Abstract

In the midst of Internet growth, many m-commerce businesses have merged into the market. Furthermore, Generation-Z consumers’ appearance has made businesses start to analyze on Gen-Z’s intention to use m-commerce. One of Indonesia’s m-commerce is GO-JEK who has become the pioneer in the m-commerce industry by successfully utilizing factors that can influence consumers’ intention to use. Based on the previous studies, there are nine factors that may possibly influence consumers’ intention to use GO-JEK. Those factors are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, subjective norm, compatibility, innovativeness, variety of service, trust, and promotion.This research is using simple random sampling and has received responses from 136 eligible respondents. These data has run its validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that from the nine independent variables, only perceived enjoyment, innovativeness, and promotion has influence over Generation-Z’s intention to use GO-JEK. Additionally, the promotion has been proven to be the most significant factor among others.           Keywords: Factors, Generation-Z, GO-JEK, Intention to Use

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan GO-jek melalui e-satisfaction pada kategori GO-ride. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survey. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan dari GO-jek yang menggunakan layanan GO-ride dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasilnya adalah e-service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap e-satisfaction pelanggan GO-jek ; e-service quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan GO-jek; e-satisfaction pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan GO-jek; dan e-service quality berpengaruh terhadap e-loyalty pelanggan GO-jek melalui e-satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pemberdayaan P2K2 di Kelurahan Sukajaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan unit analisis adalah keluarga. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa data primer dengan wawancara dan observasi langsung sedangkan data primer berupa dokumentasi yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan ibu-ibu yang telah terdaftar menjadi sasaran yang setiap kelompok maksimal berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil pemberdayaan menujukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan yang didapat oleh penerima manfaat. Keberhasilan tersebut dicapai melalui adanya metode yang digunakan oleh pendamping seperti : 1. Pelatihan yang memfokuskan tiga modul seperti kesehatan, pendidikan dan ekonomi yang diberikan pada penerima manfaat. 2. Pelatihan yang diberikan oleh fasilitator dengan mempraktikkan langsung tentang cara berwirausaha atau membuat UKM. 3. Penyuluhan tentang kesehatan terkait cara perilaku hidup sehat, gizi dan perkembangan ibu hamil, kesehatan lingkungan dan cara bagaimana untuk 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. 4. Pelatihan diberikan pada penerima manfaat agar termotivasi, mandiri dan sadar akan pentingnya pendidikan.

Abstract

Keluarga merupakan lembaga sosial pertama yang dikenal oleh anak. Keluarga bertanggung jawab menyediakan kebutuhan finansial untuk keperluan pendidikan anak. Keluarga yang keadaan sosial ekonominya tinggi tidak akan mengalami kesulitan memenuhi kebutuhan sekolah anaknya, berbeda dengan orangtua/keluarga yang keadaan sosial ekonominya rendah. Pekerjaan orang tua dan keadaan ekonomi orang tua merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan penting yang dapat mempengaruhi motivasi orang tua untuk memberikan pendidikan yang baik atau menyekolahkan anaknya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yaitu suatu metode penelitian yang ditujukan untuk menggambarkan fenomena-fenomena yang  berlangsung saat ini atau saat lampau yang ada di Desa Sandana Dusun Nelayan dengan subjek penelitian tiga orang tua dan tiga anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian skripsi ini mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa motivasi belajar pada anak di Desa Sandana yaitu memberikan perhatian, hadiah atau penghargaan dan sanksi menunjukan tidak memotivasi karena mempunyai hambatan yaitu pengetahuan, biaya dan waktu.Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Pendidikan, Keluarga, Nelayan.

Abstract

Bener District located in Purworejo. The problem that exists is the number of participants health BPJS is small in scope, with details of the number of participants health BPJS consisted of 8.153 households PBI participants and 695 households NON PBI participants. Other data showed 8.151 household qualify as poor family and 10.581 household qualify as Non Gakin, there’s 6,5% Non PBI health BPJS participants of the total Non Gakin population. We need to know why 93,5% well off households in Bener District has not followed BPJS. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the public interest in participation of health BPJS independently in Bener Regency. This is an analytical explanatory research. The method used was survey through questionnaire and interviews with a cross-sectional design. Samples were well off family who have not joined health BPJS living in Bener District. The sampling using probability sampling with proportional random sampling. Determination of sample size use of Lemeshow is 65 households. Respondents mostly middle age category (41-60 years) as many as 55 households (67.9%). Respondents had an average age of 47.51 years old, the majority of respondents finished primary school as many as 37 households (45.7%), livelihood as a self-employed as many as 32 households (39.5%), and are not interested in participation of health BPJS as many as 67 households (82.7%) althought the variables were showed good result. It’s may caused by the influenced of other variables which is out of investigated variables. The results of the study showed that the factors relating to the public interest in the participation of independent health BPJS is attitudes, perceptions, and the support of those closest to the respondent. But the knowledges, economic situations, and behavior control are not related.

Abstract

Beban kerja perawat adalah seluruh kegiatan atau aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh perawat selama tugas disuatu unit pelayanan keperawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perawat pelaksana yang berjumlah 60 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner untuk beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja perawat. Analisa hubungan variabel yang digunakan menggunakan  Chi Square. Hasil Penelitian tentang hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja perawat dengan frekuensi terbanyak adalah kategori beban berat (96,7%). Kepuasan kerja perawat dengan frekuensi terbanyak adalah kategori puas (81,7%). Analisa Bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja perawat (p=0,031).Kata Kunci: Beban  kerja, kepuasan kerja, perawat   ABSTRACTNurses work load is all activities or activities undertaken by the nurse during the duty of a unit of nursing service. This study aims to identify the relationship between workload and nurse job satisfaction This research is quantitative research with descriptive correlation design which aims to test the relation of work load with job satisfaction of nurse. The population of this study is nurse implementer which amounts to 60 people, by using total sampling technique. Data collection using interview techniques.  The instruments used in this study are questionnaires for work load and nurse job satisfaction. Analysis of variable relationships used using Chi Square. Results of research on the relationship between workload and nurse job satisfaction showed that the workload of the nurses with the highest frequency was weight category (96.7%). Job satisfaction of nurses  with the highest frequency is satisfied category (81,7%). Bivariate analysis showed that there was a relation between work load and nurse job satisfaction (p = 0,031). Key word: work load, work satisfaction, nurses

Abstract

Industri makanan merupakan salah satu industri yang terus berkembang di berbagai penjuru, termasuk Indonesia. Salah satu daerah di Indonesia dengan pertumbuhan industri pengolahan makanan yang cukup pesat adalah Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Banyak makanan yang istimewa, salah satu yang dimiliki Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta adalah bakpia. Terdapat salah satu tempat yang memproduksi bakpia yaitu terletak di Desa Beji Kecamatan Patuk Kabupaten Gunungkidul Yogyakarta tepatnya di Pondok Pesantren Al Mumtaz yang diberi nama dengan Bakpia Istana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Usaha Milik Pesantren Al Mumtaz khususnya pada unit usaha bakpia yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik konsumen dan mengetahui preferensi konsumen. Peneliti melakukan penelitiannya pada bulan April hingga September 2022. Peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan data multiatribut fishbein. Hasil penelitian dari analisis Perilaku Konsumen Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Bakpia Istana di Pondok Pesantren Al Mumtaz menunjukkan bahwa produk Bakpia Istana terinterpretasi baik untuk dikonsumsi oleh para konsumen, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh jumlah evaluasi (ei) dan kepercayaan (bi) adalah 49,49. Jika jumlah berada pada kisaran 20-60 maka produk terinterpretasi baik. InterpretasiB(baik) merupakan suatu tolak ukur bagi produsen untuk senantiasa mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produk bakpia untuk mencapai kepuasan konsumen yang maksimal.

Abstract

The company's operational conditions in Indonesia are still not optimal, so as a result they have not been able to increase their sales every period. This ex post facto study aims to examine the effect of customer acquisition cost on increasing sales in the cosmetics and household sub-sector industrial companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. This study involved 10 companies and as many as 5 companies were selected as research samples. Thus, obtained 30 observational data based on purposive sampling technique. Secondary data in the form of company financial statements were collected through the www.idx.co.id page using documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using simple linear regression and processed using the SPSS 23 program. The results show that customer acquisition costs have a positive and insignificant effect on increasing sales. Following up on these findings, the initial assessment of customer acquisition costs by companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange needs to be carried out more optimally so that it can encourage an increase in company sales

Abstract

The utilization of other devices as relays in cooperative device-to-device (D2D) communication systems does not fully guarantee the security of confidential information from being intentionally or unintentionally accessed by eavesdroppers. Therefore, the implementation of a method to enhance the security performance of information is highly necessary. This paper proposes the application of relay selection mechanisms in a communication system with three relay protocols: Amplify-and-Forward (AF), Decode-and-Forward (DF), and Quantize-and-Forward (QF). The research method employs a mathematical modeling approach and simulations. The simulation results demonstrate an improvement in the level of information security in cooperative D2D communication systems using the proposed method in multiple relay protocols. The relay selection method has been evaluated and compared based on the Secrecy Outage Probability (SOP), which is one of the parameters for information security in the communication system. The SOP achieved is smaller with the implementation of the Max-Min relay selection technique in multi-relay cooperative communication networks. Considering the presence or absence of eavesdroppers, the SOP of the DF relay is smaller compared to other protocols. The impact of distance on secrecy capacity also indicates that the DF protocol utilizing multiple relays achieves higher results compared to other protocols, and the increased usage of relays also affects the simulation outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies, especially the five studies above, as the most basic reference for building the agrumentation construct that the researcher will build. The data that researchers use in this article is secondary data that researchers obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The data used in this research was analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result int this article show. the two hypotheses that the researcher argued in the research methodology section, namely the Tax Avoidance variable, can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on the Company Value variable and the Tax Sanction variable can moderate the influence of the Tax Avoidance variable on Company Value due to value. each P-Values in the two rows of the table above shows the direction of a positive relationship and a significant influence which is smaller than the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.001 on the influence of the Tax Aviodance variable on Company Value and 0.000 in the next row, namely the Tax Sanction variable can moderate the influence of the variable. Tax Aviodance on Company Value. This can be caused because Tax Avoidance can minimize expenses which makes the company's financial condition stable. Apart from that, tax sanctions are not too strict and can make companies bolder in avoiding taxes.. Thus the first and second hypotheses in this research can be accepted.
