Abstract

Transformational leadership has become an essential aspect of life skills integrated into a learning activity. At the same time, the tools for evaluating transformational leadership in the context of sports students in Indonesia still need to be improved. This study aims to adapt the global transformational leadership scale (GTLS) into the Indonesian version constructed from seven potential behaviors (vision, staff development, supportive, empowerment innovative, lead by example and charismatic). Testing content validity uses nine raters from various disciplines. Construct validity uses 297 students and concurrent validity by correlating GTLS scores with the leadership practices inventory (LPI). The data were analyzed using the Aiken formula, factor analysis, Pearson, and Cronbach's alpha with the help of the SPSS-AMOS. The result was that the seven adapted GTLS items met the Aiken validity parameter=0.74-0.96, construct validity (discriminant index=0.59-0.70; factor loading=0.63-0.77; p-value=0.000; RMR=0.013; GFI=0.961; TLI=0.952, CFI=0.968; RMSEA=0.080), concurrent validity (r=0.467), and reliability parameters=0.87. Thus, the Indonesian version of GTLS is valid and reliable for measuring transformational leadership in sports student culture. However, GTLS only facilitates members’ perceptions of their group leaders, so it is necessary to develop a GTLS scale oriented towards students perceiving their transformational leadership. These two data from different perspectives (peer and self-perception) enlarge the results of lecturers' comprehensive measurement, assessment, evaluation, and improvement of their students’ leadership.

Abstract

Living the life of the 21st century, one of the essential things that the world of education pays attention to is the development of students' analytical thinking skill activities. Research in various countries found only a few studies on developing analytical thinking instruments for Micro Teaching courses. Reports of several studies are limited to developing analytical thinking instruments for elementary school students. This research aims to construct analytical thinking skill instruments for Micro Teaching courses by adopting a development research model (test design, test trials, and test assembly). Nine items were designed using the concept of analytical thinking skills from Anderson and his colleagues; differentiation, organizing, and attributing, then validated by nine raters and tested on 30 students. Content validity testing (rater assessment) uses the Aiken–V formula, reliability testing uses Cronbach's alpha formula, Inter–Rater Reliability testing from Pearson's Intraclass Correlation Coefficients, construct validity testing uses Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), as well as analyzing the difficulty and discrimination item. The research results prove that the validity of the content of each item and the reliability test has been fulfilled. While the results of the trial using EFA confirmed the formation of three dominant factors with a loading factor value of ˃0.50, with a reliability coefficient of 0.82. The instrument is appropriate to use because, in addition to fulfilling the parameters of statistical testing, this instrument is also more operational, contextual, and practical to use to measure and assess analytical thinking skills for Micro Teaching courses.

Abstract

Abstract: First Aid is the first method of providing assistance to people who have had an accident, injury, or illness. Sports injuries can occur due to trauma, force, technical errors, physical limitations, and sports equipment. Sports injuries involve tears in soft tissue such as fascia, muscle fibers, and ligaments. Teachers must have first aid knowledge and skills to deal with these incidents to minimize the increase in the severity of injuries. The method used in this activity is training with demonstrations and discussions as well as practical assistance. Community service activities were carried out in Banyuwangi Regency, with participants being physical education, sports, and health teachers. Through this activity, the Faculty of Sports & Health Sciences at Universitas Negeri Surabaya can provide positive use value in the form of service activities to improve human resources and partners. Participants' responses regarding the implementation of activities had an average rating of 4.4. Keywords: training; first aid; physical education teacher Abstrak: Pertolongan Pertama pada Kecelakaan (P3K) merupakan cara pertama pemberian pertolongan kepada orang yang mengalami kecelakaan, cedera, terluka atau sakit. Cedera olahraga dapat terjadi karena faktor trauma, ruda paksa, kesalahan teknik, keterbatasan fisik dan alat olahraga. Cedera olahraga berupa robek pada jaringan lunak seperti fascia, serabut otot dan ligamen. Guru harus memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan pertolongan pertama sehingga mengatasi kejadian tersebut untuk meminimalisir bertambanya tingkat keparahan cedera. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dengan demonstrasi dan diskusi serta pendampingan praktik. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan peserta guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Melalui kegiatan ini, Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan dan Kesehatan Universitas Negeri Surabaya dapat memberikan nilai guna yang positif dalam bentuk kegiatan pengabdian untuk meningkatan sumber daya manusia dan mitra. Respon peserta terkait pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu dengan rata-rata penilaian 4.4 dari rentang 0-5. Kata Kunci: pelatihan; pertolongan pertama; guru pendidikan jasmani

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa tentang : perencanaan, penataan, implementasi, dan hasil program pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) berbasis daring di SD Negeri Betro, Sedati, Sidoarjo dengan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Subyek penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru Kelas, Guru PJOK, dan Siswa kelas IV-IV SD Negeri Betro, Sedati – Sidoarjo. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisa deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa : (1) aspek perencanaan program dengan indikator relevansi kurikulum 2013 dan SE Kemendikbud No. 15 Tahun 2020  dengan pembelajaran di sekolah pada  standar  kategori sangat  baik; aspek penataan program dengan indikator latar belakang guru PJOK dan keterlibatan siswa,  serta sarana dan prasarana pada standar  kategori sangat baik; aspek implementasi program dengan indikator persiapan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK pada standar kategori sangat baik; dan (4) aspek hasil program indikator motivasi belajar menunjukkan motivasi belajar siswa faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik menunjukkan kriteria sangat tinggi dan tingkat pemahaman siswa yang dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa menunjukkan nilai lulus KKM.
