Abstract

In the amid of the educational institutions growth, there is strict competition with the various advantages offered, schools that still want to exist in the fields should have an effective marketing strategy to recrut learners as a key component in the education system. Many marketing strategies are avaiable, part of it is promotion. In the promotion there is a Word of mouth Marketing model. Researchers assumed that this promotion model was more effective and efficient when it gained the support of alumni roles as a school product that had strong ties with his almamater. The quality of the alumni is a reflection of the quality of the institution hence to influence the community in choosing a quality school. What differs from other research is the author elevating the important role of alumni in school marketing. The purpose of this research is to describe the important role of alumni for schools and the role of alumni in improving school marketing. Data was taken from literature, alumni interviews related to alumni and observation roles. The results of the study showed the strategic and potential of the alumni role should be recognized and utilized for school development. The role of alumni include: Develop extracurricular activities, build opinions on the quality of the school in the community, build networks outside of the school, become motivators and Inspirators for the sister of her class, become a companion of learning, supporting activities organized by the school, and the evaluation media for the school curriculum. The role of alumni in improving school marketing is very high. This is because the perception of schools developing in the community as consumers are influenced by the quality of alumni as a school product, the quality of alumni supports the promotion of schools in the community as well as information about schools obtained directly through alumni.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the important role of finance in optimizing laboratory facilities. The research is using a qualitative-descriptive study with interview methods and triangulation techniques. Interviews were conducted with the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Deputy Principal for Facilities and Infrastructure, and Treasurer of educational institutions. The results of this activity illustrate that the development of funding for educational institutions is expected to increase the ability of students in learning. One of them is the development of laboratory facilities.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is one of the most important subject matter that must be obtained by every student in school, but in fact the implementation of Islamic religious education in Indonesia still gets a lot of criticism from various parties, these criticisms regarding the curriculum, learning methods and also to teachers Islamic religious education itself, on the other hand there is one non-formal institution called madrasa diniyah that specifically provides Islamic religious education to the community, this institution can also be integrated with various formal institutions under the umbrella of the education service. if the existence of madrasa diniyah can be utilized to the maximum, it is not impossible that various problems in Islamic religious education can be overcome. The purpose of this research is to examine the pilot school that integrates madrasa diniyah into basic educational institutions as an effort to strengthen the Islamic religious curriculum, namely SD Khazanah Ilmu. This research includes qualitative research, data collection is done by collecting documents, conducting interviews, and also observing at the research site, while the data analysis technique is done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study state that the form of implementing madrasah diniyah as a curriculum for Islamic religious education curriculum in the elementary school of science is through several efforts, namely the formulation of the main objectives, the formulation of teaching materials, the system of teaching recruitment based on religious competence, the development of learning methods and techniques, and finally is to carry out routine evaluation programs both daily, weekly, monthly to yearly. All of these efforts are based on one main goal, namely the strengthening of Islamic religious education curriculum in SD Khazanah Ilmu.

Abstract

Every educational institution which is engaged in services and society, must be entitled to the goals in accordance with the institutions that can achieve progress and success of other educational institutions. Therefore educational institutions must be able to create schools that are innovative, innovative and of high quality. This is done competing with other educational institutions, and creating quality schools. This research tries to. Through this research, it is expected to be a reference for schools. Abstract

This aim of this study is to analyze and describe how the principal's performance as a supervisor in improving teacher professionalism. Begin from the supervision plan, implementation of supervision, and follow-up and evaluation carried out by the principal. This study used qualitative as the method of this research, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The study was conducted at SDN Wadungasih 2. Research subjects included principals and teachers. Analysis is done by reducing data. The results of the study show that: (1) The Supervision, which is carried out by the principal is only done once a year, (2) The Supervision begins with the plan of the form of making programs that have been prepared at the beginning of the semester (3) The Supervision is divided into two stages namely, administrative supervision and supervision at the time of learning activities no follow-up is given after the supervision ends.

Abstract

The relation of science and religion found several models that are dichotomous relationship, dialogue, parallel, harmonious, even conflict or integration. It all depends on the attitude and depth of a paradigm used. M. Amin Abdullah stated that there are three approaches that bore pattern model of the relationship between science and religion, namely: (1) models of single entity, religious knowledge stand alone without the need for another science methodology, and vice versa; (2) model of isolated entities, each clump of science stands alone, not bersetuhan, not admonished methodologically courtesies; and (3) model of interconnected entities, each aware of the limitations in solving problems, and both are cooperating in terms of approaches, methods of thought and research.The relation of science and religion form model of integration and interconnection of science. The model may be developed is a model of integration-dialectical interconnections. This model is understood as a model of integration that tries to dialect between science and religion. The dialectical integration can manifest in the form of: (1) integration into the design of learning and / or programs of study; and (2) Integration in the attitude of scientists.
