Abstract

Pengurangan waktu produksi dalam suatu proses produksi dapat dilakukan dengan meminimalkan waktu setup pada proses produksi tersebut. Untuk mengurangi waktu setup diperlukan suatu cara untuk membantu operator dalam melaksanakan proses milling sehingga dapat meminimalkan waktu setup serta dapat menghilangkan elemen kerja yang tidak produktif tersebut. Metode RETAD (Rapid Exchange of Tooling and Dies) merupakan pengembangan dari metode SMED (Single Minuite Exchange of Dies) yang bertujuan mengurangi waktu setup, menghapus scrap dan rework. Dari hasil pengolahan data dan analisis untuk proses milling pada mesin Milling Vertikal P1, waktu elemen kerja membersihkan jig dari geram dapat dikurangi dari 5.53 detik sebelum perbaikan menjadi 1.54 detik setelah perbaikan dan untuk mesin Milling Vertikal P2, waktu elemen kerja membersihkan jig dari geram dapat  dikurangi dari 5.15 detik menjadi 1.54 detik. Dari hasil di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi perbaikan waktu setup pada proses milling pada Mesin Milling Vertikal P1 dan P2 di Cylinder Head Line, perbandingan waktu standar proses milling dari 258.505 detik sebelum perbaikan menjadi 254.518 detik setelah perbaikan pada mesin Milling Vertikal P1 dan 256.002 detik sebelum perbaikan menjadi 252.392 detik setelah perbaikan pada mesin Milling Vertikal P2 Untuk penelitian ini hasil tersebut merupakan hasil maksimal yang dapat dicapai, namun dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut pada mesin-mesin produksi lainnya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model kepemimpinan digital dalam membentuk budaya organisasi di BMT NU Jombang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sehingga dihasilkan data yang menggambarkan secara rinci. peneliti akan mendeskripsikan data yang diperoleh. Sesuai dengan hasil penelitian deskriptif tentang model kepemimpinan digital dalam membentuk budaya organisasi di kantor BMT NU Jombang. Peneliti mendiskripsikan model kepemimpinan digital yang digunakan di kantor BMT NU Jombang serta membentuk budaya organisasi dalam kantor. Mengorganisasikan digital dalam bentuk budaya organisasi dikembangkan dan di terapkan dalam aktivitas orgnisasi, teknologi digital juga menjadi peranan penting sehingga mempengaruhi pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku anggota organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan peraturan, serta mengendalikan dan mengintegrasikan tren teknologi dengan menggunakan transformasi digital yang menggunakan teknologi komputer dan software dalam pengelolaan data.

Abstract

Education is the foundation of a nation. Universities have an important role in educating the nation's life and are responsible for the progress of a nation. To achieve good quality education, a lot of involvement from various parties is needed. Apart from that, adequate infrastructure and educators in universities need to be considered. This research is motivated by the importance of lecturer facilities and services at the STKIP PGRI Ponorogo campus. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of campus facilities and lecturer services on student satisfaction at STKIP PGRI Ponorogo. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The objects of this research are all STKIP PGRI Ponorogo students. Based on the Anova table, it is shown that the value of Fcal is greater than that of Ftable, which is 33,536>3,168, then H1 is accepted. Meanwhile, the results of the determination coefficient (R2) show that the contribution of variable X can explain the variable Y. Thus, it can be concluded that student satisfaction (Y) can be influenced by campus facilities and lecturer services (X) by only 55%. The remaining 45% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. After being analyzed using multiple linear regression, it can be concluded that student satisfaction is influenced by campus facilities and lecturer services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation model of learning management at Roushon Fikr Islamic Elementary School (SDI) Jombang in improving the quality of the institution. The locus of this research was taken, because SDI Roushon Fikr is an Islamic educational institution that was present in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, and is located in the santri city of Jombang as the basis of a large Islamic boarding school in East Java. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data mining techniques through observation, interviews, and relevant documentation as secondary data. The results showed that; first, learning planning at SDI Roushon Fikr is carried out by teachers, starting from the process of preparing lesson plans (RPP), syllabus, and learning tools that are adjusted to the educational calendar and effective week; second, the organization of learning at SDI Roushon Fikr is carried out by representatives of the school in the field of curriculum, through the stage of division of responsibilities for each teacher that is relevant to the field of expertise of each teacher; third, the implementation of learning at SDI Roushon Fikr, starting with opening activities, core activities, and closing activities; fourth, monitoring and evaluation of learning is carried out by the principal through supervision activities for school representatives in the curriculum and subject teachers.

Abstract

Mengorganisasikan digital dalam bentuk budaya organisasi dikembangkan dan di terapkan dalam aktivitas orgnisasi, teknologi digital juga menjadi peranan penting sehingga mempengaruhi pola pikir, sikap, dan perilaku anggota organisasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan peraturan, serta mengendalikan dan mengintegrasikan tren teknologi dengan menggunakan transformasi digital yang menggunakan teknologi komputer dan software dalam pengelolaan data.

Abstract

AbstractSeveral years of experience teaching PLPG training for teachers in the Ministry of Religion, especially Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, found the fact that "the teacher" as the essential instrument in the process of teaching and learning activities in the classroom is considered unattractive. Therefore, "teachers" are required to design PAI curriculum development and conduct contextual learning on PAI subjects, to be able to connect the material with real-life students. This study aims to explore the relationship between curriculum development and the improvement of PAI contextual learning. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with a multi-case design carried out at SMPN (Junior High School) 3 Rejoso Darul Ulum and MTsN (Islamic Junior High School) Tambak Beras Jombang. The results showed that; (1) the curriculum development approach commonly referred to and used in both institutions is academic and humanistic. While the technological approach is still unclear. (2) The use of additional PAI literature such as Jurisprudence and Arabic language development, by referring to Fath al-Qarib and Amsilah Tasrifiyah as a form of integration between the formal curriculum in schools and the boarding school curriculum. (3) Factually it can be stressed that the process of curriculum development can increase the contextually of active PAI learning in both educational institutions through the use of project-based learning strategies.AbstrakBeberapa tahun pengalaman mengajar pelatihan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Profesi Guru (PLPG) untuk guru di Kementrian Agama terutama guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), ditemukan fakta bahwa “guru” sebagai instrumen terpenting dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas dianggap tidak menarik. Oleh karenanya, “guru” dituntut untuk mendesain pengembangan kurikulum PAI dan melakukan pembelajaran kontekstual pada mata pelajaran PAI, sehingga mampu menghubungkan materi dengan kehidupan nyata siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara pengembangan kurikulum dengan peningkatan pembelajaran kontekstual PAI. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan rancangan multi-kasus yang dilaksanakan di SMPN 3 Rejoso Darul Ulum dan MTsN Tambak Beras Jombang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; (1) Pendekatan pengembangan kurikulum yang biasa dirujuk dan digunakan pada kedua lembaga tersebut adalah pendekatan akademik dan humanistik. Sedangkan pendekatan teknologis masih belum jelas penggunaannya. (2) Penggunaan literatur tambahan PAI seperti Fikih dan pengembangan bahasa Arab, dengan merujuk kitab Fath al-Qarib dan kitab Amsilah Tasrifiyah sebagai bentuk integrasi antara kurikulum formal di sekolah dengan kurikulum pondok pesantren. (3) Secara faktual dapat ditegaskan bahwa proses pengembangan kurikulum dapat meningkatkan kontekstualitas pembelajaran PAI secara aktif pada kedua lembaga pendidikan tersebut melalui penggunaan strategi project based learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the interrelationship of public relations management in increasing community participation in Islamic elementary school. An ethnographic study was used, with a comprehensive qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study; The planning of the work program in the field of public relations at Islamic elementary school has been carried out well, through a mechanism that is carried out at the beginning of each school year led directly by the principal. The principal conducts periodic evaluations of the Public Relations program, and it is carried out effectively and efficiently. Community participation is quite good and enthusiastic, by implementing a strategy of providing examples, maximum service, working sincerely, and establishing friendship.

Abstract

The novel Namaku Alam by Leila S. Chudori is a literary work that contains various life problems that often occur in the general public. One of them is the inner conflict depicted by the author through the main character, namely Segara Alam. The various conflicts experienced by the characters certainly have factors that cause the inner conflict to arise in the character. This study aims to describe the factors that cause the inner conflict of the Alam character in the novel Namaku Alam. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. And analyzed using a qualitative literature review approach. The study and analysis in this study focused on the study of personality psychology, specifically the inner conflict contained in the object of research, namely the novel My Name is Alam. The study of the inner conflict of the main character uses a literary psychology approach using Abraham Harold Maslow's Humanistic Theory known as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs. The results of this study indicate that the novel Namaku Alam by Leila S. Chudori contains several inner conflicts experienced by the Alam character. so that it can be identified that there are five factors that cause inner conflict in Alam to appear, namely: (1) unfulfilled physiological needs, (2) unfulfilled security needs, (3) unfulfilled love, affection, and belonging needs, (4) unfulfilled appreciation needs, and (5) unfulfilled self-actualization needs.
