Abstract

This study aims to develop an e-module based on MIKiR in improving students' mathematical abilities through the mathematical process and why it is necessary to develop and obtain a collaboration model of Lecturers, Teachers and Students in developing e-modules through community service-based research. This study is a RnD development research with the ASSURE model through Service-learning and Community Based Research (SLCBR). Based on the research results, it was concluded that (1) The importance of developing MIKiR e-modules through KKN community-based research, (2) The development of MIKiR e-modules through KKN community-based research produces valid and effective e-modules in facilitating active learning experiences, interaction, communication, and reflection (MIKiR), developing mathematical reasoning proof skills, representation connections, and communication (PRKoKo), and the mathematical process of inquiry-discovery and problem solving (PPPM), (3) The development of MIKiR e-modules through KKN community-based research produces practical e-modules in the form of ease of use of e-modules, efficiency of time use of e-modules, suitability to competencies, interesting, and can be used as independent learning, (4) The collaboration model of lecturers, teachers, and students in this research was designed based on the goals of each individual involved and what their respective responsibilities are in the research.

Abstract

One of the roles of parents in the success of their children's education is to pay attention, especially attention to learning activities. The method used is quantitative research. quantitative research is research that is required to use a lot of numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, and the appearance of the results. This research design uses quantitative research with survey research methods. This research was conducted in February-July 2021. This research was conducted at SDN 097 / IV Jambi City, INHIL Riau Regency with 154 students consisting of 84 boys and 70 girls. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant effect of parental attention on the learning achievement of students in grades IV and V of SDN 097 / IV Jambi City. This result is evident from the value of tcount> ttabel 5.885> 2.021 (significant level 0.05) and also evident from the value of tcount> ttabel 5.885> 2.704 (significant level 0.01). The regression results also show a positive regression coefficient value, which means that there is a significant positive effect of parental attention on student learning achievement, which means that the better the attention of students' parents, the better their learning achievement will be. The percentage contribution of the influence of parental attention variables on student learning achievement is 42.96% while the rest is influenced by other factors. The results of the analysis that have been carried out also show that the correlation coefficient of the influence of parental attention on student learning achievement is 0.655. This value shows that the effect of parental attention on student learning achievement is classified in the strong category, because the correlation coefficient value is in the interval 0.5999 - 0.7999 with a correlation level classified as "Strong".

Abstract

The Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) Platform is one of the applications used as an implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. This software offers a number of tools that can be used by educators to improve teaching standards. This research is a qualitative study using a descriptive method. This research was conducted at SDN 2 Sarolangun. The subjects of this research were the principal, teachers, and students at SDN 2 Sarolangun. The research instruments were interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study was qualitative data analysis which included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) the school policy in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform has been implemented but is not yet fully optimal because some teachers still experience technical obstacles and limited digital literacy. Continuous support and mentoring are needed so that this policy can maximize teachers' pedagogical competence, (2) in utilizing the Merdeka Mengajar Platform, teachers have utilized various features such as teaching modules and learning videos, but some teachers still do not consistently use them in planning and implementing learning. (3) Challenges and obstacles in utilizing the platform include limited internet connections, a lack of technological devices, and adapting to new features. (4) School efforts to overcome these obstacles include taking several steps, such as providing Wi-Fi, facilitating training, and providing guidance in using the platform.
