Abstract

The training "Building Self-Confidence and Effective Communication in Buddhayana Youth" in Liwa, West Lampung, is a significant effort in equipping Buddhayana youth with essential skills to overcome the challenges of modern life. By inviting 12 youth participants, this training succeeded in providing in-depth insight into Buddhist teachings and strategies for building self-confidence. Activity evaluation shows active participant participation and their ability to apply training concepts in everyday life. A theoretical foundation that includes building solid self-confidence and applying Buddhist values ??in every aspect of life, with the hope that this training will shape Buddhayana youth into individuals who are strong, empowered, and able to make positive contributions in advancing Buddhist values ??in modern society ABSTRAKPelatihan "Membangun Kepercayaan Diri dan Komunikasi Efektif pada Pemuda Buddhayana" di Liwa, Lampung Barat, merupakanan upaya signifikan dalam membekali pemuda Buddhayana dengan keterampilan yang esensial untuk mengatasi tantangan kehidupan modern. Dengan menghadirkan peserta pemuda, pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang ajaran Buddhis dan strategi pembangunan kepercayaan diri. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan partisipasi aktif peserta dan kemampuan mereka mengaplikasikan konsep-konsep pelatihan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Landasan teoritis yang disampaikan mencakup pembangunan kepercayaan diri yang kokoh dan penerapan nilai-nilai Buddhis dalam setiap aspek kehidupan, dengan harapan pelatihan ini akan membentuk pemuda Buddhayana menjadi individu yang kuat, berdaya, dan mampu berkontribusi positif dalam memajukan nilai-nilai Buddhis di tengah masyarakat modern.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the contribution of the homeroom teacher's Transformational leadership style to the effectiveness of classroom management in Senior High Schools in Bandar Lampung City. Transformational leadership emphasizes adjusting the homeroom teacher's leadership style according to the needs of students and different classroom situations. This study used a quantitative method involving homeroom teachers and students from various high schools in Bandar Lampung City as the research sample. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques. The results showed that the homeroom teacher's Transformational leadership style significantly influenced the effectiveness of classroom management in Senior High School Bandar Lampung City. The Transformational leadership style improves classroom discipline, student participation, quality of interaction between students and teachers, and student academic achievement. The implication of this research is the importance of developing Transformational leadership skills for homeroom teachers at Senior High School Bandar Lampung City, as well as assisting schools in developing more effective classroom management strategies to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance. Severe and essential element in a company to manage employees is not so easy because every employee has different characteristics and other factors to improve their performance. Likewise, PT Putra Bali also expects an increase in employee performance to achieve optimal company goals. This study used a quantitative descriptive method; the population was 130 permanent employees at PT Putra Bali in the city of Bandar Lampung. The technique for sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique. This study processed the data using the SPSS version 25 application to obtain significant results. The results of multiple regression testing show that the variables of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction positively affect Employee Performance based on the results of the regression equation and with the value of R Square. Based on statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. Hypothesis testing using the t-test shows that the variables of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction are proven to affect the Employee Performance variable significantly. Then through the F test, it can be seen that the variables of Work Discipline and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence employee performance variables with the result that the calculated F value is greater than the F table.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze empirical evidence of the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the local brand Elizabeth in Bandar Lampung. The problem studied in this study is whether there is a positive relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at the local brand Elizabeth in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is the correlation method. The population in this study were customers of the local Elizabeth brand in Bandar Lampung, where the sample was taken using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling with a total sample of 122 customers. The instrument reveals the data in a structured scale with five answer choices. The measuring tool to collect data is a questionnaire with 71 item statements. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and simple linear regression, it was obtained that the t value was 38,586 with a significant level of 0.000, while the t table with n = 122 and α = 0.05 received a value of -.678. It can be assumed that t count ≥ t table (38,586 > -.678 or sig < 0.05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05), then Ha is accepted while H 0 is rejected. While the R Square value in this study is 0.925, meaning that service quality is related to customer satisfaction by 93%. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been done, it is concluded that there is a relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at the local brand Elizabeth in Bandar Lampung. The magnitude of the relationship is 93%, while other factors influence 7%.
