Abstract

Kebutuhan akan tersedianya internet semakin meningkat sekarang ini. Untuk menunjang kebutuhan tersebut, Internet Service Provider (ISP) membangun menara Base Transceiver Station (BTS). Permasalahan timbul ketika terdapat banyak pilihan BTS yang dapat digunakan client untuk terhubung ke jaringan ISP. Metode Weighted Product dapat digunakan untuk menentukan pilihan BTS yang tepat dalam waktu singkat. Metode ini dikombinasikan dengan analisa regresi linear berganda untuk menentukan bobot awal bagi masing-masing kriteria penentuan pilihan. Pada pengujiannya, model yang dihasilkan memberikan akurasi mencapai 73% yang dilakukan terhadap 30 titik client pada PT. Grahamedia Informasi.

Abstract

Path analysis is a method used to analyze the relationship between independent and dependent variables to identify direct and indirect relationship between them. This method is developed by Sewal Wright and initially only uses correlation analysis results in identifying the variables' relationship. Path analysis method currently is mostly used to deal with variables with non-spatial data type. When analyzing variables that have elements of spatial dependency, path analysis could result in a less precise model. Therefore, it is necessary to build a path analysis model that is able to identify and take into account the effects of spatial dependencies. Spatial autocorrelation and spatial regression methods can be used to develop path analysis method so as to identify the effects of spatial dependencies. This paper proposes a method in the form of path analysis method development to process data that have spatial elements. This study also discusses our effort on establishing a method that could be used to identify and analyze the spatial effect on data in the framework of path analysis; we call this method spatial path analysis.

Abstract

Wireless Distribution System allows for creating a wireless network without using a wired network backbone. Wireless network using WDS technology associated by create a link on some wireless access point that is called WDS links. The advantage by using WDS technology is to integrate all access points in a single wireless network. Wireless distribution system can handle the complexity of the cable instalation, where physically impossible to pull the cable as a backbone network. Wireless network using WDS technology has the mobility and high reliability. However, not all access points support WDS technology. Access points that use indoor access point that is WRT54GL which does not have WDS feature, because the standard firmware of access points it is still very less features. This problem can be solved by installing DD-WRT firmware into access point. after performing a firmware upgrade, the capability of the access points increase and has full features such as WDS feature.

Abstract

Jaminan pengiriman data melalui jaringan komputer menjadi sesuatu yang sangat penting .Salah satu jaminan yang dibutuhkan olrh user (pemakai) ádalah bahwa data yang dikirimkan ke komputer tujuan sampai dengan baik. Selain itu, terdapat fasilitas yang memberikan keterangan terhadap status pengiriman data kepada user terutama bila pengiriman gagal dilakukan. Sehingga dibutuhkan mekanisme yang berfungsi untuk melakukan kontrol pada saat proses pengiriman data. Protokol UDP merupakan protokol yang bersifat connectionless dan unreliable dalam proses pengiriman data.Dengan menggunakan metode command/request dapat dilakukan perancangan sistem reliabilitas transmisi data pada protokol udp (user datagram protocol).

Abstract

Faculty of Information Technology has a server in each laboratory which has different file stored and located in different location. Storage system in Faculty of Information Technology Satya Wacana Christian University labs has a problem, that is needed file sharing that is used on laboratory which had different location for class purposes. The problem would be happened that caused long distance and take much time just to get a file for learning in class. Cloud computing system designed for that problem, with using proxmox as a virtual manager and EyeOS as cloudmanagement, this system would solve the data centralization problem because all of laboratory files and documents for class activity would be placed into one cloud storage and able to accessed with any communication media tools. Cloud has a SSL encryption security system so that file which located on cloud would be secured because it was encrypted. Final result from this research would obtain a cloud server which used as centralized storage places and accessible for global or local purposes.

Abstract

The Intrusion Prevention System (IPS) Snort is a server security System that can prevent attacks by examining and recording all data packets as well as recognizing packets with sensors, when the attack has been identified, IPS Snort will deny the access (block) and log of all data packets identified. However by using only IPS Snort which can only check and note the Allert attacks that are incoming in less sense to secure a server by collaborating with the other server's secure system in the sense of being able to make the network security of the server better. Honeypot Artillery chosen which works when there is a Hacker trying to penetrate through open ports can be detected as if hackers can break through the system, then Honeypot Artillery will provide information about who attackers and how the attacker could enter the Snort IPS system for later record in the database that can be viewed on the Web interface, Allert recorded on the experiment that has been done in the database as much as 9453 on TCP protocol as much as 9%, UDP as much as < 1%, and ICMP As much as 91%.

Abstract

Saat ini akses internet hanya dapat dinikmati 21% masyarakat dari tingkat ekonomi bawah, oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengkajian terkait hal-hal lainnya yang berpengaruh pada jumlah pengguna internet di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah faktor ekonomi. Oleh karena itu Pemerintah perlu mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengguna internet di jawa timur berhubungan dengan faktor ekonomi terutama pada jumlah pengangguran yang ada. Hal ini dilakukan untuk membantu pemerintah dalam mengambil kebijakan dalam rangka memenuhi capaian pengguna internet di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menyajikan visualisasi wilayah Provinsi Jawa Timur bedasarkan presentase angka pengangguran dan pengguna internet yang nantinya bisa digunakan sebagai tinjauan tingkatan angka pengangguran maupun pengguna internetnya. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan Spatial Regression Models dengan model Geographically Weighted Regression. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengguna internet dengan Geographically Weighted Regression di Jawa Timur yang tertinggi berada di daerah Gresik, Magetan, Batu, Kediri, Blitar, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Malang. Terdapat daerah yang mempunyai karakteristik yang sama di peta buruh, karyawan, pengangguran dan ada beberapa daerah yang mempunyai karakteristik yang berbeda di peta buruh, karyawan, penggangguran.

Abstract

The Covid-19 Task Force has determined indicators of the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia which include: 1) Epidemiological Indicators; 2) Public Health Surveillance Indicators; 3) Health Service Indicators. This study focuses on Epidemiological Indicators that contains variables of travellers, confirmations suspected, positive confirmations, and confirmed close contacts. In determining the map of the spread of Covid-19, the average value was calculated in 4 variables. The focus of this study will be able to see how far spatially the spread of Covid-19 in a certain area has connectivity with other regions. The Getis-Ord method is a statistical approach that can be used to identify spatial correlations based on variables that have been determined in each region with others. Therefore, in this study, spatial autocorrelation analysis was carried out among villages in Tomohon City according to epidemiological indicators using the Getis-Ord method

Abstract

The development of technology today, especially computers and the internet, makes it easier for us to get information. This has resulted in an increase in the use of computers and the internet, plus the pandemic conditions that force us to interact via the internet. Especially in a school environment, students must learn to use computers and the internet, an increase in the number of users can cause a decrease in network performance, so it must be further improved so that users are not disappointed with the decrease in quality, VLAN is a technology that allows a LAN to be divided into several different domains. And can also combine multiple networks located in the same domain. Queue tree can manage data queue and set bandwidth based on ip or port. The end result of this research is where VLANs can divide the network and manage communication between users and the queue tree can manage bandwidth

Abstract

The notification system for two-wheeled motorcycles is currently very ineffective, so that the theft of motorcycles is very high if they still use an alarm without notification to the owner of the motor vehicle. So that the motorcycle notification system using a GSM module based on a microcontroller can be an alternative to secure motorcycles from theft. The purpose of this study is to make a notification system using the GSM SIM800L module to provide notifications and use an RFID Reader to replace the contact system on a motorcycle. The test results from this study are the performance of the notification system using a GSM module based on this microcontroller can work well. When the RFID receives input from the e-KTP ID Tag and is forwarded to the microcontroller and forwarded to the SIM800L to send an SMS notification, the microcontroller will give the output to the relay to turn on the electricity on the motorcycle.
