Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung upaya pelestarian bahasa lokal yang terancam punah diseantero nusantara maka telah dikembangkan aplikasi kamus bahasa Nduga berbasis android. Aplikasi tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran bagi generasi muda suku Nduga maupun orang lain yang ingin belajar bahasa Nduga. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi database Realm dan Butter Knife. Berdasarkan ujicoba aplikasi bisa dapat dijalankan pada smartphone android dengan mampu melakukan fungsi menterjemahkan kosa kata dari bahasa Indonesia ke bahasa Nduga yang terdiri dari tiga dialek yaitu Mapenduma, Mbua dan Kenyam dan terjemahan antar dialek ataupun sebaliknya dari dialek tertentu ke bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Organisasi XYZ Cabang Salatiga merupakan organisasi yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengiriman barang. Organisasi tersebut telah menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang aktivitas bisnis. TIKI KU merupakan aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mendata setiap pengiriman barang yang dilakukan oleh konsumen mulai dari data pengirim barang, data barang, dan data penerima barang. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri, setiap risiko yang terjadi dapat mengganggu kinerja aplikasi TIKI KU. Oleh karena itu diperlukan analisis risiko terhadap teknologi informasi yang digunakan. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti mencoba mengimplementasikan kerangka kerja manajemen risiko ISO 31000 untuk melihat setiap kemungkinan risiko yang terdapat pada aplikasi TIKI KU. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini diharapkan membantu organisasi dalam melihat serta mengetahui tindakan-tindakan apa saja yang harus dilakukan terhadap setiap kemungkinan risiko atau ancaman yang terjadi disekitar aplikasi TIKI KU berdasarkan level risikonya.

Abstract

PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals is a gold mining business with an underground system in a very large location. Because of the large development, more and more data is managed every day with location points between office buildings, mines, and each employee is far apart. This causes data collection to be less real time and there are problems in separating data that has been used from that which has not been used in radio searches. The aim of this research is to create an information system that is able to solve this problem so that in the future all data can be accessed in one system so that employees can access it easily so that the data they have is used more efficiently and is easily accessed from any point of work location. The methodology of this research is interviews and direct observation in the field to analyze system requirements and to create a system using the waterfall method up to the testing stage. With the results of system analysis, UML modeling, and designed activity diagrams, this research succeeded in building an information system website that manages radio inventory data which can be accessed by any employee who has a user ID.

Abstract

Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang layanan teknologi informasi. Tugas utama dari PT. Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi adalah memberikan layanan TI kepada masyarakat dan perusahaan yang bekerjasama dengan PT. Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi. Saat ini proses bisnis PT. Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi yang menggunakan komputer masih saja menemui beberapa masalah, seperti server down, database sistem yang tidak terupdate datanya, dan human error. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja tata kelola teknologi informasi yang ada sehingga kekurangan tata kelola teknologi informasi pada PT. Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi dapat diperbaiki lebih lagi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi dari permasalahan penggunaan tata kelola teknologi informasi di PT. Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi. Dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi, digunakan pendekatan dengan COBIT 5 dengan 3 responden dari beberapa divisi PT. Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi dan menggunakan metode mix method serta kuesioner untuk pengambilan datanya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada domain DSS (Deliver, Support, and Service) dengan 6 sub domain yang berbicara tentang pemberian layanan teknologi informasi serta dukungannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 4 sub domain masih berada di level 1 (Performed Process) dan 2 sisanya berada di level 2 (Managed Process) dan level 3 (Established Process).

Abstract

Despite its critical role in environmental governance, the West Seram Environment Agency in Maluku has yet to fully integrate information systems (IS) and information technology (IT) into its operational processes. Recognizing the pivotal role of IS/IT in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness, this study proposes an innovative enterprise architecture planning approach to facilitate IS/IT development within the agency. Employing a qualitative research methodology, the study utilizes The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architecture Development Method (ADM). This method concentrates on three key domains: business architecture, information systems architecture, and technology architecture. The results of this research offer a suite of IS/IT solutions tailored to the agency's needs. These include the strategic recruitment and development of appropriate work systems, implementation of comprehensive IS/IT work plans, advanced data processing techniques, creation of digital-based applications, and the design and implementation of efficient network topologies. These solutions are poised to revolutionize the agency's operations, significantly enhancing its capacity for environmental management and governance.

Abstract

Department of communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO) Semarang requires the design of appropriate information technology architecture in order to perform its function as a government institution that is able to provide excellent service to the community. Therefore, the application of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) as an Information Technology Architecture Design methodology was chosen to make it easier to design the right information technology architecture.This study aims to design the architecture of Information Technology in the Department of communication and information Semarang using EAP methodology. The research methodology used in the form of literature studies and direct observation in the field to collect information about infrastructure, applications, and data available at the Semarang district communication and Information Office.The results of this study are several implementation plans that need to be done, such as hardware and software updates,human resources training,Local Government Application Development, Local Government Network Development, E Office and Website Development. Each domain has components that are interrelated and grouped into subdomains, making it easier to manage. The design of this information technology architecture can help the Semarang district communication and Information Office in improving the current information system and improving its performance in providing services to the community.

Abstract

Pada era modern perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi sangat pesat dan banyak organisasi, lembaga pendidikan, dan perusahaan yang sudah menggunakan untuk menunjang dan mempermudah proses bisnisnya. Sekolah merupakan suatu institusi pendidikan yang digunakan untuk membantu proses pembelajaran guna untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan. SMA Kalam Kudus Sukoharjo telah menggunakan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi untuk menjalankan proses bisnis dalam bidang pendidikan, tetapi sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang digunakan oleh SMA Kalam Kudus Sukoharjo belum digunakan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, SMA Kalam Kudus Sukoharjo menggunakan perencanaan strategi SI/TI untuk membuat kinerja menjadi efisien dan efektif, serta untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja. Dalam penelitian perencanaan strategi pada SMA Kalam Kudus Sukoharjo menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Dalam metode Ward and Peppard memakai 2 teknik analisis yaitu analisis SWOT dan analisis Value Chain untuk dapat menghasilkan portofolio aplikasi sistem informasi yang akan diimplementasikan oleh SMA Kalam Kudus Sukoharjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang prototipe sistem informasi operasional berbasis aplikasi mobile guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen Café Langit Biru. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada tantangan yang dihadapi Café Langit Biru dalam pencatatan manual penjualan dan pengeluaran, yang mengakibatkan ketidakakuratan dan kekurangan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan bisnis. Metode prototyping digunakan untuk merancang sistem informasi yang dapat memperbaiki proses penjualan, pencatatan pengeluaran, dan rekapitulasi keuangan dengan fokus pada akurasi pencatatan, efisiensi operasional, dan pengalaman pelanggan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini adalah desain prototype sistem informasi yang dapat digunakan oleh pengembang aplikasi sebagai acuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi sistem informasi operasional Café Langit Biru. Diharapkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi ini dapat membantu Café Langit Biru meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan bisnisnya dengan menyediakan solusi yang lebih efisien dan terintegrasi untuk pengelolaan operasional sehari-hari.

Abstract

In the digital era, the use of technology in education is a must, such as a Learning Management System (LMS). Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) implemented the Flexible Learning (FLEARN) programme to facilitate learning. This research evaluates the usability of the LMS using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. A UEQ questionnaire with 26 attributes and a 7-point rating scale was distributed via Google Form to WKSW students. The data was analysed using Cronbach Alpha coefficient and interpretation of the results of each attribute. The results showed that the mean scores of the six UEQ scales: attractiveness (1.442), clarity (1.722), efficiency (1.838), accuracy (1.314), stimulation (1.209), and novelty (0.856). The efficiency scale has the highest score, indicating that FLEARN UKSW is efficient in learning, while novelty has the lowest score, indicating a lack of innovation. Only the efficiency scale is categorised as good, while the other scales are above average, so the usability of FLEARN UKSW is good, but improvements are needed on navigation, visual quality, and readability of the LMS text. The research results are expected to be a reference for the future development of FLEARN UKSW.
