Abstract

This study aims to create a system according to the needs of collectors, optimize the input of visit reports that can be accessed on each collector's cellphone and there is information on the results of bills from each collector both from the results of daily bills and the final results of billing and TL (Team Leader) can monitor collector visits via GPS tracking. The benefits of this research can be a solution to the problem of collector visits and help the Team Leader of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk so that work becomes more effective and can make it easier for collectors to input visit reports. Descriptive research method with data collection techniques, interviews with the authorities. The location of this research is in Bank Central Asia (BCA), especially in the credit card billing section. The result of the research is the development of a GPS tracking-based credit card debt collector visit report system to make it easier for Team Leaders to monitor and optimize collector time to perform in the field.Keywords: GPS Tracking, Collector, Visit Report, Credit Card.DOI : http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4958031

Abstract

Penulisan karya tulis ini membahas mengenai proses monitoring tanaman strawberry diimplementasikan pada kebun strawberry yang nantinya akan menjadi acuan untuk dapat merancang sebuah alat proses monitoring tanaman strawberry melalui teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Ada beberapa tools yang digunakan salah satunya Arduino IDE sebagai software pemrograman untuk mengkoneksikan Node MCU Esp 8266, Sensor DHT 22, Sensor Soilmoisture, dan komponen elektronik lainnya. Beberapa tools tersebut diprogram menggunakan Software Eagle sebagai pencetakan papan perangkat keras untuk membentuk sebuah PCB (Printed Circuit Board) atau Papan Rangkaian yang tercetak dan menjadi sebuah perangkat keras yang saling terhubung. Penggunaan Aplikasi Bylink sebagai pengendalian dan monitoring-nya. Secara empiris dan pengakuan beberapa petani di Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung, strawberry adalah tanaman yang rentan terhadap perubahan suhu dan iklim. Dengan adanya alat ini harapannya dapat mempermudah petani mengetahui kelembaban tanah, mengetahui tanaman yang belum tersiram dan belum diberi anti hama atau vitamin, dan secara penggunannya dapat meluas baik dalam skala kecil di perkebunan hingga skala besar yang mampu dimanfaatkan di beberapa industri pertanian. Selain itu, sistem ini dapat menjadi teknologi pertanian digital modern yang mampu mengurangi persentase kegagalan hasil panen yang dikarenakan tanaman kurang kandungan air atau terkena hama dan perubahan suhu ekstrim sehingga menanam strawberry terasa lebih mudah dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Aduino IDE, Eagle Software, Bylink App, Internet of Things

Abstract

Maintenance and Construction of West Bandung Witel is one of the work units of PT. Telkom Akses Jawa Barat, whose job is to build and maintain the broadband network owned by PT. Telkom Indonesia which is located in Dayeuh Kolot, Bandung City. In improving performance and activities within the Construction and Maintenance Unit environment, a system or application is needed that can facilitate work data collection. So that the work carried out by the unit can be recorded properly and on time according to the targets set by the company. Based on these problems, with this practical work a web-based system or application is built that can help with existing problems. Making this information system is done by way of data collection, analysis, design, implementation up to testing the information system. The end result of this research is a Maintenance and Construction Administration Information System that can be used to facilitate staff or employees in processing work data. Abstract

The writing of this paper discusses the process of monitoring strawberry plants implemented in strawberry gardens which will later become a reference to be able to design a tool for monitoring strawberry plants through Internet of Things (IoT) technology. There are several tools used, one of which is Arduino IDE as programming software to connect the Esp 8266 MCU Node, DHT 22 Sensor. Soil moisture Sensor, and other electronic components. Some of these tools are programmed using Eagle Software as a hardware board printing to form a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) or printed circuit board and become an interconnected hardware device. The use of the Bylink Application as its control and monitoring. Empirically and according to several farmers in Ciwidey, Bandung Regency, strawberry is a plant that is susceptible to changes in temperature and climate. With this tool, it is hoped that it will make it easier for farmers to determine soil moisture, identify plants that have not been watered and have not been given anti-pests or vitamins, and that their use can be extended both on a small scale in plantations to large scale that is able to take advantage of several agricultural industries. In addition, this system can be a modern digital technology that is able to reduce the percentage of crop failure due to lack of air or exposure to pests and temperature changes so that growing strawberries is easier and more efficient.

Abstract

The health service center in Bandung Regency is a place for taking medicine for sick residents. The pharmacy is responsible for procuring, ordering, receiving, storing, distributing, recording, and reporting medicine supplies. The series of drug data processing activities for health services starts from ordering drugs, collecting drug data, dispensing drugs, and recording and reporting. To make it easier to record transactions and report drug supplies, a particular application based on PHP programming and a MySQL database was created, which is expected to assist in recording drug purchase and sale transactions, as well as creating reports so that it can further increase the effectiveness of work at pharmacies in providing services, towards citizens.

Abstract

Many technologies are constantly evolving to facilitate teaching and learning. The presence system became an obstacle in practicality and recording to a central server in STMIK Mardira Indonesia that has hundreds of students, especially if the presentation is done manually, requiring considerable time and providing opportunities for human error. System Presence Development Lecturer and Student using CodeIgniter Framework-based QR Code using the programming language PHP, JavaScript, jQuery. The method used, namely, observation, interview, literature, and systems development, is used using the model of requirements, analysis, design, implementation, and testing. It can be concluded that the system has been perfected following the schedule of lectures and the system can process data with both faculty and students.

Abstract

Cimahi city is known for its rich historical places and buildings, there are 25 historical buildings in Cimahi City that passed the verification of the Ministry of Education and Culture. It is unfortunate if the information regarding the location of the distribution of the cultural heritage has not been widely disseminated to the public, the purpose of this research is to help the community in adding insight about historical places and buildings in Cimahi City by building applications as a supporting tool. Application method is Djikstra and application creation using android Studio. With software development model SDLC and the stages of development consist of: Systems Planning, analysis, design, development, testing and Maintenance. From the results of manufacture geographic information system cultural heritage as a media to increase insight for the community. Researchers can find out cultural heritage buildings in Cimahi City, There is also a route map that can provide information for the public in accessing cultural heritage buildings in Cimahi City.

Abstract

To facilitate and streamline the activities of recording or inputting asset data in CIPELAH VILLAGE, computerization is needed in this village to schedule fixed asset loans. The fixed asset loan scheduling system is a system designed to help ease the asset cation staff when managing assets which are still manual or in writing. The research method used is literature study, field study, interview, observation, and the system development technique used is OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis Design) and the method used is the GREEDY method. The implementation and system testing stage is a stage that is carried out after the system has been analyzed and designed in detail, this stage is also the stage of implementing the system for operation. The programming language used is HTML, PHP with PHPMyAdmin database.

Abstract

The PBB-P2 application, which focuses on the case study of Cangkuang Wetan Village, is specifically created to streamline and enhance the inputting and managing of rural and urban land and building taxes. The data-gathering methods employed, including thorough observation, comprehensive interviews, and extensive literature review, ensure the accuracy and reliability of the system. The system design was created with descriptive techniques and the object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) development methodology, employing, which involves a process of analysis, system design, and object-oriented implementation outlinas ed by the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This design aims to provide benefits to Cangkuang Wetan Village by automating the tax computation process, managing citizen data, and generating time-saving reports.

Abstract

The production method has prioritized guaranteeing excellent manufacturing quality in response to the increasing competitiveness in the clothing industry. Utilizing a fabric roll meter measuring instrument dramatically enhances the overall quality of the product by guaranteeing precise measurements. Roll meter fabric measuring equipment in the garment industry evaluates product accuracy based on customer specifications, ensuring exceptional quality. Effective regulation is essential for the management and upkeep of cloth roll meter measuring instruments. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that can evaluate the level of urgency for calibrating various equipment and identify those that need recalibration despite having already been calibrated. This project created a web-based system for scheduling the calibration of fabric roll meters. The system was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL for database management. Use cases delineate how the user interacts with the system, whereas an activity diagram represents the sequence of user activities. Furthermore, a sequence diagram illustrates the user's participation in chronological order. The information system implements maintenance schedules, oversees the calibration of fabric roll meter measuring instruments, stores calibration certificates, and effectively handles calibration data to guarantee precision and efficiency.
