Abstract

In the digital era, the use of technology in education is a must, such as a Learning Management System (LMS). Satya Wacana Christian University (UKSW) implemented the Flexible Learning (FLEARN) programme to facilitate learning. This research evaluates the usability of the LMS using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. A UEQ questionnaire with 26 attributes and a 7-point rating scale was distributed via Google Form to WKSW students. The data was analysed using Cronbach Alpha coefficient and interpretation of the results of each attribute. The results showed that the mean scores of the six UEQ scales: attractiveness (1.442), clarity (1.722), efficiency (1.838), accuracy (1.314), stimulation (1.209), and novelty (0.856). The efficiency scale has the highest score, indicating that FLEARN UKSW is efficient in learning, while novelty has the lowest score, indicating a lack of innovation. Only the efficiency scale is categorised as good, while the other scales are above average, so the usability of FLEARN UKSW is good, but improvements are needed on navigation, visual quality, and readability of the LMS text. The research results are expected to be a reference for the future development of FLEARN UKSW.

Abstract

Abstract

The use of the web as a medium for disseminating information has been utilized, both by individuals and institutions. Churches are one of the religious institutions that utilize the web as a medium for disseminating information. JHB Salatiga Baptist Church does not yet have a web as a means of delivering information to its congregation. Information about the church and service activities has not been documented and is only delivered directly after Sunday worship. Therefore, supporting information media is needed that can support the delivery of information as a whole and can be accessed at any time so that it is more effective and efficient. In this research, the method used is the waterfall method. And this research uses the bootstrap 4 framework and for the testing method using black box. The result of the research with the title "Design of Web-Based Information System of Jemaat Hidup Baru Salatiga Baptist Church", is a web design of JHB Salatiga Church for the delivery of information that makes it easy for congregants to access information effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

As an archipelagic country, Indonesia faces disparities in the distribution of healthcare workers, influenced by its diverse geographical conditions. These disparities impact the equitable access to healthcare services across the country. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of two clustering methods, namely K-Means++ and Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering, using secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) on the Number of Healthcare Workers by Province in 2023, covering 38 provinces and 13 categories of healthcare professions.The evaluation was conducted using three metrics: Silhouette Score to measure cluster cohesion, Davies-Bouldin Index to assess inter-cluster separation, and Calinski-Harabasz Index to compare inter-cluster variance. The results show that Agglomerative Hierarchical outperformed K-Means++ in Silhouette Score (0.550) and Davies-Bouldin Index (0.457), while K-Means++ performed better in the Calinski-Harabasz Index (63.630). A 2D PCA visualization further illustrates the structural differences between the clusters formed by each method. These findings provide insights into selecting the most appropriate clustering method for analyzing the distribution of healthcare workers and can support data-driven decision-making by policymakers

Abstract

The Vendor Selection Process is a procedure in which a company compares materials from several vendor suppliers and determines which vendor has the best score and is most suitable to be selected and partnered with for the procurement of production materials. PT Astra Komponen Indonesia has encountered several issues within this vendor selection process, including inefficiency due to the high manpower requirement and several obstacles that hinder timely approvals among parties involved. Therefore, an online vendor selection approval system is needed. This research adopts the Waterfall development method. The system is designed and implemented as a web-based application using the Django framework, which is based on the Python programming language, and utilizes PostgreSQL as its database system. The results of this research and system development have significantly improved the material procurement process in the company, particularly in terms of workforce efficiency, time savings, equipment asset usage, and minimizing approval process delays.

Abstract

AbstrakWi-Fi UKSW merupakan fasilitas jaringan internet yang dibangun untuk memfasilitasi dan mendukung kebutuhan civitas UKSW dalam proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengukuran bagaimana tingkat pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi berdasarkan kinerja karyawan Wi-Fi UKSW. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode IT Balanced Scorecard sebagai sarana pengukuran yang jelas, memantau dan mengoptimalkan realisasi dari nilai atau manfaat bisnis dan manfaat Teknologi Informasi dimana IT Balanced Scorecard mempunyai 4 perspektif (Perspektif Kontribusi Perusahaan, Perspektif Orientasi Pengguna, Perspektif Penyempurnaan Operasional, dan Perspektif Orientasi Masa Depan). Penelitian ini dimulai dari tahapan perencanaan, tahapan studi kelayakan awal dan studi literature, tahapan wawancara dan observasi, tahapan analisis data, serta tahapan membuat dan menyusun laporan serta rekomendasi menggunakan IT Balanced Scorecard. Adapun beberapa hal yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini dan harus ditangani yaitu, dibutuhkannya penambahan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) untuk membantu kinerja Wi-Fi UKSW baik dalam hal penanganan complain maupun penyelesaian proyek mengingat Wi-Fi UKSW selalu dibutuhkan dan digunakan oleh semua civitas UKSW serta perlu adanya evaluasi dan upgrade terhadap sistem aplikasi monitoring Wi-Fi. Karena sebagai sarana penyedia layanan jaringan internet yang mana semua yang dilakukan karyawan Wi-Fi UKSW berhubungan erat dengan Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi dan hasilnya, yang kehadirannya memberikan nilai manfaat yang baik khususnya bagi kemajuan kinerja karyawan Wi-Fi UKSW.Kata kunci: Kinerja SI dan TI, IT Balanced Scorecard, Wi-Fi UKSWAbstractWi-Fi SWCU is an internet network facility built to facilitate and support the needs of SWCU civities in teaching and learning. The purpose of this research is take measurements of what is the level the use of Information Systems and Information Technology based on of employee performance Wi-Fi SWCU. This study uses the Balanced Scorecard as a method of measurement as well as monitoring and optimizing business value, and the benefit of Information Technology. IT Balanced Scorecard has four perspectives such as, Perspective of Corporate Contributions, User Orientation Perspective, Operational Improvement Perspective, and Percent Orientation Performance Front. This research starts from planning stage, initial feasibility study, literature study, interview and observation, data analysis, making reports and recommendations use IT Balanced Scorecard. But some things found in this study and to work on that, needed the addition of Human Resources (HR) to assist the performance of SWCU Wi-Fi both in the handling of complaints and project completion and Wi-Fi SWCU needs an evaluation and upgrade for Wi-Fi monitoring application system. Because as a means of the internet network providers which all done employees Wi-Fi SWCU closely related to Information Systems and Information Technology and as a result, the presence of Information Systems and Information Technology give the value of the benefit a good especially for progress of employee performance Wi-Fi SWCU. Keywords: Performance IS and IT, IT Balanced Scorecard, Wi-Fi SWCU

Abstract

ABSTRAK Aplikasi INLIS LITE adalah aplikasi yang dikembangkan dan dibangun secara resmi oleh Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk membantu proses kegiatan pengelolaan bahan Pustaka di Perpustakaan, namun tidak dapat dipungkiri Aplikasi Inlis Lite pasti memiliki kemungkinan permasalahan yang akan mengganggu fungsi dari pada aplikasi tersebut. Dalam menggunakan teknologi informasi maka digunakan metode Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) pada Perpustakaan Kantor DPRD Kota Salatiga yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko yang dihadapi dan langkah-langkah yang diambil untuk meminimalkan risiko. Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa terdapat 22 penyebab kegagalan terdapat 1 aktivitas kategori High (Tinggi), 17 aktivitas kategori Low (Rendah) dan 4 dengan kategori Very Low (Sangat Rendah). ABSTRACT The INLIS LITE application is officially developed by the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia. While it aids in the management of library materials, it is acknowledged that the application may encounter potential issues. To address this, Information Technology utilizes the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method at the Library of the City DPRD Salatiga, aiming to analyze risks and implement measures to minimize them. The research revealed 22 failure causes, with 1 falling into the High category, 17 in the Low category, and 4 in the Very Low category.

Abstract

PT DATP DIGITAL merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa platform perdagangan saham digital. Untuk mendukung proses bisnisnya, PT DATP DIGITAL telah memanfaatkan dan mengembangkan teknologi informasi. Namun, seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi dan berkembangnya perusahaan maka dibutuhkan penyesuaian terutama mengintegrasikan pada sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi. Untuk mengatasinya yaitu dengan membuat perancangan arsitektur enterprise yang dapat mengintegrasikan sistem yang ada saat ini dengan sistem yang akan dibangun. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode enterprise architecture planning dan dalam pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara dan observasi. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan blueprint arsitektur enterprise yang mencakup arsitektur data, arsitektur sistem informasi, dan arsitektur teknologi dengan studi kasus sebuah perusahaan startup perdagangan saham digital. Hasil rancangan diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai penentu arah kebijakan perusahaan.
