Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja yang baik, motivasi yang memadai dan sistem kompensasi yang adil dapat menjadi faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pendekatan penelitian, jenis dan sifat penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini akan lebih fokus pada data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui Google Form dengan mengambil data dari sebagian populasi karyawan yaitu 100 responden pada Perusahaan EC di Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert untuk mengukur persepsi karyawan terhadap lingkungan kerja, motivasi, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja. Program SPSS versi 25 digunakan dalam analisis penelitian ini kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis faktor untuk menguji uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi (R 2 ), uji hipotesis simultan (uji F) dan uji hipotesis ( uji t). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja, motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Program Santriprenuer ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan santri Pondok Pesantren Darul’ulum Assyar’iyyah ds. Jetis Leyangan Ungaran Timur menjadi wirausahawan muda yang mandiri dan inovatif. Melalui program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini, para santri diberikan pelatihan intensif tentang bagaimana menggali potensi pondok pesantren melalui kemandirian kewirausahaan pondok yang salah satunya diberi keterampilan membatik. Pelatihan batik tulis, mulai dari desain motif, mencanting, mewarnai sampai pelorotan malam. Selain itu, mereka juga diajarkan tentang manajemen bisnis, pemasaran, dan branding “batik Santri” untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk di pasar. Melalui pengembangan bisnis batik "Batik Santri" yang dihasilkan oleh santri, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengayaan keahlian dan melatih kewirausahaan mandiri pondok. Kolaborasi dengan ahli batik dan pengrajin berpengalaman diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan inovasi produk ”Batik Santri”. Program ini tidak hanya fokus pada aspek keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter kewirausahaan yang islami. Para santri diajarkan nilai-nilai etika bisnis, kemandirian, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Produk batik yang dihasilkan mencerminkan identitas budaya dan religius Pondok Darul’Ulum Assyar'Iyyah, yang menjadi nilai tambah dalam pemasaran. The Santriprenuer program aims to empower students of the Darul'ulum Assyar'iyyah Islamic Boarding School Jetis Village, Leyangan Ungaran Timur to become independent and innovative young entrepreneurs. Through this community service program, students are given intensive training on how to explore the potential of Islamic boarding schools through independent Islamic boarding school entrepreneurship, one of which is given batik skills. Batik writing training, starting from motif design, canting, coloring to waxing. In addition, they are also taught about business management, marketing, and branding of "Batik Santri" to increase product competitiveness in the market. Through the development of the "Batik Santri" batik business produced by students, it is expected to contribute to the enrichment of skills and train independent entrepreneurship of the boarding school. Collaboration with batik experts and experienced craftsmen is expected to improve the quality and innovation of "Batik Santri" products. This program does not only focus on technical skills, but also on the formation of Islamic entrepreneurial character. Students are taught the values ​​of business ethics, independence, and social responsibility. The batik products produced reflect the cultural and religious identity of Pondok Darul’Ulum Assyar'Iyyah, which is an added value in marketing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh realisasi belanja pegawai, belanja modal, akurasi perencanaan kas, dan pengelolaan uang persediaan terhadap kualitas kinerja pelaksanaan anggaran pada satuan kerja di bawah naungan BKKBN untuk tahun anggaran 2024. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari 41 satuan kerja yang dipilih secara purposive. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA), sementara keempat variabel independen dianalisis melalui regresi linier berganda menggunakan metode robust standard error pada perangkat lunak Stata. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa belanja pegawai, akurasi perencanaan kas, dan pengelolaan uang persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara statistik terhadap kualitas pelaksanaan anggaran. Sementara itu, belanja modal memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan secara statistik. Temuan ini memberikan pemahaman bahwa peningkatan kualitas anggaran tidak hanya ditentukan oleh tingginya penyerapan belanja, melainkan juga dipengaruhi oleh efektivitas perencanaan dan efisiensi pengelolaan dana operasional. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pertimbangan dalam perumusan kebijakan anggaran yang lebih tepat sasaran bagi pengelola anggaran di lingkungan pemerintah pusat, khususnya di BKKBN.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the effectiveness ratio of Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD), efficiency, fiscal independence, and PAD growth on the financial performance of regency and city governments in Central Java Province during the 2019–2023 fiscal years. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling across 35 local governments. Secondary data were obtained from Budget Realization Reports (LRA) and analyzed using financial ratio analysis and panel data regression, including Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test, as well as multiple linear regression with t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results indicate that PAD effectiveness and efficiency are in good categories, while fiscal independence remains low, following an instructive pattern. The PAD growth ratio showed a positive trend over the study period. The Random Effect Model was selected as the most appropriate model, with all four ratios having a significant impact—both partially and simultaneously—on financial performance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening PAD management to enhance fiscal capacity, improve public service delivery, and foster regional competitiveness in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti kinerja pendapatan dan kemandirian daerah di masa otonomi daerah di Kabupaten Brebes. Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah Rasio Derajat Desentralisasi, Rasio Eketifitas, Rasio Kemandirian Daerah dan rasio Pertumbuhan. Berdasarkan atas analisis yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa derajat desntralisasi di Kabupaten Brebes masih berada pada derajat desentralisasi rendah, Tingkat Rasio Kemandirian di Kabupaten Brebes adalah rendah, karena masih dibawah 20 %, Rasio Efektifitas adalah efektif yang berarti target Pendapatan Asli Daerah sering tidak mencapai 100%. Sementara itu hasil Rasio Pertumbuhan menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan pendapatan daerah dan pendapatan asli daerah relatif kecil.

Abstract

This study is to identify the influence of work motivation, work environment, and workload on the performance of employees of the plywood production department at PT Kayu Lapis Indonesia. The findings of this study are expected to be able to strengthen the empirical study literature that has been previously stated. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples that met the criteria was 93 respondents. The data used is primary data by collecting data through distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees of the plywood production department at PT Kayu Lapis Indonesia. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the SPSS version 26. The results of the test show that work motivation partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and workload partially had a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation, work environment, and workload variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination of employee performance in this test is 65.6%, which shows the contribution of work motivation variables, work environment, and workload can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Poverty is a problem in developing countries. Poverty alleviation requires comprehensive and integrated handling, because this problem is multysectoral and multidimensional. This study aimed to analyze the effect of government education, health, and infrastructure expenditures on poverty in Central Java Province, Indonesia. The data in this study was the pooling data from 35 districts/cities in Central Java Province from 2018 to 2020. The data analysis method in this study is multiple regression analysis with panel data. The results of the analysis show that the regression coefficient for the variable government spending on education was negative. Health expenditure has a negative effect on poverty levels. Public work expenditure has a negative effect on poverty levels in Central Java Province, Indonesia. This policy implies that the role of local governments is very large in reducing poverty in Central Java, so a larger budget is needed to reduce poverty in Province of Central Java.

Abstract

Semakin berkembangnya jasa pengiriman pada saat ini, perusahaan harus selalu melakukan banyak hal untuk mempertahankan karyawan adalah hal yang perlu diamati oleh perusahaan. Sehingga dalam menerapkan strategi untuk mempertahankan karyawan perlu diamati beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi niat berpindah karyawan ini meningkat atau menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention (niat berpindah) di Shopee Express Tembalang Hub. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan pada pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan kepusan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the influence of procurement planning and human resources competency on procurement regulatory compliance. To analyze the influence of procurement planning, human resources competency, and procurement regulatory compliance on procurement budget effectiveness. To analyze the influence of procurement regulatory compliance on the mediation of procurement planning and human resources competency on procurement budget effectiveness. This type of quantitative research uses primary data in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study is the tender and selection work carried out within the Central Java Provincial Government in the 2024 Fiscal Year. The sample in this study was 27 members of the Selection Working Group, 21 members of the Planning Person In Charge team and 24 representatives of Regional Device Organization, so the total number of primary data is 72 people. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. The results show that procurement planning, human resource competency, and compliance with procurement regulations have a positive and significant effect on procurement budget effectiveness. Procurement planning and human resource competency have a positive and significant effect on procurement regulation compliance. Compliance with Procurement Regulations mediates the influence of procurement planning and human resource competency on procurement budget effectiveness. In addition, the findings highlight the strategic role of compliance with procurement regulations as a bridging factor that strengthens the relationship between planning and competency toward budget effectiveness. This implies that even though good planning and competent human resources are important, without strong adherence to procurement rules, the effectiveness of the procurement budget may not be fully achieved. Therefore, institutional commitment to fostering a culture of compliance, supported by continuous training and monitoring, is essential to ensure that procurement practices are transparent, accountable, and aligned with regulatory frameworks.
