Abstract

Students accomplishing their research project at the end of their study must write their final report projects, such as skripsi and research articles. Due to the process of those scientific papers, they should have known and understood the importance of copyright and plagiarism issues. This paper reports the community service program covering paraphrasing training to avoid plagiarism. This program was conducted in the Faculty of Economics Universitas Islam Lamongan at the beginning of the odd semester of 2021-2021. The study shows that most of the students have not been familiar with UU No. 17 in the year 2010. Further, after the students were given some practices and training on paraphrasing, it is known that the students have not practised paraphrasing activities in writing their scientific papers. Finally, this program is regarded as a meaningful activity for the students to write in advance

Abstract

Kondisi lingkungan di Desa Kesambi ini termasuk Desa yang terpencil yang jauh dari pusat Kabupaten Lamongan. Mitra satu dalam Program Pemberdayan Masyarakat adalah Kelompok Tani. Masyarakat di Desa Kesambi pada umumnya mempunyai mata pencaharian sebagai petani. Penghasilan menjadi pemilik lahan pertanian atau buruh tani dapat dimanfaatkan pada saat panen yang hanya dalam beberapa kurun waktu tertentu saja, maka beberapa masyarakat di Desa Kesambi membuat produksi olahan gula menjadi produk makanan yang melestarikan jajanan tradisional dan lokal yaitu arum manis rambut nenek sebagai produsen dan Mitra kedua.Solusi permasalahan dapat dilakukan melalui Pendekatan One Village One Product (OVOP) dengan tahapan : a) penetapan dan pengenalam wilayah kerja, dalam hal ini tim pengusul membangun dan menyadarkan masyarakat atas potensi Home Industry Arum Manis Rambut Nenek  dapat dijadikan sebagai ikon desa khususnya dan ikon Kabupaten Lamongan pada umumnya; b) Sosialisasi kegiatan, dalam hal ini Tim pengusul melakukan kegiatan pelatihan tentang peningkatan Mutu dan Pemasaran Home Industry Arum Manis Rambut Nenek; c) Penyadaran masyarakat, dalam hal ini memberikan motivasi kepada masyarakat agar dapat mengembangkan industri yang dijalankan; d) Pengorganisasian Masyarakat, dalam hal ini tim pengusul membuat sebuah paguyupan bagi Produsen Arum Manis Rambut Nenek dengan maksud untuk membuat struktur organisasi misalnya pimpinan dan koordinator; e) Pelaksanaan kegiatan, dalam hal ini tim pengusul memberikan pelatihan untuk menambah dan memperbaiki pengetahuan teknis, keterampilan manajerial serta berbagai pengembangan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan peningkatan pendapatan; f) advokasi kebijakan, dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat memerlukan dukungan kebijakan yang berpihak kepada kepentingan masyarakat. Dan g) Politisasi, dalam hal ini tim pengusul melakukan pendapingan dalam hal memelihara dan meningkatkan posisi tawar melalui kegiatan politik praktis.

Abstract

Companies need to have tactics to win business competition. One way that can be used by the company is to recognize and understand the customer. Companies that perform customer relationship management will be able to sustain its business. The existence of customers is the driving force of business enterprises in various industries. In business services, the customer can be as an actor and a very crucial business objects. This study aimed to clarify the concept of customer relationship management and serves some research management customer relations in Indonesia. Abstract

Masyarakat lamongan dan sekitarnya masih mempunyai budaya minum obat tradisional terutama bawang dayak dan jahe karena masyarakat sudah mengetahui khasiat dari bawang dayak dan jahe tersebut. Agar produk jamu dapat diterima masyarakat luas maka salah satu faktor penting adalah cara pengolahannya dan cara pengemasan. Kemasan juga bisa berfungsi sebagai media promosi karena bisa menarik perhatian dengan adanya gambar, tulisan, warna dan penampilan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang pengolahan umbi bawang dayak, dan rimpang jahe berbentuk simplisia, bubuk dan instan serta mengenalkan model dan cara pengemasan sehingga dapat menambah nilai jual produk jamu tersebut. Metode yang digunakan: ceramah, diskusi dan pembagian modul pelatihan dan pelaksanaan praktek langsung cara pembuatan obat tradisional yaitu pengolahan umbi bawang dayak, dan rimpang jahe merah berbentuk simplisia, bubuk dan instan dan cara pengemasan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah kelompok mitra dapat meningkatkan nilai jual tanaman obat tradisional, memperoleh pengetahuan, dan mampu mengolah tanaman obat tradisional umbi bawang dayak dan rimpang jahe merah berbentuk simplisia, bubuk dan instan yang baik (CPOB), serta cara pengemasan dan juga dapat memberikan manfaat untuk kesehatan dan mengurangi biaya untuk berobat dan hasilnya juga dapat menambah pendapatan apabila dikembangkan secara luas dengan kemasan yang menarik. Abstract

The development of digitalization technology needs to be utilized by the public to increase productivity both in terms of production and marketing. Efforts to assist the digitalization of technology and the integration of MSME actors can increase market expansion and overall digital application knowledge. The community empowerment effort is used for digitization for market development techniques for the distribution of production and promotion of local products. The methods used in the empowerment process are mapping, data collection and Forum Group Discussion (FGD). As well as making the application center for MSME products. The result of the empowerment is the emergence of 25 food versions of MSME products that are included in the pataan store application, it is hoped that MSME actors will be able to operate digital systems to facilitate the marketing concept of online product distribution.

Abstract

Additionally, this study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion and hedonic shopping on impulse buying on the Shopee marketplace in the Tambakrigadung community, Lamongan district. The data analysis technique method used is validity test, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, auto correlation, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, coefficient of determination (R2), multiple correlation. Meanwhile, the results of this study indicate that:1) Sales Promotion partially has no significant effect on Impulse Buying on the Shopee marketplace, while Hedonic Shopping has a significant effect on Impulse Buying on the Shopee marketplace.2) Sales Promotion and Hedonic Shopping simultaneously affect Impulse Buying on the Shopee marketplace.3) Hedonic Shopping is the variable with the most dominant influence on Impulse Buying. It’s proven from the multiple linear regression calculation of the hypothesis = 6.665 + (-0.188) X1 + 0.947 X2.

Abstract

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the effect of compensation, environmental work and organizational culture has on the employee performance of CV. Star Nine Trinity Tripe . This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is all employees of CV. Star Nine Trinity Tripe , amounting to 60 people. In addition, based on the results of the study, it was found that: (1) In the t-test (partial) the compensation variable with tcount 2.294 > ttable 2.003. environmental work variable with tcount 3.588> ttable 2.003. organizational culture variable with tcount 2.560 < ttable 2.003 means that there is a partially significant effect between compensation, environmental work and organizational culture to the employee performance. (2) In the F (simultaneous) test, Fcount 48.406 while Ftable 2.76 means that there is a simultaneous significant influence to the employee performance of. (3) Test results Multiple regression analysis of the environmental work variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence than other variables on the employee performance of, because the environmental work value (X 2 ) = 0.379 is greater than the compensation value (X 1 ) = 0.325 and organizational culture (X 3 ) = 0.186.
