Abstract

This study aims to influence career development, work motivation and competence on the performance of KSP Prima Sejahtera employees. The type of research used for data collection is quantitative research with survey methods and distributing questionnaires. The population in this study includes all employees at KSP Prima Sejahtera Nganjuk as many as 93 people. The data analysis method used includes Instrument Test, namely Validity Test and Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Statistical Test, namely R2 Test, F Test and T Test. While the tools in this test use SPSS 25 Software. The results showed that career development had a significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation had a significant positive effect on employee performance, competence had a significant positive effect on employee performance, career development, motivation and competence had a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency Semarang City. This type of research used is quantitative with a population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents to help answer questions on the distributed questionnaire. Then, quantitative data analysis was carried out, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions and multiple regression analysis, wherever hypothesis testing was carried out through t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency, work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency and compensation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency Semarang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. SAI Apparel Industries. The population in this study were all employees of PT. SAI Apparel Industries, which has a total of 1000 employees. The sample in this study amounted to 110 employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis where hypothesis testing is done through the t test and F test. The results of this study show that (1) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

These research was conducted towards determine affect of worker motivation, compensation, and discipline on worker performance. The butt of this research are worker of the Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Sumber Daya Air dan Penataan Ruang Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Data aggreegation was carried out using a questionnaire and the sampling method using was a random sampling of 74 respondents. The data explanation approach former is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, F test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and t test put on SPSS version 25. The result of these study indicate it: a. motivation own a regression value of 0,134 with significance of 0,037; b. compensation own a regression value of 0,281 with significance of 0,000; c. work dicipline own a regression value of 0,691 with significance of 0,000. Those shall get deduce motivation, compensation, and work discipline together possess significant positive influence under worker performance

Abstract

Maksud daripada studi berikut ialah guna mengetahui bagaimana Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi serta Kepemimpinan dalam PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Utama Jawa Tengah serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan kepada seluruh karyawan yang langsung berada dibawah loket PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Utama Jawa Tengah yang tersebar pada kantor samsat, kantor pelayanan dan kantor cabang utama yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Metode analisa data memakai Pengujian Validitas, Pengujian Reliabilitas, Analisa Regresi Linier Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Pengujian F serta Pengujian T. Perolehan studi ini menampilkan bahwasanya: Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Utama Jawa Tengah, Motivasi memberi pengaruh pada Kinerja Karyawan, Kepemimpinan memberikan impak kepada Kinerja Karyawan. Secara bersama-sama Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi serta Kepemimpinan memberi pengaruh pada Kinerja Karyawan PT Jasa Raharja Cabang Utama Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The potential of all employees influences the company's success in achieving its goals. The company will achieve its goals if employees work well, which depends on their level of satisfaction with their work. This research aims to analyze the influence of motivation, compensation and work environment on job satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this research was to apply the saturated sampling method in determining the number of samples, namely 101 employees. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results of this research indicate that partially motivation, financing and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Perumda Tirta Mulia, Pemalang Regency. The variables of motivation, compensation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Perumda Tirta Mulia, Pemalang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance on inclusive economic growth through the human development index in Central Java Province. There are 35 districts / cities that are sampled with a period of five years, namely 2018-2023. In this study, financial performance is measured by regional financial independence, regional financial effectiveness, and harmonization of regional expenditures, while inclusive economic development is measured using the IPEI. This study was conducted with regression tests with a random effect approach and path analysis. The results show that financial performance in the form of the degree of fiscal decentralization, harmonization of regional expenditure has a significant positive influence on inclusive development and HDI. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of PAD has a significant positive effect on inclusive development but a significant negative effect on HDI. The results of path analysis show that HDI plays a significant mediating role between DDF, EFE, BO, and BM in relation to IPEI. HDI has a significant positive effect on IPEI with a p-value of 0.000, indicating that an increase in HDI promotes inclusive economic development. Indirectly, DDF, BO, and BM also show significant positive effects on IPEI through HDI, with p-values of 0.000, 0.000, and 0.0032 respectively. However, EFE shows a significant negative relationship with IPEI through HDI, with a p-value of 0.000, indicating the need for more effective management of PAD to support human development.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, kompensasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang berjumlah 100 orang, sedangkan sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 80 orang. Analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dimana penguji hepotesis melalui uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap kinerja pegwai, gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 dengan menghitung rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, desentralisasi fiskal, efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah, efisiensi keuangan daerah, keserasian belanja operasi dan keserasian belanja modal. Objek penelitian ini terdiri dari 29 Kabupaten dan 6 Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan melihat laporan realisasi anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah yang dipublikasikan oleh Kementrian Keuangan secara online untuk kemudian dilakukan perhitungan statistik menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja keuangan pemerintah daerah sebelum dan selama pandemi Covid-19 dilihat dari rasio efisiensi keuangan daerah dan keserasian belanja modal. Namun, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan ditinjau dari rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah, desentralisasi fiskal, efektivitas pendapatan asli daerah dan keserasian belanja operasi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini agar mendorong pemerintah daerah dan pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah untuk mengembangkan potensi sumber daya daerah dan penguatan kemandirian keuangan. Abstract

Poverty is a low standard of living, namely the existence of a level of material deprivation in a number or group of people compared to the general standard of living that applies in the community concerned. This research seeks to assess the effects of village transfer funds on the number of rural poor people in Central Java: a comparative analysis before and after the Covid-19 Pandemic in 2018-2022. This study employs a quantitative mothodology that emphasizes the analysis of numerical data processed using statistical methods. This research approach is more aimed at knowing and measuring the influence and relationship of village fund variables, village fund allocations and financial assistance to village governments before and after the Covid-19 Pandemic (2018-2022) on the number of poor rural residents in Central Java Province. The results of the study show that the village fund variables and village government financial assistance have a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in the Regency of Central Java Province. In addition, the village fund allocation variable is negative and has nosubstantial effect on the number of people living in poverty in the Regency/City of Central Java Province.
