Abstract

This archipelago country cannot be separated from disasters which cause many victims, especially children. This affects their future lives as a generation of the nation. Children's future regarding disaster preparedness can be improved by knowing the signs and causes of disasters, what to do before and during a disaster, and survival skills. The purpose of this article is to explain the reasons why disaster preparedness education is important for young children. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method directed at field research. The results obtained are that with disaster preparedness education it is hoped that children will be far from being perceived as having limitations in dealing with disasters because proper education will bring excellence and quality of mind and clarity in thinking. Apart from that, you can also understand the nature of existing truths, and will be accustomed to carrying out good habits and actions, always behaving well, always inviting students to think carefully and deeply, always encouraging creativity and thinking about nature and living things. All forms of education will have an effective effect if given from childhood or an early age.

Abstract

This research aims to determine planning, implementation, supporting and inhibiting factors when using PAI-based learning media Flipbook to strengthen students' literacy in the field of Islamic cultural history at SD Negeri Mergosari II Sidoarjo. This research uses a qualitative research method, field research type (field research). This research data collection technique uses observation, interviews, documentation. The data analysis techniques for this research are guided by Miles and Huberman, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the planning and implementation of PAI learning using learning media Flipbook at SD Negeri Mergosari II it is running well and can increase student literacy as evidenced by the enthusiasm of students when learning. Supporting and inhibiting factors during implementation were from the media and learning management aspects, however the school was able to overcome these inhibiting factors because of support from infrastructure and the school.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, penerapan, faktor pendukung dan penghambat ketika penggunaan media pembelajaran PAI berbasis Flipbook untuk penguatan literasi peserta didik dalam bidang sejarah kebudayaan Islam di SD Negeri Mergosari II Sidoarjo  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini berpedoman pada Miles dan Huberman yang di antaranya pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan, perencanaan pembelajaran PAI bidang sejarah kebudayaan Islam dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran Flipbook di SD Negeri Mergosari II berjalan dengan baik serta mampu meningkatkan literasi peserta didik yang dibuktikan dari antusias peserta didik ketika pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat selama pelaksanaan yaitu dari aspek media, manajemen pembelajaran akan tetapi sekolah mampu mengatasi faktor penghambat tersebut karena adanya dukungan dari sarana prasarana serta pihak sekolah.

Abstract

This article aims to elucidate the interconnection between ethical politics and the resurgence of Islamic doctrine in Indonesia, which serves as the foundation for the enduring tradition of Islamic doctrine. The development of Islam in Indonesia is seldom connected to the history of colonialism. Nevertheless, numerous transformations in Islamic thought and teaching occurred in close proximity to the implementation of ethical policies in the late colonial era. This study employs a qualitative methodology with a historical anthropological perspective. The research data is derived exclusively from historical literature and is analysed in accordance with Foucault's theory of power relations. The study concludes that ethical politics exerts an indirect influence on the resurgence of Islamic teachings. The aversion to all things European among Islamic circles has resulted in the importation of comprehensive Islamic teachings from the Middle East as a foundation for the evolution of Islamic teachings in Indonesia. This article posits that colonial ethics played a role in the resurgence of Muslim intellectuals and reinforced the standing of Islamic education in Indonesia.

Abstract

Religious moderation is a fundamental value that must be internalized in the education system to prevent the growth of extremism and intolerance. This study aims to strengthen the capacity of secondary school teachers in Central Aceh to integrate the values of religious moderation through a curriculum based on ISRA (Islam Rahmatan lil ‘Alamin). The method employed is a participatory community service approach, which includes the development of the ISRA curriculum module, workshops, intensive mentoring, and curriculum implementation assessments. The program involved teachers from various secondary schools in Central Aceh as the main participants.The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding and ability to design and implement learning that reflects tolerant, inclusive, and peace-oriented Islamic values. The indicators of success include: (1) the development of an applicable ISRA curriculum module, (2) increased participant scores in pre-tests and post-tests, (3) enhanced pedagogical skills in embedding religious moderation into classroom practices, and (4) the formation of a teachers' community of practice promoting religious moderation in Central Aceh. Overall, this program successfully empowered teachers to transform the values of religious moderation into educational practices that foster diversity and social harmony.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dan menggali informasi tentang penggunaan metode blended learning dengan model flipped classroom untuk pembelajaran al-Qur’an di Madrasah Diniyah Nurul Huda Desa Brangsi, Kecamatan Laren, Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif dan fokus penelitian ini terdapat pada perencanaan dan strategi pembelajaran, pelaksanaan penggunaan model flipped classroom, dan faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pembelajaran. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dan menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Hubbermann. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan memusatkan pembelajaran pada peserta didik, keaktifan peserta didik meningkat dan hasil belajar yang membaik meskipun tidak secara signifikan. Adapun faktor pendukung dari model pembelajaran flipped classroom ini adalah setiap peserta didik telah memiliki media utama yaitu ponsel yang sudah terunduh aplikasi whatssapp yang tidak begitu membutuhkan jaringan yang kuat dan kuota internet yang mencukupi. Sedangkan beberapa kendala seperti penyelahgunaan media ponsel hingga terkadang perangkat seluler mengalami masalah, serta waktu yang kurang konsistem menjadi faktor penghambat.

Abstract

In general, Muslims view that educational leadership in the family is a necessity based on QS. al Nisa': 34. In fact, in this verse, male leadership is followed for two reasons, because Allah has given advantages and because men provide for the family. The problem that arises is what if the husband only has advantages, but is unable to support the family, or vice versa? This study discusses the views of scholars regarding this matter. Apart from that, it reviews gender equality which is used as a perspective in reading about educational leadership in the family. Gender is a social construction of the roles of men and women. This role is unnatural. These roles are interchangeable between men and women. Some scholars argue that the husband's educational leadership in the family is based on QS. al-Nisa': 34 is not a necessity and is natural. The husband's leadership is ikhtiyari and kasby (sought after).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation model of learning management at Roushon Fikr Islamic Elementary School (SDI) Jombang in improving the quality of the institution. The locus of this research was taken, because SDI Roushon Fikr is an Islamic educational institution that was present in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, and is located in the santri city of Jombang as the basis of a large Islamic boarding school in East Java. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data mining techniques through observation, interviews, and relevant documentation as secondary data. The results showed that; first, learning planning at SDI Roushon Fikr is carried out by teachers, starting from the process of preparing lesson plans (RPP), syllabus, and learning tools that are adjusted to the educational calendar and effective week; second, the organization of learning at SDI Roushon Fikr is carried out by representatives of the school in the field of curriculum, through the stage of division of responsibilities for each teacher that is relevant to the field of expertise of each teacher; third, the implementation of learning at SDI Roushon Fikr, starting with opening activities, core activities, and closing activities; fourth, monitoring and evaluation of learning is carried out by the principal through supervision activities for school representatives in the curriculum and subject teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the importance of building religious moderation education based on local wisdom of Sarakopat. The method used is a case study. The research locus is in Central Aceh Regency which is the center of Gayo culture. Informants were selected purposively, including sarakopat leaders, religious leaders, educators, and community members. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Sarakopat values ​​functionally internalize the principles of religious moderation, such as tolerance, justice, and social empathy. The practical implication is the potential to develop a character education curriculum based on local culture. Theoretically, this study contributes to the study of multicultural education, religious studies, and emphasizes the importance of a local approach in strengthening national values ​​and religious harmony.

Abstract

This study investigates how Islamic education policies at Darush Sholihin 2 Islamic Boarding School are shaped by political, social, and cultural forces in a local context. While national regulations set standardized curricular and accreditation requirements, pesantren traditions and community expectations drive contextual adaptation. A qualitative case-study approach was used. Data were collected via semi-structured interviews with the kyai, bu nyai, teachers, and local education officials; non-participant observations of classes and dormitory life; and analysis of policy documents. Thematic coding and triangulation enhanced validity. Darush Sholihin 2 formally implements Ministry of Religious Affairs standards yet embeds regional wisdom—local language, artisanal crafts, and indigenous moral frameworks—into its pedagogy. Three key factors influence this implementation: (1) the kyai and bu nyai’s leadership in negotiating curriculum adaptations; (2) supportive yet flexible local government oversight; and (3) pressures to modernize through e-learning and standardized assessments, which prompt hybrid educational strategies. Findings reveal that policy enactment at Darush Sholihin 2 emerges from continuous negotiation among state authorities, religious leaders, and globalization pressures, rather than top-down imposition. This negotiated model strengthens cultural relevance, stakeholder engagement, and institutional resilience. For policymakers and pesantren administrators, granting structured flexibility enables innovation without compromising tradition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the interrelationship of public relations management in increasing community participation in Islamic elementary school. An ethnographic study was used, with a comprehensive qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study; The planning of the work program in the field of public relations at Islamic elementary school has been carried out well, through a mechanism that is carried out at the beginning of each school year led directly by the principal. The principal conducts periodic evaluations of the Public Relations program, and it is carried out effectively and efficiently. Community participation is quite good and enthusiastic, by implementing a strategy of providing examples, maximum service, working sincerely, and establishing friendship.
