Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi sangat memudahkan berbagai pekerjaan di dunia industri untuk menunjang dan memudahkan pekerjaan khusunya pada bidang administrasi. PT. Freeport Indonesia salah satu perusahaan yang mengimplementasikan perkembangan teknologi dalam sistem administrasi, khusunya pada administrasi Reconcile Paysource Payment Invoice Travel Agent dengan aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada sistem SAP untuk melihat peran penerapan Sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dan SAP adalah satu cara yang digunakan untuk melihat tolak ukur keefesiensi & keefektifan. Berdasarkan metode kualitatif ini memiliki beberapa jenjang atau tahapan dalam menunjang penelitian. Jenjang atau tahapan yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara terstruktur dan sistematis oleh peneliti. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif kita bisa melihat Penerapan Aplikasi Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada sistem SAP dalam memudahkan pekerjanaan Administrasi PT. Freeport Indonesia divisi Finance & Accounting. Peran sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada sistem SAP dapat meningkatkan penerapan proses reconcile paysourse untuk pembayaran faktur tagihan (invoice) agar berjalan sesuai dengan tagihan yang diajukan pihak agen perjalanan ke Departemen Finance dan Accounting PT. Freeport Indonesia.

Abstract

This study examines the risks of implementing information technology (IT) at PT Bawen Mediatama, a company that has experienced damage to financial institution files due to their IT use. The study uses the ISO 31000 framework to analyze the risks faced by PT Bawen Mediatama, with a focus on identifying the risks and providing recommendations for appropriate risk treatment. The research method is qualitative, and the results indicate that PT Bawen Mediatama faces 20 possible risks, including limited, severe, very severe, and catastrophic level risks. Although the company has implemented risk management, the study concludes that it is not optimal.

Abstract

Dalam proses operasionalnya PT. Smart Biller Indonesia telah menerapkan TI dengan baik sesuai tujuan instansi. Salah satu cara untuk memastikan sistem organisasi selaras dengan tujuan instansi perlu melakukan analisis kinerja sistem informasi. Framework seperti COBIT, ITIL dan sebagainya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan analisis kinerja sistem informasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT (Control Objective for Information and related Technology) versi 5.0 yang menyediakan kegiatan mencakup masalah finansial, operasional, implementasi, perencanaan dan pengawasan setiap proses TI dalam Framework tata Kelola TI dan menggunakan domain MEA (Monitor, Evaluate and Assess). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MEA01, MEA02, MEA03 berada pada level 3 (Established Process). Dalam hal ini PT. Smart Biller Indonesia agar lebih efisien dalam proses bisnis ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi tujuan bisnis, perlunya komunikasi dan dokumentasi untuk pengendalian keamanan data yang ada, dan mengimplementasikan hasil yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

The application of the correct information system can help in decision making and improve the quality of service for consumers in achieving organizational goals. SMAN 11 Luwu has implemented an information system but it is still limited and only limited to the use of school operational support. The purpose of this research is to produce a strategic plan for information systems to improve competitiveness at SMAN 11 Luwu to become a high school that can utilize the use of information systems thoroughly, adequately and follow current technological trends. This research uses Ward and Peppard strategic planning method with the tools of PEST analysis method, Five Forces Model, SWOT, Value Chain analysis method and McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis method. This research produces SI portfolio recommendations that will be carried out in stages over the next three years. Based on the results of the Information Systems business strategy, information technology management strategy and Information Technology strategy. SMAN 11 Luwu telah menerapkan sistem informasi namun masih terbatas dan hanya sebatas pemanfaatan pendukung operasional sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan kompetitif pada SMAN 11 Luwu menjadi sekolah menengah atas yang dapat memanfaatkan penggunaan sistem informasi secara menyeluruh, memadai serta mengikuti trend teknologi yang berkembang pada saat ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perencanaan strategis Ward and Peppard dengan tools metode analisis PEST, Five Forces Model, SWOT, metode analisis Value Chain dan metode analisis McFarlan Strategic Grid. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi portofolio SI yang dilakukan secara bertahap selama tiga tahun kedepan. Berdasarkan hasil strategi bisnis Sistem Informasi, strategi manajemen teknologi informasi dan strategi Teknologi Informasi.

Abstract

Department of communication and Information Technology (KOMINFO) Semarang requires the design of appropriate information technology architecture in order to perform its function as a government institution that is able to provide excellent service to the community. Therefore, the application of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) as an Information Technology Architecture Design methodology was chosen to make it easier to design the right information technology architecture.This study aims to design the architecture of Information Technology in the Department of communication and information Semarang using EAP methodology. The research methodology used in the form of literature studies and direct observation in the field to collect information about infrastructure, applications, and data available at the Semarang district communication and Information Office.The results of this study are several implementation plans that need to be done, such as hardware and software updates,human resources training,Local Government Application Development, Local Government Network Development, E Office and Website Development. Each domain has components that are interrelated and grouped into subdomains, making it easier to manage. The design of this information technology architecture can help the Semarang district communication and Information Office in improving the current information system and improving its performance in providing services to the community.

Abstract

Cafe XY is a business that has been running for quite a long time, and every year customers always increase. But the disadvantage of this café is that there is no visual picture of the processes and business models that are run and applied, then still using manual methods and when it wants to lead to digitalization, it is necessary to flow business processes based on CRM in service to customers and remember many business actors in the same field around where to run a business. CRM-based business process design is able to create and maintain good relationships and communication between customers and business people and create customer loyalty. The high increase in customers and the level of business competition make café xy to implement CRM-based business processes even though there has been no implementation towards mobile-based CRM. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive type of thinking framework so that it is able to describe the design of business processes in Cafe xy using the UML framework and mobile-based display design using figma. So this research produces a business process model based and mobile CRM display that is needed in answering problem identification. The result of the research is the design of business process models: business CRM, data flow diagrams, class diagrams, use case diagrams and mobile-based display design. It is expected that further research will be able to develop and lead to the implementation of mobile-based information systems supported by E-CRM.

Abstract

the current development of economic, political and technological globalization demands the implementation of an orientation of Good and Clean Government. To achieve this objective, the Indonesian government from central to regional level is required to implement an application of information and communication technology to improve effectiveness, efficiency, transparency and also accountability of public services. From the results of research and also from the results of audit of e-Government at local government level, apparently government’s websites on average are at the first level (preparation level), only a few of government’s websites have reached the second level (maturation level), while the third level (solidification level) and the fourth level (utilization level) have not been reached by government’s websites. This condition is influenced by the complexity of problems in Indonesia, such as the inequality of facilities and infrastructure, the low quality of human resources, high poverty rates, etc. Therefore, this research is conducted to evaluate the quality of the Mimika regency’s website. For a long time, the Mimika government has owned the website: http://www.mimikakab.go.id. Therefore, it will be very interesting to evaluate and recommend the result of evaluation to stakeholders so that steps can be taken for a tactical and strategic development.

Abstract

CUPK Mobile merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan oleh Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Credit Union Pancur Kasih (KSP CU Pancur Kasih) di Kota Pontianak untuk menunjang proses bisnis yang dijalankan. Aplikasi CUPK Mobile bertujuan untuk mempermudahkan nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan secara digital. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi kemungkinan-kemungkinan risiko apa saja yang dapat mengganggu jalannya proses bisnis pada aplikasi CUPK Mobile. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode ISO 31000 yang merupakan pendoman dalam analisis manajmen risiko dengan memiliki 3 tahapan besar yaitu identifikasi risiko (Risk Identification), analisis risiko (Risk Analsyt), dan evaluasi risiko (Risk Evaluation). Selanjutnya tahapan terahkir yaitu perlakuan risiko (Risk Treatment) untuk memberikan rekomendasi penanganan risiko yang telah teridentifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat 21 kemungkinan risiko, diantaranya terdapat 4 risiko yang memiliki level risiko high, 7 risiko yang memiliki level risk medium, dan 10 risiko yang memiliki level low. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan rekomendasi risiko, dengan begitu organisasi dapat melakukan penyelesaian dalam penanganan risiko yang dapat menghambat proses bisnis pada aplikasi CUPK Mobile.

Abstract

Berbagai organisasi menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang aktivitas bisnisnya namun dalam penerapannya masih dijumpai persoalan-persoalan, maka itu dibutuhkan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang baik agar organisasi dapat eksis dan bersaing dengan pesaingnya. Salah satu BPR Bank Bapas 69 Magelang menggunakan teknologi informasi dengan memiliki tingkat kepercayaan dan keamanan sangat diharapkan oleh nasabah BPR Bank Bapas 69 Magelang, maka manajemen Sistem Informasi secara keseluruhan perlu diperhatikan mulai dari perencanaan hingga implementasi agar sistem informasi yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan framework ITIL v3 sebagai acuan dan panduan untuk menerapkan praktek terbaik yang telah diakui. Analisa berfokus pada sistem informasi perkreditan yang digunakan oleh PD BPR Bank Bapas 69 Magelang Cabang Selatan menggunakan framework ITIL v3 domain strategi layanan dan proses yang terdapat didalamnya yaitu manajemen portfolio, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen permintaan. Analisis strategi layanan terhadap sistem informasi sudah dikelola dengan baik, namun masih diperlukan pemeliharaan secara berkala agar manfaatnya lebih efektif.
