Banks have an important role in the economic sector especially in the development and economic growth, it is not separated from the role of banks as intermediary institutions. The bank has a duty to collect funds from the public and then channeled back to the community in the form of credit. The lending is not optimal conducted by the bank into the background of this research. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of third party funds, capital, earning assets and liquidity assets to total bank credit distribution. The population used in this study is a commercial bank listed on OJK in the period 2011-2015. By using purposive sampling method, it is obtained as many 20 banks as the study samples. The method of analysis used in this study using panel data regression analysis with the program Eviews 8.0 and 5% significance level. The results of this study indicate that the third party funds and liquidity represented by LDR significant positive effect to total banking credit distribution, Capital represented by CAR has not significant effect to total banking credit distribution, while earning assets represented by NPL significant negative effect to total banking credit distribution.

This study is performed to examine the influence of variable Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Sales Growth on Dividend Policy in go public companies in the Indonesian stock exchange (IDX) at 2013. The population in this study is listed companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange at 2013. Obtained a total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used here is multiple linear regression and hypothesis test using F and t statistic with level of significance 5%. The results showed that the Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Sales Growth simultaneously influence on Dividend Policy. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this research was 0.149 that means 14.9% dividend policy can be explained by the variable Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio and Sales Growth, while the remaining 85.1% explained by other variables that are not used in this study. Partially, only Sales Growth variable has negative influence on Dividend Policy.

The study, entitled Analysis of Student Satisfaction Factors Impact On National Development University Student Loyalty "Veteran" Jakarta. To determine and analyze the influence of perceptual capabilities of employees, faculty performance against its impact on student satisfaction student loyalty either jointly or individually. This study is based on previous research and theories relevant capabilities of employees, faculty performance, student satisfaction and student loyalty by using the research method of descriptive analysis, correlation and path analysis (Path Analysis). Population studies students at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta with sampling proportional stratified random sampling in the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences as many as 168 respondents. From the analysis of the validity and reliability of all the questions to the variable capabilities of employees, faculty performance and student satisfaction and student loyalty is valid and reliable. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing sub-structure have a significant effect on the capability of employees is 50.10%, 38.30% of faculty performance and jointly by 65.40%. While the sub-structure capability -2 influence employees at 13.70%, 30.90% of faculty performance and student satisfaction by 0.219 or 21.90% and jointly by 36.10% means that individually and jointly variable employee capabilities and performance of the faculty must still be improved, thereby increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of students at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta. It is recommended to conduct further research on the influence of student satisfaction and loyalty beyond the capabilities of employees and performance variables lecturer at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta.

Abstract - This research was conducted to examine the effect of liquidity, profitability and sales growth on capital structure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling method. Selection of samples from 165 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 resulted in 33 companies being accepted. Data analysis was performed using Microsoft Excel 2013 and hypothesis testing in this research used Panel Data Regression Analysis with the E-Views 9.0 program and a significance level of 5%. The results of the test were obtained (1) the liquidity stated by CR has no significant effect on the capital structure. (2) profitability stated by ROE has a significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) sales growth stated by SG has no significant positive effect on capital structure. Keywords: liquidity, profitability, sales growth, capital structure

This research used food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period as a population and all companies listed in same sector with an observation period of four years as a sample because the sample technique used is a saturated sample, so that all 30 companies are obtained for the 2016-2019 period as a sample data. This research is tested through E-Views 11 using Panel Data Regression Analysis Method with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study are there is no significant effect between Liquidity and Firm Value, there is a significant positive effect between Leverage and Firm Value, there is a significant positive effect between Profitability and Firm Value.

This study aims”to examine the effect of Liquidity (CR),Leverage (DER), Profitability (ROE) on Dividend Policy. The object of this study is a manufacturing company registered on the stock exchange in 2016- 2018. From 147companies that became the population, there were 107 selected samples obtained by using random sampling through the Slovin formula. Data regression analysis performed is a data panel consisting of cross-sections of data and time series processed by using Microsoft Excel and E-views. The test conducted in this study show that (1) liquidity with the current ratio has no significant effect on the dividend policy, (2) leverage with the proxy of debt to equity ratio has a significant effect on the dividend policy, (3) profitability with the proxy of return on equity ratio has no significant effect and has a negative relationship with dividend policy.

This research is a quantitative study entitled “The Influence of Service Quality and Trust on Customer Satisfaction of users Mobile Banking at Bank BCA”. This research is useful for knowing, analyzing and proving the effect of service quality and trust on customer satisfaction. The problem from this research is the use of transactions mobile banking which ranks first compared to other conventional banks, but this is not in line with the increasing number of complaints from BCA bank customers every year. This is also not commensurate with the vision and mission of Bank BCA which always strives to improve quality services and maintain customer trust and expectations and desires. This study uses a sample of users mobile banking BCA Bank in Jakarta where researchers use technical techniques non- probability sampling, namely purposive sampling as much as 70 respondents. Data collection is done through google form by distributing it through social media (WhatsApp, Line, Instagram, and Facebook). In the analysis using multiple regression techniques with descriptive analysis methods and inferential analysis and data processing using IBM SPSS Statistic v.25 with a significant level of 10% (0.1). The test results obtained (1) individual service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (2) individual trust does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction (3) service quality and trust jointly have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is influenced by 58.2% by service quality and trust.

Persaingan pasar yang dihadapi UKM menyebabkan diperlukannya strategi pemasaran terpadu yang akan dapat digunakan untuk menghadapi pesaing. Memanfaatkan teknologi tepat guna yang ada menjadi pilihan tepat yang harus diimplementasikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemasaran agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Perkembangan teknologi, khususnya bidang informasi, telah menumbuhkan peluang berkreasi dan berinovasi dalam memasarkan UKM. Teknologi sebagai media komunikasi menjadi sarana yang sangat efektif dalam dunia pemasaran hingga saat ini. Seiring dengan perubahan perilaku masyarakat yang lebih menaruh perhatian pada internet menjadi tantangan bagi UKM dalam memasarkan produk secara daring. Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) atau Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu (KPT) adalah suatu konsep perencanaan komunikasi pemasaran terpadu yang mengevaluasi peran strategis pemasaran dari berbagai model komunikasi, misalnya periklanan umum, penjualan personal, pemasaran langsung, hubungan masyarakat, dan menggabungkan berbagai program ini sebagai upaya meningkatkan omzet penjualan. Penerapan IMC dalam upaya merambah pasar bagi produk UKM di Kecamatan Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui edukasi pemasaran, focus group discussion, sosialisasi, dan pendampingan implementasi penggunaan pemasaran berbasis daring.
