Abstract

At present in developing countries, especially in Puskesmas very rarely encountered health workers, especially specialists. Though parents are in need of specialists, especially a specialist in the field of child health sciences. Puskesmas officials often have difficulty in deciding what diseases suffered by children because of lack of knowledge about the types of infectious diseases caused by bacteria. This is where the role of an expert or an expert in the field of childhood disease is needed. Therefore, to handle the problem it requires an expert system to diagnose respiratory infections in infants so that this system can be used to diagnose respiratory infections in infants using Bayesian Network method to determine what kind of illness and how to solve it. Abstract

Cabin crew scheduling in the world of flight must be made very carefully. Because in making cabin crew scheduling there are several requirements that must be met by the scheduling officer such as flight time, cabin crew working hours and rest hours. In making the scheduling it takes a long time because the scheduling officer must ensure the cabin crew's duties in carrying out their duties do not exceed or violate these requirements. Therefore, a cabin crew scheduling system was created to assist schedulers in making cabin crew scheduling using PHP and Oracle databases. This scheduling system is designed to be able to calculate flight time, cabin crew working hours and cabin crew rest time so that scheduling officers no longer have difficulty synchronizing these requirements so that cabin crew officers do not violate these requirements with just one step in the process. This system succeeds in doing 9 Minutes 50 Seconds faster than doing it manually in making just 1 flight route. The time difference can be greater if in 1 day there are more than 1 flight route.

Abstract

Determining the location of land for apartment investment is usually done manually by relying on intuition, experience, and some considerations from the apartment developer. For this reason, the determination of the location of the land must go through the right analysis and calculation so that the best location can be determined from various criteria. Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method Yager model is a decision support system method that can be used in this system. This FMADM method will compare alternative locations with predetermined criteria including land prices, land area, road access, land conditions, and the environment. The final result of this process is the selection of total values to obtain alternative locations, so that the best results from three alternative locations are obtained, namely Banguntapan with the largest total value of 0.600, Seturan with values of 0.085, and Kulon Progo with a value of 0.292. So the location of Banguntapan can be used as a recommendation for the developer in making a decision to determine the location of the land for apartment investment

Abstract

The rapid development of object detection technology has opened new opportunities in the healthcare sector, especially in early cancer detection. This paper presents a deep learning-based breast cancer detection system using ultrasound images. The primary goal of this study is to create a model that can effectively differentiate between malignant and benign breast tumors, assisting in early diagnosis. The proposed system employs the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm with You Only Look Once version 5 (YOLOv5) architecture, which is renowned for its high speed and accuracy in object detection tasks. A dataset comprising 10,954 ultrasound images was used to train the model, with 70% allocated for training, 20% for validation, and 10% for testing. The study reveals that the model achieves a high accuracy rate of 92.8% for malignant tumor detection and 99.1% for benign tumors, with precision rates of 99.6% for malignant tumors and 97.5% for benign tumors. These results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model as a reliable tool for early breast cancer detection. The findings highlight the potential of deep learning in medical image processing, suggesting that this technology could be further developed into an accessible, efficient early detection system for breast cancer in clinical settings. Future research could explore the integration of additional imaging modalities and the application of this model in real-world healthcare environments

Abstract

Pemilihan asuransi mobil yang optimal menjadi tantangan kompleks bagi konsumen akibat banyaknya variabel yang perlu dipertimbangkan, seperti harga premi, cakupan perlindungan, reputasi perusahaan, dan kemudahan proses klaim. Faktor-faktor ini seringkali saling bertentangan, sementara platform perbandingan asuransi yang ada umumnya hanya menyajikan data mentah tanpa analisis terstruktur untuk membantu pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pengembangan sistem rekomendasi berbasis web yang menerapkan metode Weighted Product (WP) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode WP dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam melakukan perbandingan multi-kriteria dengan mempertimbangkan pembobotan preferensi pengguna secara fleksibel. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan arsitektur web modern dengan teknologi HTML, CSS, JavaScript, dan PHP, serta database MySQL untuk menyimpan dan mengolah data produk asuransi. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan WP mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi yang konsisten dengan preferensi pengguna, sekaligus meningkatkan transparansi dalam proses pemilihan asuransi mobil. Temuan ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa penerapan metode multi-kriteria decision making berbasis web dapat menyederhanakan proses pengambilan keputusan yang kompleks di bidang asuransi kendaraan. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi praktis bagi konsumen dalam memilih produk asuransi yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan spesifik mereka.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that develop in the community and can increase Indonesia's economic growth. These MSMEs are spread in many areas, including the Patuk District in Gunung Kidul Regency and are engaged in products and services. Until now, the marketing of products carried out by SMEs in Patuk District is conventional marketing, which is marketing products through relationships within the business community. So it is very important to increase product marketing by using online marketing based on social media, one of which is using Instagram. The use of Instagram as a marketing medium also requires the use of endorse and hashtags to further optimize marketing. Therefore, SMEs in Patuk Subdistrict need training on how to use Instagram as a marketing strategy, especially on how to utilize endorse and hashtag so that marketing is expected to be more optimal and targeted. To meet the needs of partners (UMKM actors), mentoring is used in the use of endorse and hashtags on Instagram social media as a product marketing medium by implementing community service, which is a lecturer in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at Adisutjipto College of Technology. This assistance can improve the ability of SMEs in Patuk District to utilize endorse and hashtag using Instagram as an effort to improve product marketing. The results of the community service activities show that 10% of community service participants have not been able to use Instagram optimally because they only come on the first day, 20% of community service participants have been able to use Instsgram well but have not been optimal in using endorse and hashtag, and 70% of community service participants have very optimal using Instagram and utilizing endorse and hashtag.

Abstract

The development of photography is very rapid and has become a very important need for human life. Many business opportunities can be created through photography, one of them is to support the marketing of a product. Product Photos are one of the factors that support so that merchandise will sold well. So it can be said that photography is a medium of visual communication in promoting products. Pengkok village is one of several villages in the Patuk Gunung Kidul sub-district which has many regional superior products produced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The activity of promoting superior products from the region is very important to support tourism activities and the economy of the surrounding community, especially in Patuk District, Gunung Kidul Regency. One of the activities to support promotions that can be done is taking pictures of attractive and beautiful products. Not all product photos for promotional purposes are produced from expensive and sophisticated equipment. Understanding photography techniques to take products’ photos is an important part in promoting products that attract consumers' attention. Therefore, there is a need for training in product shooting techniques using a smartphone. For this reason, to meet the needs of partners (BKAD in Patuk District) a Accompaniment/Training on product shooting techniques using Smartphones for MSME products in Pengkok village was held in the form of Community Service activities. The implementers of this service are lecturers of the Informatics Study Program, Adisutjipto Aerospace Technology Institute assisted by several students of the Informatics Study Program. This training is expected to increase the skills of the MSMEs of Pengkok Village in using smartphone cameras to take pictures of their products as marketing support, so that the resulting images/photos look better and attractive to consumers.The result of monitoring evaluation that has been done during the training is, there is 64% skill increase of the MSMEs of Pengkok Village in photography technique to take attractive product photos.
