Abstract

Community Forest Management (PHBM) in KPH Cepu was initiated in 2002 with the involvement of the Wana Amerta Forest Village Community Institution (LMDH). Management involvement is not only in the use of the area for intercropping agriculture but also in nature tourism. However, nature tourism management is not optimal due to limited access, facilities, and attractions. This study aims to identify a management system, estimate the economic benefits of PHBM LMDH Wana Amerta and analyze the potential development of nature tourism in Kedungpupur at LMDH Wana Amerta. The methods used were the descriptive method, income analysis, and the contingent valuation method. The results show that the PHBM management system uses a profit-sharing system. Profit-sharing varies based on the type of utilization where the agreement is contained in the Cooperation Agreement. Total economic benefits for the community from PHBM is IDR12,907,551,780/year, where the most significant benefit (99.51%) is from non-timber forest products, and the rest is from tourism services. The overall value of PHBM benefits can meet 70.72% of household expenditure needs. The utilization of nature tourism services is prospective to be developed to increase the economic benefits of CBFM. If the facilities are improved, photo spots and outbound attractions are provided, tourists are willing to pay a tourist fare from IDR5,000 to IDR26,563. Abstract

Abstract

The three pillars of sustainability namely economic, ecological, and social have been fundamental in development including sustainable urban development. A sustainable city is one that’s environmentally safe, socially inclusive, and economically viable, to allow all of its citizens, now or in the future, to meet their personal needs and improve their quality of life at no cost to others’ natures or human lives. Effective evaluation of urban sustainability is essential for sustainable development. In evaluating, it is necessary to measure sustainability indicators. Therefore, the goal of this study is to determine development and productivity of sustainable city research publications using bibliometric analysis and to identify indicators for evaluating the sustainability of a city using Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data were obtained through search methods from the leading Scopus journal database and manual search. The material obtained is then filtered in three stages namely identifications, screening, and eligibility level. Based on the bibliometric analysis, it was identified that the word cloud of popular research keywords is sustainability and sustainable development while research with indicator keywords is still limited. As a result SLR, had a total of 36 materials and documents that were found and summarized for highlighting. The results showed that there were 225 indicators in a sustainable city, consisting of socio-cultural (65 indicators), environmental (75 indicators), economy (51 indicators), ICT/transverse (12 indicators), and urban (22 indicators) dimensions.

Abstract

Agriculture is an important sector for the survival of the community. The number of agricultural products is increasing, but in line with the competition for land use with non-agricultural ones. One alternative for agriculture with limited land use is hydroponics. One of the farmer groups that implements the hydroponic system and product processing is Jabong Hydro Farm in Jabong Village, Subang Regency. The training activities aim to increase the capacity of farmers and agricultural business actors in digital-based business and financial management. The training was held in the Jabong Hydro Farm area and was attended by 26 farmers and business actors. The results of the training showed that the Agricultural-Based MSME Product Standardization training encouraged 88% of farmer participants to take care of the Household Industry Food Production Certificate. The training on Calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (HPP) and Determining the Selling Price of Products showed that after participating in the training, 100% of participants knew what HPP was, the components of HPP and how to calculate HPP. Furthermore, Digital Marketing Training caused the greatest increase in understanding regarding various types of digital marketing.
