The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction, and training on individual performance in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Kelet village, Jepara district. The population in this study were 105 MSME actors in Kelet village consisting of food production MSMEs and service MSMEs. The sample is 105 employees of SMEs in Kelet village using the census sampling technique. The research technique used is a quantitative research technique using a structural equation model (SEM) with the AMOS 26 program. The results show 1) The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction for MSME actors in Kelet village, 2) Job training has no effect on job satisfaction for MSME actors. Kelet village, 3) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on the individual performance of MSMEs in Kelet village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program MBKM, kurikulum digital, kesiapan siswa terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa generasi Z di Semarang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data menggunakan angket untuk mahasiswa semester akhir di PTN dan PTS di wilayah Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester akhir pada PTN dan PTS di wilayah Kota Semarang, karena wilayah ini memiliki perguruan tinggi terbesar dengan akreditasi yang sangat baik dan prima. PTN dan PTS yang memiliki akreditasi prima dan unggul ada 14 perguruan tinggi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria PT yang memiliki akreditasi A dan telah menjalankan beberapa program MBKM. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) MBKM berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui kesiapan siswa pada siswa generasi z di Semarang sebagai variabel mediasi, 2) Kurikulum digital berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja pada siswa generasi z di kota Semarang melalui kesiapan sebagai variabel mediasi.

Menjadi tenaga kerja yang terserap pada perusahaan setelah lulus, menjadi impian sebagian besar mahasiswa. Namun saat ini, impian ini mulai bergeser eranya dimana banyak mahasiswa lebih memilih untuk menjadi pengusaha dibandingkan karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis peran off campus learning (MBKM) terhadap entrepreneur self-efficacy dan Entrepreneur competence serta terhadap entrepreneur intention. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa-mahasiswa muslim di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 1119 mahasiswa menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar secara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama off campus learning berdampak positif signifikan terhadap entrepreneur self-efficacy mahasiswa muslim. Kedua Entrepreneur competence berdampak positif signifikan terhadap entrepreneur intention pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Ketiga off campus learning berdampak positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneur competence pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Keempat entrepreneur self-efficacy berdampak positif signifikan terhadap Entrepreneur competence pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Kelima off campus learning berdampak secara tidak langsung terhadap entrepreneur intention melalui Entrepreneur competence pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Keenam off campus learning berdampak secara tidak langsung terhadap entrepreneur intention melalui entrepreneur competence pada mahasiswa muslim Indonesia. Penelitian ini bisa dijadikan pertimbangan bagi pihak perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah untuk lebih serius dalam pengembangan kebijakan program off campus learning terutama fokus pada kewirausahaan mahasiswa.

Universities around the world have recently expanded their attention to include “employability skills,” which are the soft and hard skills deemed relevant and important for graduates to start a career in a rapidly changing labor market. This research looks at competency, hard skills, and soft skills, as well as work preparation in the industrial era 4.0 among Indonesian state and private university students in Generation Z. Work preparation in the industrial era 4.0, competency, hard skills and soft skills are the variables used. in this research. All participants in this research were students from Indonesian public and private universities, or generation Z. A total of 400 final semester Generation Z students aged 18 to 28 years were used as samples in this research. Proportional random sampling is the method used for sampling. Questionnaires are used in survey data collection methods. AMOS 26 software was used in the data analysis procedure for this research with the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The findings of this research indicate that although soft skills have a direct or indirect impact on job readiness, hard skills have an indirect effect.

Research Aims: The issues, such as global warming, increasing levels of pollution, increasing carbon, and climate change, make it mandatory for all organizations to strive to preserve the environment and work for the welfare of society. The aim to be achieved in this study was to explore the practice of green human resource management (GHRM) and its contribution to increasing sustainable organizational performance (SOP) through green service innovation (GSI) in the local government organizations of Semarang City, Indonesia.Design/Methodology/Approach: This research used a quantitative method. The data in this study were collected using closed online questionnaires for the leaders of the civil servants in each regional government organization in Semarang City. The data analysis employed the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) utilizing the software of Smart PLS 3.Research Findings: The results of the data analysis demonstrated that all proposed hypotheses were accepted. It has been proven that GHRM and GSI could, directly and indirectly, improve SOP in Semarang City Government through the primary indicator of the vision of developing environmental management and services for the community and environmentally friendly digital service innovations.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: GSI could mediate the relationship between GHRM and SOP. In addition, this study revealed that the digital elements of public services in GSI enormously increased SOP.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The results have been good news for leaders in public service organizations with different policies on becoming sustainable organizations and preserving environmentally friendly practices in serving the community.Research Limitations/Implications: The authors recognize that the current study has limitations. This research only focused on organizational performance. Since the authors see that GHRM and GSI practices play a decisive role for employees, this study recommends further research to investigate the role of GHRM and GSI on employee performance.

This study assesses a methodology for improving HR performance using affective Commitment and Islamic work ethics as modifying factors. 59 instructors who have taught at Islamic-based schools in Kawedanan Boja for more than five years responded to the questionnaire, providing the data for this study. Then, to estimate the causal association between variables, this data-gathering technique employs path analysis, which is an extension of multiple regression or regression analysis. The findings of this study suggest that the Islamic work ethic directly improves HR performance. Using affective Commitment as an intervention variable, the Islamic work ethic also positively affects HR performance since the stronger the Islamic work ethic, the higher the affective Commitment, which affects HR performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training on the competency and performance of ATBM weaving employees of PT Asaputex Tegal City. The population in this study were all employees of PT Asaputex Tegal City totaling 135 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is the census technique. The research method used is quantitative, using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 26 software. The results show that 1) Job training has an indirect effect on the performance of employees of PT Asaputex Kota Tegal through competency as mediation, 2) Work training has a direct effect on the performance of employees of PT Asaputex Tegal City.Keywords: job training; competency; employee performance

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of consumer cognitive factors such as brand association, perceived quality of the brand, brand image, and brand reputation on brand equity both directly and indirectly via brand personality. This type of study is explanatory. This study used a purposive sampling method and included 100 Shopee users as respondents from Kebumen and the nearby districts. Data analysis was performed descriptively, and path analysis. The results of this studied indicate that cognitive factors partially; brand association and brand reputation have a significant impact effect on brand personality, brand image and perceived quality of brand did not affect brand personality, perceived quality of brand, brand image and brand personality have positive effect on brand equity. Brand personality is proven to be able to mediate brand association and brand reputation towards brand equity. The perceived quality of brand and brand image are proven not to be mediated by brand personality.

The era of society 5.0 is accompanied by rapid social and economic transformation in all sectors of human life. The demand for rapid change is undoubtedly felt by all sectors, especially technology sector organizations, where they must adapt to change. Leadership has become an important role in this sector because of the demands of change to determine organizational success. Therefore, this research aims to explore effective leadership styles to improve the performance of technology sector employees. The research object and population are employees of the technology sector in Indonesia. This research sample of 249 was obtained from a purposive sampling technique. The research method uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart-pls 0.3 software. The research results show that the digital leadership style impacts employee performance; 2) the visionary leadership style impacts employee performance; 3) the servant leadership style impacts employee performance; and 4) the agile leadership style does not impact employee performance.
