Y). The data analysis methods used were instrument testing (reliability testing, validity testing), classical assumption testing (normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multicollinearity testing), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and coefficient of determination testing. The results of the study showed that (1) price has a significant partial effect on purchasing interest, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t-table (6.900 > 1.987). (2) product quality has a significant partial effect on purchasing interest, as evidenced by the calculated t value > t-table (3.337 > 1.987). (3) Price and Product Quality have a significant simultaneous effect on Purchase Intention, as seen from the calculated f value > f table (57.770 > 3.953), and the significance value is smaller than the significance level (a) of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how product quality and service quality partially and simultaneously influence consumer repurchase intention at Cafe Janji Mantan in Lahat. The sample size for this study was 66 respondents. The sampling method used was incidental sampling. This quantitative study employed multiple linear regression analysis, processed using SPSS software, resulting in a regression equation . The results showed a significant effect between marketing strategy and consumer repurchase intention at Cafe Janji Mantan in Lahat. Service quality also significantly influenced consumer repurchase intention at Cafe Janji Mantan in Lahat. The F-test showed that product quality and service quality simultaneously influenced consumer repurchase intention at Cafe Janji Mantan in Lahat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion strategy and service quality on consumer purchase decisions at Honda Dealer Bintang Mulia Jaya Lubuk Beringin Manggul, Lahat. The type of research is associative quantitative with a population of 157 consumers and a sample of 61 respondents determined using Slovin's formula with a 10% margin of error. Promotion strategy indicators include advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and public relations. Service quality indicators include reliability, responsiveness, empathy, tangibles, and assurance. Purchase decision indicators include product stability, buying habits, recommendations, and repeat purchases. Data analysis methods used multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that both promotion strategy and service quality have a significant positive influence, partially and simultaneously, on consumer purchase decisions.

Abstract

The objectives of this research include: to determine the effect of cash turnover on financial performance at PT.Golden Great Borneo Lahat Branch,to determine the effect of profitability on financial performance at PT.Golden Great Borneo Lahat Branch and to determine the effect of cash turnover and profitability on financial performance at PT.Golden Great Borneo Lahat Branch. The sample of this research is PT Golden Great Borneo Lahat Branch with a period of 5 years from 2020-2024. This research uses qualitative research, using data sources including: primary data, secondary data, population and samples. Data collection methods used are: observation, interviews and distribution of questionnaires to a number of respondents. As well as using validity and reliability measuring tools, analysis prerequisite tests,then using data analysis methods using multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing in the form of t-tests and F-tests. As well as correlation coefficients and determination coefficients. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS 23.0. From the results of the study,it is seen partially with the t test that the cash turnover variable with t count> from t table or 4.440>2.571 or sig t <0.03 then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted,this shows that there is a significant influence between the cash turnover variable on the financial performance variable at PT Golden Great Borneo Lahat Branch and probability with t count> from t table or 6.909>2.571 or sig t <0.01 then Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted, this shows that there is a significant influence between the profitability variable on the financial performance variable at PT Golden Great Borneo Lahat Branch. From the test results, the F count value is greater than F table (15.492>9.01).This shows that the cash turnover variable and the profitability variable simultaneously have a significant effect on the financial performance variable. The test was carried out with a 95% confidence level. The simultaneous linear relationship between cash turnover and profitability variables and financial performance variables at PT Golden Great Borneo,Lahat Branch,is significant.
