Abstract

The purpose of the experimental study on the use of technology-based flashcard media is to improve vocabulary and understanding of Arabic vocabulary in grade VIII students at Daarul Ahsan Islamic Boarding School, Jayanti Tangerang. Researchers use quantitative methods with quasi-experimental theory with data collection methods used by researchers are interviews, observations and tests. The use of flashcard media has an influence on the learning outcomes of grade VIII students. This can be seen in the pre-test and post-test results with paired sample t test which shows a value (Sig 2 tailed) 0.000 less than 0.05. Then there is also a difference in value between the experimental class and the control class of the independent sample t test with a value of (Sig 2 tailed) 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the concept of maslahah family education in everyday life, emphasizing the importance of educational values and good morals in every family interaction. Maslahah family education seeks to build a harmonious family by instilling positive values that can serve as a guide in facing various situations and challenges in life. Each family member is expected to apply these values in real actions, creating an environment conducive to personal growth and development. In dealing with family problems, it is important for each member to discuss and deliberate in order to reach a mutual agreement. Good communication is key in this process, where every opinion is valued, and individual egos do not become obstacles in finding solutions. The mubadalah approach, which emphasizes equality and justice, can be a strong foundation in resolving family conflicts. By deliberating and prioritizing common interests, family issues can be effectively resolved. This study uses a field qualitative method, recording various problems encountered in the field and analyzing them descriptively using supportive references. The results show that the approach of deliberation, discussion, and good communication can resolve family issues without prioritizing personal egos. The application of the maslahah family concept in society can be a solution to maintain the integrity of the household, while the mubadalah approach can be used as an effective method in finding solutions to various family problems.

Abstract

Arabic plays an important role in an increasingly connected world, not only in religious aspects, but also in business, politics and education. Recognized as an international language by the United Nations since 1973, it is attracting increasing attention for learning. The aim of learning Arabic is to improve communication skills, both active and passive. The main point in the learning process is the listening skill, which is the foundation for mastering other skills such as speaking, reading, and writing. This study applied a quantitative approach and collected data through questionnaires that were statistically analyzed. The findings of this study underline the importance of creative teaching methods, such as language games, to create a fun and effective learning environment, especially for beginners. The relationship between teachers and students is also considered an important element in successful learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the use of the imla' method influences the writing skills (maharah kitabah) of seventh-grade students at MTs Masyariqul Anwar. Twenty students served as the sample for this study, which employed a quantitative methodology. Data were collected through tests, observations, and documentation and were subsequently analyzed using the product-moment correlation formula. With a correlation coefficient of 0.72, the findings indicate a strong relationship between students' writing skills and the imla' approach. In other words, the use of this approach contributed 72% to the improvement in writing skills. The average score for students' overall writing ability was 77.3, which is considered high, while their average score for imla' was 75. This study highlights the value of the imla' method as an effective strategy for improving the writing proficiency of madrasah-level students in Arabic.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Arabic language proficiency on understanding the meaning of Qur'anic verses among 5th semester students of the Arabic Language Education Study Programme. Using quantitative methods with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 20 respondents. The results showed a significant positive correlation, the better the Arabic language skills the deeper the understanding of the Qur'an. Factors such as teaching methods and learning motivation are also influential. This study recommends improving the quality of Arabic language learning to deepen the understanding of the Qur'an among university students. According to the results of the data obtained and it can be concluded that Arabic language ability has a significant positive effect on the total score, with the coefficient B showing a considerable impact. Overall, these results show that Arabic language proficiency has a positive and significant influence on students' understanding of the meaning of the Qur'an.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the lack of motivation and interest of students in learning Arabic, which is caused by the use of monotonous learning media and the lack of utilization of digital media. The purpose of this study is to measure students' perceptions by using Baamboozle game media on students' learning motivation in learning Arabic. The method used was a quantitative survey involving 55 respondents from several Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Serang Regency. The instrument used was a Likert questionnaire to measure students' learning motivation, and data were collected through observation and questionnaires after the implementation of the game in learning. The results showed that the use of Baamboozle game significantly increased students' learning motivation by 51% with a high positive response to the more interactive and fun learning. In addition, students feel more enthusiastic and involved in the learning process. In conclusion, the application of game-based learning media such as Baamboozle can be an effective strategy to increase students' motivation and engagement in learning Arabic, as well as creating a more dynamic learning atmosphere.

Abstract

This study was conducted because of the low ability of students in writing skills (kitabah) in class VII of SMP Boarding School Daarul Barkah.Thus this study aims to obtain information about the effect of using the picture word inductive model (PWIM) strategy applied to Arabic language subjects, especially in writing learning, namely kitabah al-muwajjahah. The research methodology used is quantitative with quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. This study used two classes as research samples, namely class VII a as a control class with 15 students and class VII b as an experimental class, which numbered 16 students, with a total of 31 students. The sample used in this study used random sampling technique which was carried out randomly in the experimental class. The experimental results obtained and have been processed in the paired sample t-test show (sig < a) which is (.000 < 0.05) stating H⁰ is rejected, and Hª is accepted, indicating that student learning outcomes regarding kitabah skills using the PWIM strategy are higher than student learning outcomes using conventional learning. The conclusion of this study is that the PWIM strategy applied to Arabic language learning, especially for learning kitabah al-muwajjah, has a significant effect seen from the increase in post-test scores after the use of the PWIM strategy.

Abstract

Desa Banjarsari, Kecamatan Cerme, Kabupaten Gresik merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki beragam jenis UMKM. Namun terdapat tantangan berupa persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan pengabdian masyarakat adaah dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang pengemasan produk, pemasaran digital dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana. Tujuan dari pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat diikuti oleh 32 peserta UMKM. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan wawasan yang dimiliki oleh UMKM. Hal tersebut didasarkan dari peningkatan nilai pre test dan post test yang dikerjakan oleh peserta kegiatan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah dengan adanya pelatihan tersebut, diharapkan UMKM akan lebih siap untuk mempromosikan barang dagangannya dan lebih mudah mendapatkan pendanaan.

Abstract

Many Arabic language education students in Arabic language education programs lack literacy, making it difficult to understand the language they are taking in their study program. so that the qira’ah method must be applied to increase language literacy found by many Arabic language students but they do not understand what they are learning, qiraah is the main method for a broader understanding in the field of language. This study aimed to the role of the Qira’ah Method in Increasing Arabic Literacy in Arabic Language Education Study Programs. The method used qualitative study and collecting data used interview and observation. The result showed that language functions can be developed and implemented in everyday life as well as in the academic campus of the Arabic Language Education Program. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of junior high school (madrasah diniyah) to shaping children's character. Madrasah Diniyah (JHS) as an Islamic education institution was established to hold learning activities based on the Islam religion. The students who take part in this school activity start at the age of 8 or those who are already in grade 2 up to the age of 11 or those in grade 5. The research method used in this research was qualitative research. The author's data collection techniques used observations and interviews. The data analysis technique used was through the data reduction stage, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that most of the children who attend madrasah diniyah (JHS) have noble morals, such as performing religious activities (reciting the Qur'an or praying together known as jamaáh). It can be seen that teenagers in Taman Puri housing complex do prayer together at the mosque, participate in routine recitation studies, study religious books, provide compensation to the poor during the month of Muharram, celebrate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday activities with the community at the mosque, act honest and polite towards elders and so on.
