Abstract

This study aimed to identify difficulty of VIII grade science teacher at junior high schools sub district Metro central in academic year of 2016 / 2017 in planning and implementing assessments. The samples were 5 teachers who entirely science teacher class VIII and chosen by sampling saturated technique. Design research was descriptive design. Data difficulty teachers in planning and implementing assessments were obtained from the results of questionnaire and interview of science teachers that were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed the average of difficulty experienced teachers in planning and implementing assessments was quite. The main factors that caused teachers had difficulty in planning assessments was make the achievement indicators competence school tuition while that cause teachers had difficulty in implementing assessments was the implementation of the assessments affective domain, especially in observe attitude aspects.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan guru IPA kelas VIII SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Metro Pusat tahun ajaran 2016/2017 dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan asesmen. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 5 guru yang seluruhnya merupakan guru IPA kelas VIII dan dipilih dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Desain penelitian adalah desain deskriptif. Data kesulitan guru dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan asesmen diperoleh dari hasil angket dan wawancara pada guru yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan asesmen tergolong cukup. Faktor utama yang menyebabkan guru cukup kesulitan dalam merencanakan asesmen adalah menetapkan indikator pencapaian kompetensi peserta didik sedangkan yang menyebabkan guru cukup kesulitan dalam melaksanakan asesmen adalah dalam pelaksanaan asesmen ranah afektif, terutama dalam mengamati aspek sikap.Kata Kunci: asesmen, guru IPA, kesulitan, melaksanakan, merencanakan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of teaching materials based on local wisdom on activities, learning outcomes, and student responses. The research sample were 33 of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Pasar Krui. Sample selection using Total Sampling technique. The data of this research are pretest, posttest, activity observation sheet and student response questionnaire. The research design was one group pretest-posttest. The research data was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that, the average percentage of n-Gain was 0.714 with high criteria. The highest activity was on the aspect of paying attention to the teacher's explanation, the average percentage of 88.50 criteria was very good, the lowest activity in the aspect of maintaining opinion an average percentage of 49.74 was sufficient criteria. The highest student response questionnaire was on the aspect of the performance that was 84.84 with very good criteria. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal terhadap aktivitas, hasil belajar, dan tanggapan siswa. Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Pasar Krui berjumlah 33 siswa. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Data penelitian ini yaitu nilai pretes, postes, lembar observasi aktivitas dan angket tanggapan siswa. Desain penelitian yaitu one grup pretest-postest. Data penelitian di analisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, persentase rata-rata n-Gain 0,714 kriteria tinggi. Aktivitas paling tinggi terdapat pada aspek memperhatikan penjelasan guru rata-rata persentase 88,50 kriteria sangat baik, aktivitas paling rendah pada aspek mempertahankan pendapat rata-rata persentase 49,74 kriteria cukup. Angket tanggapan siswa paling tinggi terdapat pada aspek tampilan yaitu 84,84 kriteria sangat baik.Kata kunci: aktivitas peserta didik, bahan ajar, hasil belajar, kearifan lokal

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the implementation and problem of practical in life organization material. Samples in this research were VII grade teachers science whom implemented practical work, chosen by purposive sampling. Research design was Expository. This research used qualitative approach and descriptive data. Data collecting technique used questionnaires, interview, and observation, and then the data were analyzed by using of Miles and Huberman model. The result showed that the implementation of practical work in life organization subjects by teachers and students in Langkapura was very good criteria. Implementation steps in life organization subject by teachers and students in Langkapura the criteria was good. Problems of practical work of life organization subject were limitation on the equipment that used in practical work, such as dissection tool, light microscope, medium, and cloroform.Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pelaksanaan dan permasalahan praktikum materi organisasi kehidupan. Sampel penelitian ini guru IPA yang mengajar di kelas VII dan melaksanakan kegiatan praktikum, dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Desain penelitian ini adalah riset ekploratori. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan data berupa deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi, data dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelaksanaan praktikum materi organisasi kehidupan menurut guru dan siswa di Kecamatan Langkapura mendapat kriteria sangat baik. Tahapan pelaksanaan praktikum yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa mendapat kriteria baik. Permasalahan pada pelaksanaan praktikum materi organisasi kehidupan adalah keterbatasan alat yang digunakan untuk kegiatan praktikum, seperti alat bedah, mikroskop cahaya, medium, dan kloroform.Kata kunci: organisasi kehidupan, pelaksanaan praktikum, permasalahan praktikum

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the effect of Adiwiyata program and the environmental care attitude. Research design was ex post facto. Sampling technique was purposive sampling, there were 108 students taken as  samples from 20 % population. Research data were obtained from test and questionnaire, analyzed by using Independent sample t-Test. Result of the research showed that environmental knowledge value in Adiwiyata was  and non Adiwiyata school was . Environmental care attitude in Adiwiyata school was 85  4,9 and non Adiwiyata school was 81  6,8. The results showed that there was an effect of Adiwiyata program on environmental knowledge proven by the value (p=0,000 ≤ 0,05). The environmental care attitude was affected by Adiwiyata program proven by the value (p=0,003 ≤ 0,05). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program Adiwiyata terhadap pengetahuan lingkungan dan sikap peduli lingkungan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain ex post facto. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling bertujuan khusus (purposive sampling) , sampel berjumlah 108 siswa yang diambil dari 20 % jumlah populasi. Data penelitian diperoleh dari soal tes dan kuisioner, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Independent sampel t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai pengetahuan lingkungan pada sekolah program Adiwiyata sebesar dan  untuk sekolah non program Adiwiyata. Sikap peduli lingkungan pada sekolah program Adiwiyata sebesar 85  4,9 dan 81  6,8 untuk sekolah non program Adiwiyata. Hasil uji hipotesis terdapat pengaruh program Adiwiyata terhadap pengetahuan lingkungan dibuktikan dengan nilai (p=0,000 ≤ 0,05). Sikap peduli lingkungan terdapat pengaruh oleh program Adiwiyata dibuktikan dengan nilai (p=0,003 ≤ 0,05).Kata kunci: Adiwiyata, pengetahuan lingkungan, sikap peduli lingkungan

Abstract

This study aims were to determine  significant effect of vertical garden toward air humidity on classroom and to find out the characteristics of student worksheet with global warming material in VII grade of junior high school applied using vertical garden. Data were analyzed statistically by independent test. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the used ofvertical garden toward air humidity of the classroom with a significant value of 0,000. While, the results of the validation test for student worksheets which were  based on professional validation and practitioner validation had thecategory of "very good" so it can be declared as "valid".Keywords: air humidity, student worksheet, vertical garden Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan vertical garden terhadap kelembaban udara ruang kelas dan karakteristik Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) SMP kelas VII materi pemanasan global yang diaplikasikan menggunakan vertical garden. Data dianalisis secara statistik dengan uji independent test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan vertical garden terhadap kelembaban udara ruang kelas dengan nilai signifikan 0.000. Sedangkan hasil uji validasi Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) yang dikembangkan berdasarkan validasi ahli maupun validasi praktisi memperoleh kategori “sangat baik” sehingga dapat dinyatakan “valid”.Kata kunci: kelembaban udara, LKPD, vertical garden

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of using learning model think-pair-share to students learning outcomes of junior high school YBL Natar. This study was quasi-experimental study with pretest and posttest design equivalent groups. Samples were students of class VII A and VII D that were selected by purposive sampling of the population. This research data were quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data were N-gain analyzed by ANOVA test and U test. Results showed TPS can improved students learning outcomes with the average N-gain is 51,09. The average N-gain on indicator has increased 14,37 for C1 and C4 indicators 2,72. Activity of students in experimental class for all aspects had average 85,26% with high criteria. In addition, most of the students (86,29%) gave a positive response to think-pair-share learning model.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran think-pair-share terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMP YBL Natar. Penelitian ini merupakan studi eksperimen semu dengan desain pretest dan posttest kelompok ekuivalen. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII A dan VII D yang dipilih dari populasi secara purposive sampling. Data penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif berupa N-gain yang dianalisis melalui uji anova dan uji U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan TPS meningkatan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan dengan rata-rata N-gain yaitu 51,09. Rata-rata N-gain pada indikator yang mengalami peningkatan yaitu C1 14,37 dan indikator C4 sebesar 2,72. Aktivitas siswa pada kelas eksperimen untuk semua aspek memperoleh rata-rata 85,26% dengan kriteria tinggi. Selain itu, sebagian besar siswa (86,29%) memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap penggunaan model pembelajaran think-pair-share.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, klasifikasi benda, think-pair-share
