Abstract

UMKM memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan roda perekonomian masyarakat di suatu Negara. Di Kelurahan Romokalisari tepatnya di Dk. Gendong terdapat salah satu UMKM yang memproduksi tempe bernama “Tempe Wiyono”. Dari kegiatan produksi tempe yang di lakukan oleh “Tempe Wiyono” ini kemudian membuat Kelompok 35 KKN-T ingin mencoba inovasi produk baru. Dari tempe ini kemudian dikembangkan menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai jual lebih yaitu keripik tempe. Kelompok 35 KKN-T kemudian mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan keripik tempe. Tujuan pelatihan pembuatan keripik tempe ini diharapkan dapat menumbuhkan UMKM baru serta meningkatkan kreativitas masyarakat yang ada di Kelurahan Romokalisari. Pelatihan keripik tempe dilaksanakan di Kantor Pelayanan RW 03 Kelurahan Romokalisari. Pelatihan ini dihadiri oleh beberapa anggota ibu PKK DK Gendong Romokalisari. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Diharapkan dari pelatihan pembuatan keripik tempe ini, para peserta pelatihan yang juga merupakan warga Dk. Gendong dapat meneruskan rancangan usaha ini.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation model of learning management at Roushon Fikr Islamic Elementary School (SDI) Jombang in improving the quality of the institution. The locus of this research was taken, because SDI Roushon Fikr is an Islamic educational institution that was present in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, and is located in the santri city of Jombang as the basis of a large Islamic boarding school in East Java. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, with data mining techniques through observation, interviews, and relevant documentation as secondary data. The results showed that; first, learning planning at SDI Roushon Fikr is carried out by teachers, starting from the process of preparing lesson plans (RPP), syllabus, and learning tools that are adjusted to the educational calendar and effective week; second, the organization of learning at SDI Roushon Fikr is carried out by representatives of the school in the field of curriculum, through the stage of division of responsibilities for each teacher that is relevant to the field of expertise of each teacher; third, the implementation of learning at SDI Roushon Fikr, starting with opening activities, core activities, and closing activities; fourth, monitoring and evaluation of learning is carried out by the principal through supervision activities for school representatives in the curriculum and subject teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the early reading skills of first-grade students at SDN 2 Bumi Nabung Utara through the use of flashcard media. The research background is grounded in the importance of reading as a fundamental skill in elementary education. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, the subjects included students, classroom teachers, and relevant learning documents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings reveal that the reading process occurs gradually, starting from letter recognition to reading simple sentences. Students demonstrated varied abilities in recognizing letters, pronouncing sounds, and understanding the meaning of words or sentences. Their responses to flashcard use were positive, reflected in attention, interest, and active participation. Overall, flashcards effectively supported teacher–student interaction in early reading, providing a clear depiction of the actual condition of beginning literacy skills in elementary school.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of mentoring in addressing problematic students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Tanjungarum through the Qur'anic reading and writing approach. This approach is expected to help students facing behavioral, social, and academic issues find solutions through the moral values contained in the Qur'an. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the mentoring program through Qur'anic reading and writing has a positive impact on improving students' behavior, social skills, and academic performance. The mentoring process involves teaching values such as honesty, discipline, and patience, which can be applied in everyday life. This study is expected to contribute to the development of student mentoring strategies in Islamic education-based schools
