Abstract

Public Service Innovations in various sectors become a bridge for meeting the needs of excellent public services for the community in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, Fulfilling the needs of public services is part of an effort to resolve problems in people's lives. One of them is the POLA PKP Raskin Innovation Program, which is an innovation program for the development of the agricultural sector in the North Middle East District. This innovation that has received the TOP 99 award The best innovation in Indonesia has in fact brought many benefits to the beneficiaries so that this innovation continues to be developed and refined in the hope that it can be carried out in a sustainable manner. Therefore this study aims to analyze the process of implementing the Raskin Innovation Program for the POLA PKP. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method of observation and in-depth interviews. The results showed that this innovation was carried out in three stages, Idea Generation (generation) consisting of Identification of Needs / Problems, Data Collection, Data Verification, Describing Conditions (objectives) expected Development and Formation of Ideas. The second stage is acceptance which consists of embracing (socialization / advocacy), building partnerships, building stakeholder commitment and making the next decision in the final stage is the implementation of gathering resources, placement of human resources, technical / mechanism training from sub-district to village as well as Monitoring and Evaluation.

Abstract

Setiap anak memiliki haknya sesuai dengan harkat dan martabat kemanusiaan, serta mendapat perlindungan dari kekerasan dan diskriminasi sesuai dengan Undang – Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Upaya Perlindungan Anak yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintahan Desa dan Kelompok Perlindungan Anak Desa Faennake merupakan Upaya Kemitraan atau Koordinasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan – kegiatan Perlindungan Anak sehingga hak–hak anak di Desa Faennake dapat terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Upaya Pemerintahan Desa dan Kelompok Perlindungan Anak Desa Faennake dalam memberikan perlindungan anak dari tindak kekerasan serta faktor–faktor pendukung dan penghambat kegiatan perlindungan terhadap anak dari tindak kekerasan. Metode Penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koordinasi, komunikasi dan konsultasi lintas sektor yang memprioritaskan hak–hak anak dalam perencanaan di desa sudah terlaksana namun belum maksimal karena dalam perencanaan program perlindungan anak belum menjadi prioritas terbukti dengan Belum tersedianya Perda dan Perdes Pelindungan Anak yang diakibatkan oleh rendahnya sumber daya yang dimiliki dan sosialisasi terhadap aturan-aturan yang mengatur tentang perlindungan dan hak-hak anak belum dilakukan secara baik. Peneliti menyarankan bahwa perlu adanya koordinasi yang baik antar stakeholer demi terwujudnya anak-anak yang bebas dari tindak kekerasan.

Abstract

Abstract Musi Banyuasin is a district with a high level of vulnerability to forest and land fire disasters. Therefore, prevention efforts are needed to minimize forest fires again. Forest fire prevention efforts are activities that are the responsibility of all relevant stakeholders in Musi Banyuasin, one of which is the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research will focus on the role of BPBD in efforts to prevent forest and land fires in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method of observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the BPBD of Musi Banyuasin Regency plays a role in accordance with its functions and obligations as a regional BPBD, namely as an organization that conducts risk studies of Kahutlha fire-prone areas in Musi Banyuasin Regency. The area risk assessment is carried out in three main stages, namely determining the condition of the area, determining the condition of the land through the level of vulnerability and hotspots, and finally informing the condition to the local government and the community through outreach activities. Keywords:BPBD, Fire Disaster, Kahutlha, Prevention Abstrak Musi Banyuasin merupakan kabupaten dengan tingkat kerawanan level tinggi terhadap bencana kebakaran hutan dan lahan, Oleh karenanya, perlu adanya upaya pencegahan untuk meminim lisirter jadi kebarakan hutan kembali. Upaya pencegahan kebakaran hutan merupakan kegiatan yang menjadi tanggung jawab seluruh stakeholder terkait di Musi Banyuasin salah satunya adalah Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini akan berfokus pada peran BPBD dalam upaya pencegahan kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi dan wawancana mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPBD Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin berperan sesuai dengan fungsi dan kewajibannya sebagai BPBD daerah yaitu sebagai organisasi yang melakukan kajian resiko Kawasan rawan kebakaran Karhutla di Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Kajian resiko Kawasan dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan utama yaitu menetapkan kondisi daerah, menetapkan kondisi lahan melalui tingkat kerawanan dan titik panas, dan terakhir adalah menginformasi kondisi kepada pemerintah daerah dan masyakarat melalui kegiatan sosialisasi. Abstract

Abstract. Management of bureaucratic formalities will hinder the emergence of change, creativity and innovation in providing public services so that it will have a broad impact on the successful achievement of drought disaster management efforts. Analysis of formalities in the bureaucracy that is intended to be related to basic legal, procedures and operational standards in this drought disaster management effort. This research uses a qualitative research method with observation and interview methods. From the research findings, it was found that the National Disaster Management Agency for regional Disaster Mitigation of Northe Central Easth District drought management did not yet have formalities in the form of basic legal, operational procedures and standards that comprehensively regulate the work system in drought disaster management efforts, both pre-disaster, during the disaster and after the drought occurred. This has an impact on the opportunities and risks for making mistakes in decision making. Therefore, it is necessary to design a clear, simple and transparent legal basis formulation based on information technology by involving stakeholders to develop programs and activities that are more specific in relation to drought disaster management efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the contribution of the homeroom teacher's Transformational leadership style to the effectiveness of classroom management in Senior High Schools in Bandar Lampung City. Transformational leadership emphasizes adjusting the homeroom teacher's leadership style according to the needs of students and different classroom situations. This study used a quantitative method involving homeroom teachers and students from various high schools in Bandar Lampung City as the research sample. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques. The results showed that the homeroom teacher's Transformational leadership style significantly influenced the effectiveness of classroom management in Senior High School Bandar Lampung City. The Transformational leadership style improves classroom discipline, student participation, quality of interaction between students and teachers, and student academic achievement. The implication of this research is the importance of developing Transformational leadership skills for homeroom teachers at Senior High School Bandar Lampung City, as well as assisting schools in developing more effective classroom management strategies to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model to improve science learning outcomes for Class IV Students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tebo Regency. This research is classroom action research carried out in two cycles. The subjects of this research were Class IV students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tebo Regency. This research was carried out in the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year in Class IV of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Tebo Regency. The results of this research are (1) the application of the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative Learning Model to improve the learning process of Class IV MIN 2 Tebo Regency students, carried out through the planning, implementation and evaluation stages of learning, (2) the application of the Think Pair Share Type Cooperative Learning Model (TPS) can improve the science learning outcomes of Class IV students as seen from the increase in teacher observation data from the average value of Cycle I, namely 78.12 in the "Quite Good" category to 90.62 "Very Good" in Cycle II. Furthermore, the increase in student observation scores with the average score in cycle I, namely 77.35 "Quite Good" increased in Cycle II to 88.25 "Good". The increase in the value of learning outcomes for the Pre-Cycle stage, namely 68.6 in the "Not Good" category, increased in Cycle I to 79.1 in the "Good" category. In Cycle II there was also an increase to 85.5 in the "Good" category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the Think Pair Share type cooperative learning model can improve science learning outcomes for Class IV MIN 2 Students in Tebo Regency.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that remains a public health challenge in Indonesia, including in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra. The Community Service Program (KKN) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UINSU) collaborated with Posyandu cadres in Tambun Sungkean Village to prevent stunting through a participatory education program. Implementation methods included anthropometric measurements, providing nutritious food made from local ingredients, and counseling on parenting and balanced nutrition for mothers of toddlers. The results of the activity showed that optimizing the role of Posyandu not only improved monitoring of child growth and development but also strengthened community awareness of the importance of nutrition and parenting. Education based on nutritious cooking demonstrations and the use of local foods was able to change the perception of mothers of toddlers that healthy food does not have to be expensive. Furthermore, the nutrition awareness community movement succeeded in increasing maternal participation in Posyandu activities and routine counseling. Thus, the collaboration between KKN students and Posyandu cadres has proven effective in fostering collective awareness and serving as a model for community-based interventions that support strategies to accelerate stunting reduction at the village level.
