Abstract

The sincerity-based supervision model is one of the supervision models in promoting the values of sincerity as the first principle in the workplace, building identity in performing and taking actions, and becoming moral force for PAI supervisors when performing the main tasks and functions. However, the problem that most likely to arise in supervising tasks is the lack of sincerity of PAI supervisor when guiding, developing, and improving the performance of PAI teachers. This study uses a "descriptive" method, by discussing qualitative and inductive thought patterns of events, phenomena or natural phenomena encountered in the field. Data collection instruments were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Furthermore, data analysis techniques will be based on the opinion of Miles and Huberman employing data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. Whereas checking the validity of the data is done through source triangulation, method triangulation, and theory triangulation. The results showed that the PAI supervisor had applied the value of sincerity when performing supervisory task for the PAI teacher through a model that was afraid of praise and fame that potentially  cause slander, regarding himself as inferior in the eyes of Him, performing acts of charity quietly and model of non-profit-seeking at work, and type of person who respect at others who surpass themselves. While due to the failure to uphold the values of sincerity at work, the sincerity-based supervision model performed by PAI supervisors, in terms of the effectiveness, has not shown optimal  results in improving the performance of PAI teachers.

Abstract

This dissertation is entitled: “Fostering Students' Mental Attitude Through Islamic Religious Education at Senior High School in Bireuen Regency”.The teacher is a figure who is expected to be able to provide enlightenment and coaching in student behavior. The teacher plays an active role in developing the potential for the formation of students' morals, so students can distinguish between good and bad according to reason and norms that exist in the environment in which students are located. Moral development must start at the school level, so students have a strong foundation in daily behavior. This research uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that; Islamic Religious Education teachers encourage students to learn to understand the values ​​of the teachings of Islam have been done correctly. Learning Islamic Religious Education, students are taught to think patterns with intelligence to manage emotionally, spiritually, patiently, diligently in learning, sincerity, sincerity, tolerance and totality. Fostering the Islamic aqidah, the recitation of the Qur'an and tausiah, dhuha prayer, dhuhur prayer in congregation for students. Coaching Akhlaqulkarimah, the teacher provides awareness and habituation includes; good attitude, good manners in words, always cover genitalia when being outside school.

Abstract

The quality of education can be enhanced through the development of learning processwhich in turn will automatically affect the quality improvement of school’s graduates. It indeed really depends on school management and teachers’ approaches. Therefore, some factors should be noticed seriously are students’ development, autonomy, democratic atmosphere, exploratory approach, freedom, students’ experiences, balance between social and individual quality of students, also emotional quotient as well as spiritual quotient.

Abstract

Supervisi klinis merupakan bagian dari supervisi pengajaran, yaitu supervisi yang difokuskan pada perbaikan pembelajaran melalui siklus yang sistematis mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengamatan dan analisis yang intensif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran dan informasi mengenai program, prinsip dan mekanisme supervisi klinis yang dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, MGMP dan guru yang ada pada SMA Negeri 1 Kuala, kecamatan Kuala kabupaten Nagan Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah di SMA Negeri 1 Kuala, telah melaksanakan program supervisi klinis, sebelum melaksanakan program supervisi klinis, kepala sekolah dengan melibatkan wakil kepala sekolah, ketua MGMP dan guru senior menyusun program kegiatan supervisi klinis, membuat jadwal kegiatan, mengadakan kunjungan kelas, menginventarisir temuan supervisi dan menyusun laporan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis. Prinsip supervisi klinis yang dijalankan oleh kepala sekolah bersifat konstruktif, menolong guru agar senantiasa tumbuh sendiri tidak tergantung pada supervisor, supervisi harus realistis dan didasarkan pada kenyataan yang sebenarnya. Mekanisme supervisi klinis yang dijalankan oleh kepala sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Kuala kecamatan Kuala kabupaten Nagan Raya yaitu pertemuan awal, observasi dan pertemuan akhir. Hasil dari pelaksanaan supervisi klinis yang dijalankan oleh kepala sekolah akan di sampaikan ke supervisor tingkat kecamatan dan disampaikan ke dinas pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract: Conflict is normal and sometimes cannot be unavoided in an organization. The current beliefs consider that a conflict is not merely a disadvantage but it can bring advantages to the organization if it is well-controlled. Conflict management is a conflict resolution under pressure and in emotional environment. The objective of this research is to find out (1) the types of conflict; (2) sources of conflict; (3) director point of view regardingthe form of conflict; (4) approaches for conflict management; and (5) organization productivity at Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy of Banda Aceh. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative approach. The data were collected by doing interview, observation and documentation study. The research results show that (1) there were some types of conflicts at Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy such as interpersonal conflict, conflict between two persons and conflict between two groups; (2) the sources of conflict are communication, different interest, and interdependency on working activities; (3) the form of conflict was the functional conflict which influenced the improvement of organization performance; (4) the approach conducted by the director was the approach of conflict simulation, conflict controlling, and conflict resolution and elimination, and (5) the conflict management applied at Muhammadiyah Midwifery Academy was one of the efforts which influenced the organization productivity.Keywords: conflict management and organization productivity

Abstract

Abstract: Financial Management of Higher Education is one of the major components for the continuity of the educational process at universities. The research objective was to Describe and analyze matters relating to planning, and financial accountability in the use of IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Description of the methods used by using a qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection through interviews and documentation studies. Head of research subjects Public Administration, Academic and Student Affairs, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. The results showed that: (1) planning based on needs analysis, set priorities and budget activities and programs outlined in the budget program activities IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. (2) The use of the budget is for expenditures: salaries / vakasi, faculty salaries are not fixed, daily necessities, material procurement seminars, shopping goods supports the basic tasks and functions, and (3) accountability, accountability to the treasurer delivered direct supervisor, make news Events (BA) on KPPN Reconciliation, reconciliation report to the Regional Office of Religious Affairs. Prov. NAD each month and quarter, then delivered to the Bureau of Financial Affairs. RI in Jakarta, according to the stipulated in Law Number 15 Year 2004 Audit of the Management and Financial Responsibilities of the State.Keywords : Financial ManagementAbstrak: Manajemen keuangan Perguruan Tinggi merupakan salah satu komponen utama untuk kelangsungan proses pendidikan pada perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsi dan menganalisis hal-hal yang berkenaan dengan perencanaan, penggunaan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan pada IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan deskripsi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian Kepala Biro Administrasi Umum, Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan, Kepala Bagian Keuangan dan Bendahara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan disusun berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, ditetapkan prioritas program kegiatan anggaran dan kemudian dituangkan dalam program kegiatan anggaran IAIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. (2) Penggunaan anggaran yaitu untuk belanja: honor/vakasi, honor dosen tidak tetap, keperluan sehari-hari, pengadaan bahan seminar, belanja barang mendukung tugas pokok dan fungsi, dan (3) pertanggungjawaban, bendaharawan menyampaikan pertanggungjawaban kepada atasan langsung, membuat Berita Acara (BA) Rekonsiliasi pada KPPN, melaporkan hasil rekonsiliasi tersebut ke Kanwil Depag. Provinsi NAD setiap bulan dan triwulan, selanjutnya disampaikan ke biro Keuangan Depag. RI di Jakarta, sesuai dengan yang diatur dalam Undang-undang Nomor 15 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemeriksaan Pengelolaan dan Tanggungjawab Keuangan Negara.Kata kunci : Manajemen Keuangan

Abstract

Abstract: Educational supervision is an effort of teachers’ establishment for improving the quality of teaching learning process in school or madrasah. The purposes of this research were aimed to find out: 1) the program of educational supervision. 2) the technical of educational supervision. 3) the process of educational supervision and 4) to follow-up the educational supervision. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. To gain the data needed, the writer applied some techniques; observation, interview and documentation. The subjects of this research were the supervisors from The Ministry of Religious Affairs Pidie, the principal, the vise principal and the teachers MAN 1 Sigli. After analyzing the data, it has been found that: 1) the program of educational supervision organized at the beginning of the semester each year by the supervisors, the principaland the senior teacher. Supervision program includes the analysis of teachers’ ability, development of teaching learning process, development of teacher professionalism and development of curriculum analysis. 2) the appli-cation of educational supervision technique has not been optimized, so, it could not reveal the weakness of teaching learning process in detail. 3) the imple-mentation of educational supervision was conducted in regular schedule byeach teacher, the process would done through a meeting before observation, obser-vation of teaching learning process and a meeting after observation. 4) the findings of educational supervision followed by the supervisor through humanistic and professional approach. Keywords : Educational Supervision and Teaching Learning Process

Abstract

Abstract: State Government Elementary School Cempala Kuneng is an educational institution that serves as a base level finance management education research and discussion of the results of this study, the management of the financing of education at the Min Cempala Kuneng have been implemented as programmed. This study used a descriptive approach and qualitative methods of data collection techniques documentation, observations and interviews, the research subject chief Madrasah, committee, treasurer, operator / administrative staff and teachers councils in Cempala Kuneng MIN. This study shows that: 1) planning on BOS MIN Cempala Kuneng already accordance with prevailing regulations. implementation is transparent and used in accordance with the existing guidelines, previously held a meeting with the school committee and the board of teachers. 2) Financing on BOS MIN Cempala Kuneng guided by the guide book for the procurement of BOS is the subject of books, teacher training, purchase of consumables, implement student activities, for transport costs, procurement of laboratory supplies, documentation, maintenance costs and the cost of making and lightweight procurement report. 3) Monitoring of the implementation of BOS MIN Cempala Kuneng made superintendent of schools and education authorities who are monitoring the implementation of government's efforts mesikpun indirectly but very helpful in preventing the abuse of authority and misconduct. 4). BOS funds MIN Cempala Kuneng very supportive school students to free tuition, support schools in implementing the program activities, either to improve the infrastructure and improve the competence of teachers and educators.Keywords: Management, Financing, and Supervision.Abstrak: Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Cempala Kuneng  merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan tingkat dasar yang berperan sebagai Pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan penelitian ini, maka pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan pada Min Cempala Kuneng  sudah dilaksanakan sesuai yang diprogramkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara, Subjek penelitian kepala Madrasah, Komite, bendahara, operator/tenaga administrasi dan dewan guru di MIN Cempala Kuneng. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencaan dana BOS pada MIN Cempala Kuneng   sudah sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. pelaksanaannya sudah transparan dan dimanfaatkan sesuai dengan juknis yang ada, sebelumnya diadakan rapat dengan komite sekolah dan dewan guru. 2) Pembiayaan dana  BOS pada MIN Cempala Kuneng  berpedoman pada buku panduan BOS  yaitu untuk pengadaan buku pokok pelajaran, pelatihan guru, membeli bahan habis pakai, melaksanakan kegiatan kesiswaan, untuk biaya transport, pengadaan bahan laboratorium, dokumentasi, biaya perawatan ringan dan  biaya pembuatan dan pengadaan laporan. 3) Pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan dana BOS MIN Cempala Kuneng  dilakukan  pengawas sekolah dan dinas pendidikan yang merupakan upaya pengawasan penyelenggaraan pemerintah mesikpun secara tidak langsung namun sangat membantu dalam mencegah adanya penyalahgunaan wewenang dan tindakan pelanggaran hukum. 4). Dana BOS  MIN Cempala Kuneng  sangat mendukung sekolah untuk membebaskan iuran siswa, mendukung program sekolah dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya baik untuk meningkatkan sarana dan prasarana serta meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan.Kata kunci : Pengelolaan, Pembiayaan, dan Pengawasan

Abstract

Abstract: Unit Level Education Curriculum (KTSP) curriculum constitutes one of constituent in teaching and learning process. This research intent to inspect, observe and describe the implementation Unit Level Education Curriculum in particular area Social study at MTs Swasta Al Furqan Bambi Pidie Regency, as follows: (1) Program developmental activities syllabi, RPP and SKL; (2) Material preparations for teaching; (3) Learning performings; and (4) Estimation perfor-ming/evaluations. This research utilizes qualitative descriptive method. Data collecting tech that is utilized is observation, interview and documents study. Subjects in this observational were principal, vice principal, and social study teachers. Result observational to point out that KTSP's implementation on that social study can be seen of: (1) Syllabus makings performing and RPP which made by Social study teacher done by personaland groups in MGMP, but they experience interference in determine indicator in point; (2) Material preparations teach that did by Social study teacher as LKS and module, really help student in completes each competences; (3) Learning performing that did by teacher utilizing close to get center on child (child centered) through active learning, creative, effective, and rejoicing by use of infrastucture media and medium whatever available; (4) Evaluate learningthat did by Social study teacher in forms process estimation as dry run of daily, common dry run or final examination, and task estimation as application of task that performed by individual or group.Key word: Social Study and KTSP

Abstract

Abstract: The school head master of the school, who has a very important role and position in developing professional educational staffs. The aim of this research is to describe about the school head master strategy in the process of planning design, implementation, and avoiding program in developing the professional educational staffs at Senior High School 5 Darussalam, Banda Aceh. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative through the data collection through observations, interviews, and documentations. The findings show that the efforts being carried out by the school head master in planning was preceded by understanding the vision and mission as within it is described the future picture and insight that must be developed .The implementation of the professional development of education staff was through workshops, seminars, educational training, guiding through annual program, the implementation of the annual program, increasing the work disciplines, creating the loyalty. All these things were being conducted by the school head master, though in its implementation still experiencing the obstacles as it is because that some educational staffs at Senior High School 5 Darussalam, Banda Aceh are still do not deeply understand about their core works. While avoiding professional developing educational staffs carried out by the school head master is through controlling. Supervising, evaluating and guiding upon the program.Keywords: Planning, Implementation and AvoidingAbstrak: Kepala sekolah merupakan manajer pendidikan di sekolah yang mempunyai peran dan kedudukan yang sangat penting dalam pengembangan profesional tenaga kependidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tentang strategi kepala sekolah dalam perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, dan pengendalian program dalam rangka pengembangan profesional tenaga kependidikan pada SMA Negeri 5 Darussalam Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pengembangan profesional tenaga kependidikan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah melalui perencanaan program yang disusun berdasarkan visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah sudah sesuai dengan unsur, syarat, dan fungsi perencanaan, dalam hal ini kepala sekolah telah dapat membuat program-program pengembangan. Pelaksanaan program pengembangan profesional tenaga kependidikan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah melalui workshop, seminar, pendidikan, pelatihan, pembinaan melalui program kerja tahunan, pelaksanaan program kerja tahunan, meningkatkan disiplin kerja, dan membina loyalitas. Semua program kerja ini telah dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah, walaupun dalam pelaksanaannya masih mengalami kendala-kendala yang dihadapi, hal ini dikarenakan ada sebahagian tenaga kependidikan pada SMA Negeri 5 Darussalam Banda Aceh belum memahami secara mendalam tentang tugas pokok, fungsi dan tanggung jawab mereka masing-masing. Sedangkan pengendalian program pengembangan profesional tenaga kependidikan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah adalah melalui pengawasan, kontroling, evaluasi, dan pembinaan terhadap pelaksanaan program.Kata kunci: Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan dan Pengendalian
