Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui job description sebagai aspek dari analisa jabatan. Fokus kajian tentang tentang job description yang terletak pada jabatan tenaga kependidikan di Lembaga Pengembangan Pendidikan dan Mahasiswa serta Fakultas Psikologi dan Humaniora. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah enam orang. Hasil dalam penelitian ini ditemukan mengenai informasi pekerjaan antara lain, pekerjaan harian, mingguan, bulanan, insidental, alat atau bahan yang digunakan dalam bekerja, kesulitan yang dialami saat bekerja, pengalaman baru yang di dapatkan, pelatihan yang pernah diikuti, serta saran dan harapan untuk lembaga dan unit tersebut. Selain itu, ditemukan pula pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai antara kemampuan dan jabatan yang diemban dalam unit dan lembaga yang berkaitan, seperti staf akademik yang mengelola warung kecil serta beberapa staf yang belum menguasai kemampuan dalam bidang teknologi informasi.

Abstract

This research use the quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group to improve graduate work readiness through learning agility training. This study used the Independent sample t-test to determine the average comparison of different groups and also the Paired sample t-test to find the differences in the two groups. This research aims to examine the graduate work readiness can be improved through learning agility e-training. There are 32 subjects divided into two equal parts for both the control and experimental groups with the criteria including graduates seeking employment, those have never worked before, and have moderate and low readiness scores. However, the e-training on learning agility were only provided for the experimental group and not to the control group. The results of the sample t-test in the post-test experimental group showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and post-test with a value of t = -7.206; df = 15; and the significance of 0.000 (p <0.05). The results using independent samples t-test indicate that work readiness tends to be improved through learning agility training.

Abstract

Tangguh Waste Bank is located in Wonosuko Hamlet, Tegalrejo Village, Tegalrejo District, Magelang Regency. The Tangguh Waste Bank has recently been established, so there are several shortcomings, including a lack of understanding of community ecoliteracy, which hinders community involvement in managing waste more broadly. To overcome these obstacles, community service activities were carried out with program targets for waste bank administrators based on a green economy. The implementation of the service uses a participatory approach method, focusing on: 1) socialization of the management of waste banks and reading corners, 2) training and guidance on the management of waste banks and reading corners, 3) outbound management of waste banks and the community to increase cooperation and cohesiveness between members. The results achieved through this activity include the preparation of a one-year work program for Tangguh Waste Bank management, equipped with a timeline and the person responsible for each sub-work program. Additionally, the level of management participation in activities increased by 53%.

Abstract

This community service aims to enhance competency and skills in hospitality and housekeeping to improve the quality of homestay village services in Ngaran II hamlet. The implementation method involves several stages, namely socialization, training, and assistance in hospitality and housekeeping, as well as the establishment of a Tourism Information Center (TIC). The results of this program include fostering a spirit of improvement among homestay managers and enhancing the skills of homestay managers in hospitality and housekeeping.

Abstract

University students should have extensive knowledge and abilities (skills), character, and vision that are more advanced than ordinary people. Student activities such as organizations can be a place for students to develop their abilities. Students are also required to have good time management so that academic achievement and organizational activities can run in balance. This study aims to determine self-regulated learning in the aspects of active organizational students with high academic achievement. The study focused on self-regulated learning in active organizational students at the Faculty of Psychology and Humanities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The method in this study used in-depth interviews, and the participants in this study were two people. This study found information on self-regulated learning aspects, including cognitive regulation, motivational aspects, and behavioral aspects. The study results show that active student organizations that apply self-regulated learning can control behavior, maintain achievement, and have many relationships and experiences not obtained in lecture classes.
