Abstract

Abstract: Effort headmaster to the make-up of professional interest of teacher can support the attainment of education target at school. Research Target to know the program of execution and resistance to increase professional interest of teacher. This research use the descriptive method with the approach qualitative. Technique of data collecting used by is observation, interview, and documentation. Subjek Research is: Headmaster, Proxy of Headmaster and Pre-Eminent teacher SD Country of Montasik. Result of research indicate that the 1) Program ofis make-up of professional interest of teacher executed by Pre-Eminent headmaster SD Country of Montasik for example: training of compilation RPP and analyse the ( SKL, KI And KD), activating KKG, make-up of extracurricular activity and improvement of kualisifikasi teacher. 2) Execution of is make-up of professional interest learn by Pre-Eminent headmaster SD Country of Montasik that is training of compilation of Syllabus and RPP, applying of study PAIKEM of there no improvement program but execution have been executed, following Teacher Team-Work, following training and upgrading of both for executed at school and also extramural and improve the kualifikasi learn the higher kejenjang 3) natural by resistance of headmaster in improving kompetensiprofesional learn at Pre-Eminent SD Country of Montasik is the lack of medium and prasarana, lack of tanggungjawab learn to school.Keywords: The Influence of Teacher Certification and Performance.Abstrak: Usaha kepala sekolah untuk peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru dapat menunjang pencapaian tujuan pendidikan di sekolah. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui program pelaksanaan dan hambatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek  penelitian  adalah:  Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala  Sekolah dan guru SD Negeri Unggul Montasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Program peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah SD Negeri Unggul Montasik antara lain: pelatihan penyusunan RPP dan analisis (SKL, KI dan KD), mengaktifkan KKG, peningkatan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler dan peningkatan kualisifikasi guru. 2) Pelaksanaan peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru oleh kepala sekolah SD Negeri Unggul Montasik yaitu pelatihan penyusunan Silabus dan RPP, penerapan pembelajaran PAIKEM tidak ada program peningkatan namun pelaksanaan sudah dilaksanakan, mengikuti Kerja Kelompok Guru, mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan dan penataran-penataran baik yang dilaksanakan di sekolah maupun diluar sekolah dan meningkatkan kualifikasi guru kejenjang lebih tinggi. 3) Hambatan-hambatan yang dialami kepala sekolah  dalam meningkatkan kompetensiprofesional guru pada SD Negeri Unggul Montasik adalah kurangnya sarana dan prasarana, kurangnya tanggungjawab guru terhadap sekolah.         Kata Kunci: Strategi Kepala Sekolah dan Kompetensi Profesional Guru

Abstract

Abstract: The application of the student to the institution management is one of the necessity to improve the quality of education. Lack of school facilities and infrastructure become a major obstacle in the effective management of student affairs. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of student management program. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection : observation, interview and documentation. Subjects were principals, teachers and students MTsN Cot Gue. The results showed that : student management plan prepared by the principal with the deputy head of the student and deputy head of the curriculum includes courses Admission, the capacity of new students, and new student selection process, analyze subjects, draw up an annual program, the semester program, syllabus and Learning Program Plan. All the planning is composed arranged and documented. Implementation tailored to the student management plan that is prepared, either in relation to new admissions and student activities. Supervision of student management based on the management system, which is seeking any activities that have been planned, implemented and good supervision. Principals and teachers to supervise the implementation of student management. Both principals and teachers implement the roles and responsibilities based on the duties and functions for the management of student success. Activities and aspects of the management of student assessment based on the plans drawn up. The evaluation is done to see success and improve the activities that have been implemented.Keywords: Student Management, Islamic State Junior High SchoolAbstrak: Penerapan manajemen kesiswaan pada lembaga pendidikan merupakan salah satu keharusan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana sekolah menjadi kendala yang utama dalam mengefektifkan manajemen kesiswaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi program manajemen kesiswaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data: observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan siswa MTsN Cot Gue. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: perencanaan manajemen kesiswaan disusun oleh kepala sekolah bersama wakil kepala bidang kesiswaan meliputi program Penerimaan Siswa Baru, daya tampung siswa baru, dan proses seleksi siswa baru. Semua perencanaan tersusun disusun dan terdokumentasi. Pelaksanaan manajemen kesiswaan disesuaikan dengan perencanaan yang disusun, baik menyangkut dengan penerimaan siswa baru maupun kegiatan-kegiatan kesiswaan. Pengawasan manajemen kesiswaan berpedoman pada sistem manajemen, yaitu mengupayakan setiap kegiatan yang telah direncanakan, dilaksanakan dan pengawasan dengan baik. Kepala sekolah dan guru melakukan pengawasan terhadap penerapan manajemen kesiswaan. Baik kepala sekolah maupun guru melaksanakan peran dan tanggungjawabnya berdasarkan tugas pokok dan fungsinya untuk keberhasilan manajemen kesiswaan. Kegiatan dan aspek penilaian manajemen kesiswaan berpedoman pada rencana yang disusun. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk melihat keberhasilan dan memperbaiki kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Kesiswaan, Pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of School-based management (SBM) is one attempt to raise the quality of education in an effective and productive. A good financial management as one of the MBS can expedite the implementation of the learning process. This study aims to reveal and analyze the financial management of SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used interviews and documentation studies. Subjects in this study were school principals, representatives, committees and four elementary school teachers Banda Aceh. The research results showed that the Planning financing in SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh compiled based on plan school development and it’s part of operationalplans the annual. Financing plan in the SD Negeri 4 Banda Aceh include budgeting for competency development activities, curriculum development, development of the learning process, educators and educational staff development, school facilities and infrastructure development, development and implementation of school management, development and excavating the source of funds for education, and development and systematic assessment implementation. The preparation of financial planning was based on the composition of a very urgent priority and precedence in its budget each year. Implementation or use of a series of events beginning with the budget and approval to ensure that funds are spent as planned, carried out by utilizing the available resources, and funds not spent for activities that are not approvedor provided to the receiving party without consent. Evaluation is done every quarter or per semester. Funds are used properly accountable to the sources of funds by the city, province, central although parents / guardians and the community.Keywords: School-Based Management, Manage Financing

Abstract

Abstract: The production unit is a process of business activities conducted in schools, is business (profit-oriented) with the perpetrators of the school community, optimize resources and environment schools, in various forms of business units according to the ability of a professionally managed in a real effort and make changes in a rational way in an effort to improve student learning outcomes. And strategy development is a business unit of production or activity that is sustainable in managing school resources to produce goods or services that will be sold to benefit optimally. This study aimed to determine the units of production development strategy, what factors are inhibiting factors that supported. The method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The research subject is 1 (one) the principal and 1 vice principals and head of public relations skills program. The results showed that, 1) entrepreneurship program by the principal to improve teacher performance by involving the vice principal and head of programming skills, to develop the program of activities of production units, production units make promotional activities, inventory constraints, and evaluate the implementation of the production unit. 2) The unit of production by the school community to improve teacher performance and increase the quality of students. 3) The techniques are done selecting students who are involved in the production units should be more selective. 4) Follow-up to keep the products produced have the quality, 5) inhibiting factor in the implementation of the production units is limited tbsp field of promotion of learning, so often get stuck with a pattern on a particular skill program.Keywords: Unit Production, Quality Education and Self-RelianceAbstrak: Unit Produksi merupakan suatu proses kegiatan usaha yang dilakukan di sekolah, bersifat bisnis (profit oriented) dengan para pelaku warga sekolah, mengoptimalkan sumber daya sekolah dan lingkungan, dalam berbagai bentuk unit usaha sesuai dengan kemampuan yang dikelola secara profesional dalam upaya yang nyata serta mengadakan perubahan dengan cara yang rasional dalam usaha meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dan strategi pengembangan unit produksi merupakan suatu usaha atau aktivitas yang berkesinambungan dalam mengelola sumber daya sekolah untuk menghasilkan barang atau jasa yang akan dijual untuk mendapatkan keuntungan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan unit produksi, faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat, faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendukung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek Penelitian adalah 1 (orang) kepala sekolah  dan 1 orang  wakil humas kepala sekolah dan ketua program keahlian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) program kewirausahaan (unit produksi )  dan dapat diketahui arah program. meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan perencanaan kegiatan unit produksi yang baik didalamnya tenaga kerja terleksi, sesuai tupoksi kerja, dan kebutuhan kegiatan unit produksi terpenuhi dengan menyusun program kegiatan unit produksi, membuat promosi kegiatan unit produksi dan dapat diketahui arah program. 2) Pelaksanaan unit produksi dapat  meningkat ketrampilan  siswa. 3) Sumber daya manusia sesuai dengan bidang studi produktif dan memilih siwa dengan sistem blog riley yang terlibat dalam unit produksi. 4) Tindak lanjut menjaga produk yang dihasilkan agar punya kualitas dengan system quality control (QC). 5) Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan unit produksi adalah keterbatasan sdm bidang promosi pembelajaran, sehingga sering terjebak dengan pola pada program keahlian tertentu saja.Kata Kunci:  Unit Produksi, Mutu Pendidikan dan Kemandirian

Abstract

Abstract: Recruitment, selection, and replacement of the principal conducted in accordance with competence can improve the quality of education management. This research aimed at figuring out the description of process of recruitment, selection, and replacement and also the obstacles in recruitment, selection and replacement of State Junior High School principal at Education Agency of Banda Aceh. This research employed descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by using observation, interview, and documentation technique. Subject of the research was principal and teacher at State Junior High School. The result of the research showed that: first, the recruitment process, the Education Agency prepared a recruitment program comprising of implementation and technical guidance of recruitment implementation for the candidates of principal, then there was an official announcement from the Education Agency. Second, the selection process on the principal candidates comprised of administrative selection carried out through the assessment of the completeness of documents and academic selection carried out through the assessment of the leadership potential and initial mastery of toward competence of principal. Third, the replacement process of principal candidates was conducted because there was principal vacancy caused by the transfer, retirement, and dismissal. Fourth, the obstacles in recruitment, selection, and replacement of the principalwere lack of interest of the teachers to run for principal and lack of the budget for principal recruitment. It can be concluded that the recruitment, selection, and replacement of State Junior High School principal are still ineffective and inefficient.Keywords: Recruitment, Selection, and Replacement of Principal

Abstract

Abstract: Strategy is an art to manage resources in order to achieve the goals effectively and efficiently. This study aimed to find out the capability of principal in establishing cooperation, including cooperation program between vocational high school (SMK) and business and industrial organization (DU/DI), mechanism of cooperation between SMK and DU/DI to improve the competence of graduates, and factors that influenced the cooperation between SMK and DU/DI. This study used qualitative approach with descriptive method. Techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation study. Subjects of this study were DU/DI, principal, vice principal for public relations, and school counselors in State SMK 3 of Banda Aceh. It was found from the results of the study that the cooperation programs between SMK and DU/DI were shown from the school’s vision and mission, the formulation of curriculum, the implementation of cooperation and the assessment report of cooperation. The mechanism of cooperation was shown from the agreement of both parties in the form of MOU in the implementation of industrial practice and other cooperation, which were guest speaker, the implementation of competency test, and other seminars. Factors that influenced the cooperation between SMK and DU/DI in improving the competence of graduates were shown from the involvement and the commitment of school personnel in formulating school’s regulation and profile. It is hoped that the principal and vice principal for public relations can foster the cooperation continuously. The cooperation that bases on the MOU should be socialized, so that both parties can exercise their rights and fulfill their obligations effectively. It is also hoped that State SMK 3 of Banda Aceh and the stakeholder can be more communicative in establishing cooperation in improving the competence of graduates of State SMKN 3 of Banda Aceh.Keywords: Strategic Relations and Cooperation Competency SMKAbstrak: strategi merupakan seni untuk mengelola sumber daya agar mampu mencapai sasaran yang dituju dengan efektif dan efesien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam menjalin hubungan kerjasama, meliputi: Program kerjasama SMK; Mekanisme kerjasama SMK dengan DU/DI untuk meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan; dan Faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan kerjasama SMK dengan DU/DI. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah DU/DI, kepala sekolah, waka humas, dan guru pembimbing pada SMK Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: Program SMK yaitu merumuskan visi dan misi sekolah, penyusunan kurikulum bersama, dan menjalin kerjasama dengan DU/DI; Mekanisme kerjasama SMK dengan DU/DI tergambar dari adanya kesepakatan kedua belah pihak  dalam bentuk MOU dalam pelaksanaan prakerin , kerjasama lain adalah guestpeaker, pelaksanaan uji kompetensi, audiensi dan seminar lainnya; dan faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan kerjasama SMKN3 dengan DU/DI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan adalah terlihat dari adanya keterlibatan dan komitmen bersama tenaga personil sekolah dalam penyusunan regulasi dan profil sekolah. Diharapkan kepada kepala sekolah dan waka humas agar program kerjasama dengan DU/DI terus dibina secara berkesinambungan, kerjasama yang dilaksanakan dengan dasar MOU harus disosialisasikan agar kedua belah pihak dapat melaksanakan hak dan kewajibannya secara tepat guna, kepada SMKN 3 dan stakeholder agar lebih komunikatif dalam menjalin hubungan kerjasama dalam meningkatkan kompetensi lulusan pada SMKN3 Banda Aceh.Kata Kunci: Strategi Hubungan Kerjasama dan Kompetensi Lulusan SMK

Abstract

Abstract: Communication principal is the process of delivering information (message) to the teacher and can carry the information to the students. Principal as resources in schools are needed by teachers, in order that delivered can be implemented for the development of teachers themselves and also for students. The purpose of this study was to determine the communication principals, include: Professional teacher; Discipline teacher; and responsibilities of teachers. A qualitative approach with descriptive methods, techniques of data collection is done through interview, observation guidelines, and documentation. Research subjects are teachers, heads, and school committee in SMA 1 Geumpang. The research found: Communication principals in improving teachers' professional that convey a message to the teacher either orally (calling and direct warning) or in writing (letter of warning); Communication principals in improving teacher discipline that is a great example by attending to school on time and return the end; and Communication principals in improving the teacher's responsibility is interpersonal communication and communication in solving problems in learning how to coordinate and seek solutions to the committee and the school superintendent, and the Department of Education related. Expected to committees and principals in order to provide encouragement and guidance in the performance of professional teachers, discipline and responsibility of teachers to effectively and efficiently so as to improve the performance of teachers in the school.Keywords: Communications Principal and Teacher Performance.Abstrak: Komunikasi kepala sekolah adalah proses penyampaian informasi (pesan) kepada guru dan dapat melaksanakan informasi tersebut kepada anak didik. Kepala Sekolah sebagai sumber informasi di sekolah sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru-guru, agar yang disampaikan dapat terlaksana bagi pengembangan guru itu sendiri dan juga bagi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komunikasi kepala sekolah, meliputi: Profesional guru; Disiplin guru; dan Tanggung jawab guru. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ialah guru-guru, kepala, dan komite sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Geumpang. Hasil penelitian ditemukan: Komunikasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesional guru yaitu menyampaikan pesan kepada guru baik secara cara lisan (memanggil dan teguran langsung) maupun secara tulisan (surat peringatan); Komunikasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin guru yaitu memberikan contoh teladan dengan hadir ke sekolah tepat waktu dan pulang paling akhir; dan Komunikasi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan tanggung jawab guru yaitu komunikasi antar pribadi dan komunikasi dalam memecahkan masalah di dalam pembelajaran dengan cara mengkoordinasi dan mencari solusi dengan komite dan pengawas sekolah, serta Dinas Pendidikan terkait. Diharapkan kepada komite dan kepala sekolah agar dapat memberikan dorongan dan pembinaan dalam kinerja guru tentang profesional, kedisiplinan dan tanggungjawab guru secara efektif dan efesien sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di sekolah.Kata kunci: Komunikasi Kepala Sekolah dan Kinerja Guru.

Abstract

Abstract: Innovative learning management on Economics in Senior High School is a right choice for teacher because Economics should be managed professionally including planning, implementation and evaluation. This study aimed to find out the planning, implementation, evaluation, and problems faced by teachers when implemented Innovative Learning Management in Economic at Senior High School 1 of Banda Aceh. The research method used was descriptive method with qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection used were observation, interview, and documentation study. The research subjects were principal, Economic teachers, and students. The results showed that the innovative lesson plan, which was planned by teachers through observing, ask, collect data, associate and communicate material that has been determined, was oriented to the curriculum in 2013 and arranged in the form of Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and learning orientation was adjusted to the level of education (Senior High School). In arranging the Lesson Implementation Plan of curriculum in 2013, teachers referred to four core competencies including religious affective, social affective, cognitive and psychomotor aspects that should be by every student. Learning was implemented by using learning innovative concept with a variety of learning in the inside and outside classroom, as well asusing contextual learning model. Evaluation of innovative learning was conducted witht wo evaluations, learning process evaluation and the learning outcomes evaluation. There are two inhibiting factors in implementing innovative learning, namely: the variety ability of learners and the teachers do not maximize the use of learning media to support the learning process.Keywords: Learning management and Innovative learning concept.Abstrak: Manajemen pembelajaran inovatif pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di Sekolah Menengah Atas merupakan suatu pilihan yang tepat dilakukan oleh guru, karena mata pelajaran ekonomi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang harus dikelola secara profesional yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan hambatan-hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru ketika melaksanakan proses pembelajaran inovatif pada pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru mata pelajaran ekonomi, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran inovatif direncanakan oleh guru melalui mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan data, mengasosiasi dan mengkomunikasikan materi yang telah ditentukan. Semua kegiatan tersebut direncanakan guru sesuai dengan pedoman kurikulum 2013, dan orientasi pembelajaran disesuaikan dengan tingkat pendidikan (Sekolah Menengah Atas). Dalam penyusunan RPP Kurikulum 2013, guru mempedomani empat kompetensi inti yang hendak dicapai dalam pembelajaran yang meliputi kompetensi tentang sisi afektif keagamaan, sisi afektif prilaku sosial, sisi kognitif dan sisi psikomotor yang harus dimiliki oleh setiap siswa. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan konsep pembelajaran inovatif yang dilakukan oleh guru dengan pembelajaran yang bervariasi di luar dan di dalam kelas, serta menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual. Evaluasi pembelajaran inovatif dilaksanakan dengan dua evaluasi, yaitu evaluasi proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran. Ada dua faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran inovatif, yaitu: kemampuan peserta didik yang beragam dan guru yang belum memanfaatkan media pembelajaran secara maksimal untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Manajemen Pembelajaran dan Konsep Pembelajaran Inovatif.

Abstract

Abstract: The management curriculum is a very important factor for any educational institution to support the success of the educational program. This research aims to study, observe and describe the curriculum management FKIP Unsyiah Sendratasik Education, include: 1) The process of curriculum planning; 2) Implementation of the curriculum; and 3) Evaluation of the curriculum. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. Subjects in this study maids Dean, Chairman and Secretary Prodi Sendratasik, lecturers and students. The results showed that the management education curriculum Prodi Sendratasik include: 1) The Curriculum education Sendratasik Unsyiah was referring to the Malang University Sendratasik Curriculum. The curriculum planning process, conducted according to the provisions and regulations of the department of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education UNSYIAH. 2) The implementation of the entire learning program based on the vision, mission, and goals are already running but has not yet been fullest. Implementation of the curriculum include: lesson planning, lesson implementation, and evaluation of learning, has been running well and all the activities run in accordance with the academic calendar, but it still faces various problems due to infrastructure inadequate.3) Evaluation of the curriculum is done every end of the semester, the curriculum revision is done periodically when needed. Education study program curriculum Sendratasik imposed four curriculum structure that is not in accordance with the nomenclature of Higher Education, is considered less effective relevance to junior high / high school curriculum as well as the application of the four structures are not supported by adequate human resources.Keywords: Management Curriculum and Arts Education CurriculumAbstrak: Manajemen kurikulum merupakan faktor yang sangat penting bagi setiap institusi pendidikan guna mendukung keberhasilan Program pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji, mengamati dan mendeskripsikan manajemen kurikulum program studi Pendidikan Sendratasik FKIP Unsyiah, meliputi: 1) Proses perencanaan kurikulum; 2) Implementasi kurikulum; dan 3) Evaluasi kurikulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini pembantu Dekan I, Ketua dan Sekretaris Prodi Sendratasik, dosen-dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum Prodi Pendidikan Sendratasik meliputi: 1) kurikulum Prodi Pendidikan Sendratasik Unsyiah merujuk pada kurikulum Sendratasik Universitas Malang, prosesnya dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan prodi dan ketentuan dari Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala. 2) Implementasi kurikulum yang meliputi: Pelaksanaan seluruh Program pembelajaran berdasarkan visi, misi dan tujuan, sudah berjalan namun belum maksimal, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran, sudah berjalan dengan baik dan segala kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan kalender akademik, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala dikarenakan sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai. 3) Evaluasi kurikulum yang dilakukan setiap berakhir semester, revisi kurikulum yang dilakukan secara berkala apabila dibutuhkan. kurikulum prodi Pendidikan Sendratasik memberlakukan empat struktur kurikulum yang tidak sesuai dengan nomenklatur Dikti, dianggap kurang efektif relevansinya dengan SMP/SMA serta penerapan empat struktur kurikulum tidak ditunjang SDM yang memadai.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Kurikulum dan Kurikulum Pendidikan Seni

Abstract

Abstract: The curriculum educational unit level is the operational curriculum developed by and implemented in each educational unit. Curriculum  educational  unit level (KTSP) consists of educational objectives educational unit level, the structure and content of education level curriculum, educational calendar, and syllabus. The purpose of this research is to obtain information about: (1) Planning curriculum management; (2) Implementation of curriculum management; and (3) Evaluation of the management curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, techniques of data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. Subjects were: principals, vice-principals and teachers curriculum. The results showed: (1) Management planning kurikulumPada SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh number of teachers and the teaching workforce are uneven in difficulty needs to make the learning process in the provision of duty resulting in a delay in the preparation of rosters learning. (2) Implementation Management Kuikulum In Secondary Schools 1 Banda Aceh, melaakukan implementation well despite some of the shortcomings in the implementation of one of them is the lack of communication in the implementation of the PBM so the borrowing constraints often experience teaching tool (3) evaluation of the Curriculum Management SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh, has been in the form of the administration but evaluation done if the process of implementation of Curriculum Management experience problems and issues.Keywords : Curriculum educational unit level and curriculum management.Abstrak: Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP) merupakan kurikulum operasional yang disusun dan dilaksanakan di  setiap masing-masing satuan pendidikan. KTSP terdiri atas tujuan pendidikan tingkat satuan pendidikan, struktur dan muatan kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan, kalender pendidikan, dan silabus. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapat informasi tentang: (1) Perencanaan manajemen kurikulum; (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen kurikulum; dan (3) Evaluasi manajemen kurikulum pada SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan  melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah: kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Perencaan kurikulum pada SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh  dalam perencanaannya dan pengaturannya telah menggunakan pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran mengenai tujuan serta isi dan persiapan bahan pelajaran untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. (2) Pelaksanaan Kuikulum Pada SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh, melakukan pelaksanaan menetapkan beban belajar, meliputi menetapkan jumlah jam untuk kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka, konversi jumlah jam praktik disekolah kedalam jumlah jam tatap muka, memetapkan jumlah jam mata pelajaran yang terdini atas jam tatap muka, kemudian menetapkan kelender akademik dalam pembentukan roster pelajaran.  (3) Evaluasi  Kurikulum Pada SMP Negeri 1 Banda Aceh, sudah baik dalam bentuk pelaksanaan administrasi tetapi evaluasi dilakukan jika proses Pelaksanaan Manajemen Kurikulum mengalami kendala dan masalah.Kata kunci : Kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan dan manajemen kurikulum
