Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh konflik peran dan ambiguitas peran terhadap stres kerja serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Penerangan Jalan dan Pengelolaan Reklame (PJPR) Semarang. Responden penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PJPR Semarang yang berjumlah 111 orang, Teknik analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: konflik peran dan ambiguitas peran berpengaruh positif terhadap stres kerja. Konflik peran memiliki pengaruh lebih tinggi dibanding pengaruh ambiguitas peran. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan konflik peran, ambiguitas peran dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ambiguitas peran paling besar dalam menurunkan kinerja karyawan. Konflik peran memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung lebih besar, sedangkan ambiguitas peran memiliki pengaruh langsung lebih besar. Sehingga baik konflik peran maupun ambiguitas peran perlu diperhatikan secara berimbang.Kata kunci : Konflik Peran; Ambiguitas Peran; Stres Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Responden penelitian adalah 48 pegawai di kantor Balai Penempatan Pelayanan dan Perlindungan Tenaga kerja Indonesia (BP3TKI) Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi berganda simultan dua persamaan regresi dengan pengolah data SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Kepuasan kerja menjadi faktor dominan dlam membentuk komitmen organisasi yang berdampak pada OCB.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Kerja; Lingkungan Kerja; Kepuasan Kerja; Komitmen Organisasi; Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT. KAI DAOP IV Semarang Indonesia. The population in this study were permanent employees at PT. KAI Daop IV Semarang as many as 215 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on criteria or considerations, including: permanent employees at PT. KAI Daop IV Semarang, which has worked for at least 2 years, so that 103 samples were obtained. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. Other results show that there is a positive and significant effect of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The results of the mediation effect test showed that job satisfaction was able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, while job satisfaction was unable to mediate the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

Answer Sheet Reading Computers are one of the technologies for converting images into information which continues to develop until now. Some of the applications of this technology include correcting various school exams, psychological tests, surveys and voting. Accuracy is something that is often a problem in various studies on reading computer answer sheets. Accuracy is greatly influenced by the scanned image. In the process of scanning computer answer sheets, images often produce asymmetry, such as tilting, shifting and dilatation.The process of scanning computer answer sheets often produces asymmetrical images, such as tilted, shifted and dilated.  This incident will affect the accuracy of the results of reading the computer answer sheet, due to deformation of the shape between the reference image and the scanned image. This study aims to improve asymmetric images to become symmetrical with the Homografi transformation in order to get better reading accuracy. The results showed that the improvement of image symmetry with Homografi transformation was better than the skew correction method. This is shown from the respective RMSE values, the Homografi transformation method produces an RMSE value of 51.54 and the skew correction method produces a value of 67.04. The results of the study also stated that the accuracy of reading computer answer sheets with the Homografi transformation method was better than skew correction. The skew correction accuracy is 95.8%, while the Homografi transformation is 99.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and independent commissioners as mechanisms of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance (ROA) of banking companies in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with an associative method, secondary data were collected from 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2023. The analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results show that institutional ownership and independent commissioners have a positive and significant effect on ROA, while managerial ownership has no significant effect. However, simultaneously, the three variables have a significant effect on Return on Assets (ROA). Future research is recommended to expand the scope of variables and consider other industry sectors in order to obtain more comprehensive insights into the impact of Good Corporate Governance mechanisms on financial performance.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of capital structure (DER) and liquidity (CR) on company value (PBV) in the transportation sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2019-2024 and to analyze the role of return on assets (ROA) as a mediating variable. This study used panel data regression analysis using EViews 13 software. The study population consisted of 62 companies in the transportation sector whose shares are listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 26 companies selected through purposive sampling. The study period was 2019-2024. This study demonstrates that DER and CR have no effect on ROA. Furthermore, it found that DER and CR significantly affect PBV, while ROA has no effect. Sobel testing also showed that ROA does not mediate the impact of DER and CR on PBV. The novelty of this study lies in its finding that profit does not play a mediating role between financial structure and liquidity that affects a company’s market value. The study results indicate that financial structure and liquidity management play a more significant role than profit in increasing company value in the transportation sector. Therefore, these may be key factors for managers and investors in making financial decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of learning organization, person-job fit on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is through a quantitative approach, with a survey method using questionnaires as a data collection technique. The method used in sampling is purposive sampling with the criteria in sample selection being employees with a minimum working period of 3 years as many as 97 respondents. The results of the study found that 1) Learning Organization does not have a direct impact on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Semarang City, 2) Person-Job Fit has a significant influence on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Semarang City, so the more aligned the work with the employee's skills, the greater their productivity. 3) Job satisfaction plays a mediator in the relationship between the Learning Organization and Person-Job Fit to employee performance.

Abstract

The financial behavior of Generation Z students who play online games, particularly Roblox, does not yet fully demonstrate effective financial management skills. Challenges such as impulsive spending and difficulty distinguishing between personal needs and digital entertainment are still prevalent and can potentially affect their financial stability. This study aims to analyze the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), Financial Literacy, and Financial Technology (FinTech) on the financial behavior of Roblox online game players. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires administered to 219 respondents selected through purposive and accidental sampling techniques. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that FOMO has a negative and insignificant effect, whereas Financial Literacy and FinTech have positive and significant effects on the financial behavior of Generation Z Roblox players. An R-square value of 0.632 shows the model’s ability to explain factors influencing financial behavior. This study highlights the importance of psychological management and digital literacy in shaping wiser financial behavior among Generation Z students who play online games like Roblox.

Abstract

The rapid growth of social media has fostered the emergence of influencers as a key element in modern digital marketing strategies. Influencer income is no longer determined solely by the number of followers but is also influenced by content quality and audience engagement rate. This study aims to examine the effect of content quality on influencer income with engagement rate as a mediating variable. A quantitative research approach was employed using a survey method. The sample consisted of 120 influencers in Indonesia selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that content quality has a positive and significant effect on both engagement rate and influencer income. Furthermore, engagement rate also has a positive and significant effect on influencer income. However, the indirect effect analysis reveals that engagement rate does not mediate the relationship between content quality and influencer income. These findings suggest that content quality has a more dominant direct impact on influencer income rather than through engagement mechanisms. This study provides practical implications for influencers to prioritize content quality improvement as a key strategy for increasing income, and for brands to consider content quality alongside engagement rate when selecting influencers for collaborations.
