<![CDATA[With the rapid growth in current technology, academic systems in higher education has been computerized. Academic who has a computerized system is considered more effective. The computerized system has can be used to plan the academic activities of students for taking Strata 1 at the College of Technology Adisutjipto. The system uses Decision Support System (DSS) to give some conditions on Best First Search (BFS) method so that the method can be used in a subsequent advisory list of the best courses in accordance with the terms that have been obtained, which will help students in making academic decisions. Of the BFS method, students are given a solution in the form of a list next semester of courses that can be taken in accordance with the terms obtained from the previous semester in the form of Performance Index and the solution was given until the end of the lecture the student and provides the calculation of the total cost of each semester.]]>

<![CDATA[A comic has its own characteristics compared the other types of books. The difference between comic and other books can be seen from the category o f period, material and physical. Comicand other booksneeded an application o f classification system. Looking for the problem, classification system was made using Chi Square Feature Selection and Naive Bayes algorithm to determine the comic based on the period, material and physical. Delphi programming language and Oracle Database are used to build the Classification System. Chi Square Feature Selection acquired trait a comic is in 0.10347 and which not comic is in 1.9531. Furthermore, data is classified by the Naive Bayes algorithm. From 120 titles o f comic that consists 60 titles o f comic and non comicused to build classesfor trainand 60 titles o f comic and non comic used to test. The results o f Naive Bayesalgorithm for comic is 96,67%with 3.33% error rate, and non comic is 90% with 10% error rate. The classification to determine comic is good.]]>

<![CDATA[Conventional knowledge test on the learning outcomes that have been given by previous teachers, often making bored students with autism. The results obtained are less accurate and require teachers to perform even the repetition of material grading explanations often not objective. Provision of additional material not often right on target, and even students who need to get a repetition of material often do not get the repetition of material. Expert Systems Competency Test Program for Students with Special Needs Autism is designed with the needs of the school that is the subject of research and data collection. Cluster analysis works by grouping students by similarity score minimum euclidian distance of each data. This program tests every student and provide an explanation for the repetition of questions whose answers are not in accordance with the specified result.Program based on the use of Expert Systems Competency Test for Students with Special Needs Autism, the results obtained grouping students based on their level of intelligence that has been stored in the process of testing the competency test conducted by the students with autism. So that teachers can provide in the future teaching methods to suit the needs of students in order to enhance the level of intelligence of autistic students.]]>

<![CDATA[Video Call is a set of interactive telecommunication technologies which allow two parties of people in different locations can interact via two-way delivery of audio and video in real time. Tools to sketch pictures and writings on the application ViCall aims to facilitate educators do the learning process using media with video call implementation sketch pictures and writings as explanatory. Educators start doing sketches image and writings and then saved. After that upload sketches image and writings made by educators can then be shown to the students. The results of the testing of the application can be run on at least speksifikasi android kitkat v4.4.4. On testing provider obtained the average connection time 8.33 seconds. Based on a questionnaire, test this application generates 84.4% by criteria of "very good".]]>

<![CDATA[The more commercial flights now, will be result more the number of aircraft operated and the competition to become the airline can keep operating even more difficult. Some airline companies can not compete with other companies, has gone out of business. This is one of them caused by the inaccuracy of an airline's decision in the selection of aircraft types. Type of aircraft used for flight routes should be tailored to the needs so that it can provide benefits to the company. The selection of planes is determined based on market analysis with indicators of the number of passengers, aircraft, engineering aspects of the commercial aspects or the operational costs of aircraft and competitor analysis. Aircraft direct operating costs are costs directly related to the operator of the aircraft in flight routes. Direct operating cost is very influential in the selection of aircraft types that will be used. On certain conditions the determination of the decision must be taken quickly, in which one of the conditions is the availability of relevant information. Information is the output system that can be utilized by the parties in need. Decision support system to determine the type of aircraft is a computer application that provides output in the form of aircraft operating cost information that can support managers in making decisions determining the effective fleet at the new flight routes.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Madu Baru Yogyakarta s a company that produces sugar. Many factors must be considered in determining the mount o f production generated annually. For that, in determining the mount of production per year required and analysis of decision support systems analysis will be done applying Method of Fuzzy Inference System Tsukamoto end Method Inference System Mamdani using the min as function o f its implications, the from each rule give nextplicitly (scrip) by the smallest degree of membership (Defuzzifikasi), the final result by applying a weighted average for Fuzzy Inference System defuzzyfikasi begins the composition rules between Max and the Method apllied taking the center point (z*) fuzzy area. With the comparison method of Fuzzy Inference System and Method of Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani, obtained the most appropriate methods and approaches in determining the estimated amount o f sugar production, in order to obtain an output that is the amount o f sugar per year.With statistical tests, it can be concluded that the method is relatively close to the calculation method of the factory is Tsukamoto, because the method o f Tsukamoto had a lower mean than the mean on the 7,960.42 Mamdani methods is 21710.14.]]>

<![CDATA[Decision Support System or DSS is a system that helps managers solve problems in a semi-structured. Many of the techniques used to make the DSS, onewith Fuzzy Logic Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM). Fuzzy logic is oneproblem on feelings. Where the degree of membership is usually representedwith a value of 0 and 1, with Fuzzy Logic is the degree of membership can be represented with a value between 0 and 1, which can be more balanced. High School Angkasa Yogyakarta is a place to educate students thus the students can be useful for Nation.In realizing, the need for good quality teachers who can become role models for students, so that teaching and learning process will be better. Thus the need assessment conducted by the student or the principal to determine the ability of ateacher, both in the process of teaching or outside the teaching process. In the process of assessment needs to consider several factors than affect teacher performance. These factor related to teaching and learning process outside the process of theaching anyothers on the Indonesian Government Regulation Number 74 Year 2008 about the master of pedagogical,competence, personality, social and professional.High School Angkasa in conducting an assessment to each teacher based on the result of the vote. So , to help assist in making selection for decision support of teacher to be made SPK. DSS will use fuzzy logic techniques that apply MADM SAW method in its calculation. It is expected that DSS can be an alternativein the selection of exeplary teacher in High School Yogyakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[School is a place to study to implement the learning process. However, along with the development of teaching and learning technologies now can be done outside of school one of them with online media. Students at the school will usually feel a saturation point with the delivery of material in class with the different character of the teacher. For it is made a program that could provide a new learning method. Bayesian Network Methods is a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) and comes with a Conditional Probability Distribution Table (CPT) for each node. Bayesian Network Methods is running on the calculations to find the value of the results of the examination of the student. From the research that has been conducted on the " Expert System Assessment Mastery Of Subject Matter Of Website Based With Bayesian Network Method” o f the obtained results for the average student's ability to answer every question with 5 topics there is 28.66% from 50%.]]>

<![CDATA[Minimarket idola on a daily basis there are many sales transactions, so that the data stored in the database is very large. The data can be used as much useful information for the owner of a minimarket in policy making. To explore the data that is used a lot of data mining technique. Data mining uses data analysis to discover patterns and relationships in data that may be used to make accurate predictions.In this research, data mining is used to forecast the sales of goods in Minimarket Idoal. Forecasting the future based on measuring the value of the patterns in the data collection. To perform sales forecasting in the future to use the method of time series. Forecasting time series data to predict what will happen based on past historical data.Time series methods for forecasting sales in the calculation Minimarket Idola using exponential smoothing and moving average. Of the count sought the MAD (Mean Absolute Deviation) or forecasting errors. Where MAD is the smallest value of the calculation of exponential smoothing and moving average is the result of forecasting with a small error. Forecasting results will not always be appropriate because the market demand influenced by several factors. But it does not mean that the forecast is made useless.]]>
