Abstract

COVID-19 has major impact on human lives, the presence of this virus has made many people switch into healthy lifestyles. However, Arvan Natural Group, a start-up company which produce instant ginger Sang Jawara has not taken advantage of this opportunity optimally. Therefore, the aim of this research is to evaluate the consumer satisfaction of ginger Sang Jawara in category of product, price, promotion, and service; and formulating strategies to increase consumer satisfaction. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and in-depth interviews with selected respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the following criteria, consumers with an age range of 20-60 years, made purchases in the last three months, knowing the promotions and benefits of the products purchased. The number of samples obtained in this study are 42 respondents. The analysis tools used are the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the CSI analysis showed a value of 81.03%. The results of the IPA analysis show that of the 21 measurement attributes, there are 5 attributes that are suggested to experience improvement. The attributes that are in quadrant I (top priority) are the product brand, size variations, colors, and promotional bonuses. The attributes in this quadrant are suggested to be corrected immediately by the company in order to meet the expectations of consumers. Meanwhile, in quadrant III, the attribute whose performance can be improved is special attention (empathy). Keywords: COVID-19, lifestyle, IPA, instant ginger, consumer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the continuity of financial performance at PT. Astra International Tbk which is engaged in the assembly and distribution of vehicles and spare parts. This study uses the Economic Value Added (EVA) method which is an economic added value during the period which is one way to assess the company's financial performance. The analytical method used is IC analysis, weighted cost of capital analysis (WACC), NOPAT analysis, and EVA analysis. The results of the Economic Value Added (EVA) in 2018 amounted to (Rp 117.438.000.000). Then in 2019 the value of EVA experienced a negative decrease to (Rp. 986.495.200.000). In 2019 the value of EVA experienced a negative increase to (Rp 360.005.100.000) then in 2021 it experienced a negative value decrease of (Rp 447.948,000,000.

Abstract

Purpose : The study aims to analyze the effect of leverage, return on assets, and firm size on tax avoidance in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2010-2016 period. Method : The population in this research are real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample selection process in this research used a purposive sampling method. Testing the effect of leverage, return on assets, and firm size on tax avoidance is done using multiple linear regression analysis models. Findings : Based on the results of the study, the CETR level is positively and significantly influenced by the level of return on assets and company size. Meanwhile, CETR is negatively and significantly affected by the level of leverage. Novelty : In this study, the sample is focused on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on sharia stocks because related research has not been widely studied, so it is necessary to do more about tax avoidance in sharia stocks. Abstract

The amount of tire waste in Indonesia is estimated to reach 11 million tonnes. One of the businesses that plays a role in preventing environmental damage due to tire waste is Kursi Meja Ban Ciberes business. This business is located in Ciberes, Bogor and processes waste tires into chairs and tables products. This business can be categorized as a green entrepreneurship business The purpose of this study is first to identify and evaluate Product, Price, Place, and Promotion factors. Second, this study aims to develop a strategy on the 4P factors that are considered to require increased performance. Data were collected through interviews with business owners of tire waste table chairs, consumers, business expert, and through obtaining secondary data through literature studies. After being analyzed, two factors were obtained that needed to be improved or increased, the factors are product and promotion. In terms of products, the Kursi Meja Ban Ciberes business can increase the variety of types of tables and chairs it produces, so that it can be in demand by other market segments. From a marketing perspective, marketing content can still be improved with digital marketing. With YouTube marketing content videos and Instagram platform, it is hoped will attract consumers, so that they can increase the number of product sales produced.

Abstract

The existence of quite tight competition in the automotive sector, especially workshops, makes customers more careful in choosing a quality workshop. The work system of the Bina Motor Services and Spare Parts workshop is classified as inefficient, because customers still wait quite a long time when carrying out motorbike services. Therefore, the aim of this research is to apply the 5Rs to create a more efficient and productive work system. The research method used is qualitative through observation and interviews to determine deficiencies in each stage of the 5S and the solutions. Implementation of 5R in the Bina Motor Services and Spare Parts workshop starts from the first stage, seiri, cleaning and disposing of unused items so that the work space becomes wider. The second stage, seiton, at this stage the activities carried out are grouping workshop equipment so that equipment is picked up more quickly by a mechanic. In the third stage, seiso, routine cleaning of workshop equipment from dust, dirt and oil is carried out. The fourth stage, seiketsu, there is a checklist so that the implementation of 5R is carried out continuously. In the final stage, shitsuke, there is a 5R poster put up to remind all Bina Motor Services and Spareparts workshop employees to always implement 5R in the workshop.

Abstract

COVID-19 has changed people's lifestyles and transaction behavior. People switch to a healthier lifestyle and use digital marketing for daily transactions. Arvan Natural Group, a start-up company that produces ginger powder, must be able to optimize these opportunities. The increment of a competitor in the health drink sector has even tighter competition. In addition, this company faces several problems regarding raw materials (continuity and quality), product development, and limited channels. Therefore, this study aims to identify existing business models, develop alternative strategies, prioritize business strategies, and build a new business model. The data processing technique thoroughly analyzes BMC, SWOT, IFE/EFE, and QSPM. Experts working in biopharmaceutical research and business give the weights and ratings. IE matrix showed the company's position is in quadrant II (2.92, 3.02). It is categorized as grow and build strategy. Based on QSPM analysis, strategies classified as high urgency and plotting in the new business model are expanding channels (strategic location, reseller system), adding advertisement budget and joining promotion events, and applying for bonus promotion. Besides, there are differentiating products, creating an operational partnership system with farmers, improving marketing content (video), applying the functional structure of human resources, and creating product size variety. Abstract

Tingginya jumlah limbah ban di Indonesia menimbulkan potensi masalah lingkungan karena sulitnya limbah ini terurai dan memiliki dampak negatif terhadap kualitas udara dan lahan. Usaha kursi dan meja berbahan limbah ban Ciberes di Bogor merupakan salah satu contoh inisiatif greentrepreneurship untuk mengurangi limbah sekaligus memberi manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar. Namun, kendala pemasaran terbatas pada metode word of mouth dan WhatsApp menghambat pertumbuhan usahanya. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdian memberikan pelatihan digital marketing, khususnya dalam penggunaan Instagram dan YouTube. Tahapan pelatihan meliputi observasi awal, pembuatan konten, serta sosialisasi dan pelatihan tentang desain konten menarik dengan Canva dan video marketing. Hasil akhirnya dari pengabdian ini berupa konten pemasaran digital Instagram dan Youtube yang diharapkan dapat menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen, meningkatkan penjualan, dan menyadarkan masyarakat akan pentingnya pengelolaan limbah secara kreatif.

Abstract

Arvan Natural Group merupakan perusahaan start-up yang memproduksi bubuk jahe instant. Kinerja penjualan dari perusahaan start-up ini masih mengalami fluktuasi dan berada di bawah target yang ditentukan perusahaan. Perusahaan start-up merupakan jenis perusahaan yang rentan mengalami kegagalan. Maka dari itu, perusahaan ini perlu melakukan analisa persaingan usaha untuk melihat kelemahan dan merumuskan strategi baru. Metode yang sesuai untuk analisa persaingan usaha ialah metode five forces porter dengan melihat persaingan industri sejenis, pembeli, pemasok, produk subtitusi, dan pendatang baru. Hasil analisa five forces porter, dari kelima kekuatan yang ada, kekuatan yang paling mengancam ialah produk subtitusi (3,50) dan industri sejenis (2,98). Sementara, kekuatan yang terkategori cukup mengancam ialah pembeli (2,47) dan pendatang baru (2,73). Kekuatan porter yang memiliki ancaman paling rendah ialah pemasok (2,28).

Abstract

Pemilihan supplier yang akurat memegang peran penting dalam menjaga kelancaran proses produksi, khususnya di sektor manufaktur dan perkapalan.penelitian ini dilakukan di PT X. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prioritas pemilihan supplier besi dan baja dengan menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan spesifik perusahaan. Tiga supplier yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah PT TK, PT TAM, dan CV MTF, Kriteria penilaian meliputi harga, kualitas, layanan, pengiriman, lokasi, dan fleksibilitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh tiga responden dari divisi pengadaan barang & jasa di PT X. Teknik pemilihan pakar atau responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process yang menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam pemilihan supplier yang diolah dengan microsoft excel, hasil dari perhitungan tingkat kepentingan kriteria pemilihan supplier menghasilkan prioritas sebagai berikut : Prioritas pertama Harga, Prioritas kedua Lokasi, Prioritas ketiga Kualitas, Prioritas keempat Layanan, Prioritas kelima Fleksibilitas, dan Prioritas terakhir Pengiriman. Dari skala kepentingan alternatif dalam pemilihan supplier menghasilkan prioritas sebagai berikut : Prioritas pertama PT TAM, prioritas kedua PT TK dan terakhir CV MTF. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis diatas, saran yang dapat diberikan untuk perusahaan yaitu dari ketiga alternatif tersebut, perusahaan yang dapat diutamakan sebagai pemasok besi dan baja adalah PT TAM karena berdasarkan hasil perhitungan memiliki nilai keseluruhan tertinggi. Dengan begitu perusahaan dapat mencari pengganti CV. MTF untuk alternatif yang memiliki bobot skala penilaian terendah.
