The teaching factory concept is the basis for a new model that attempts to integrate academic and industrial worlds. This study aims to identify and explore critical success factors in implementing the teaching factory model. Learning activities that are carried out in work environments are able to provide students with relevant learning experiences and develop teachers’ learning objectives which in turn will improve the overall quality of teaching and learning processes in which knowledge about industrial worlds is constructed. This research used qualitative and quantitative methods, adopting Kitchenham’s approach to identify the critical success factors and using reliability and validity testing to validate the critical success factor items. This research was conducted in five vocational high schools in Central Java Province, with the respondents of 140 students. This research shows that there were 27 critical success factors of teaching factory implementation, three of which are the main factors: business and industrial worlds, schools and teachers, and students.

Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada penjabaran pekerjaan guru dalam transfer pengetahuan ke peserta didik dalam mengembangkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan tanggung jawab guru sebagai pengajar dengan menggunakan kualifikasi kurikulum kejuruan serta melakukan pembinaan kepribadian dan pembentukan watak siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peringkat penilaian guru dalam transfer pengetahuan yang menjabarkan job description guru yang akan dijadikan tindak lanjut bagi guru lain untuk menerapkan standar kompetensi guru yang perlu disiapkan dalam mengajar dan dibina agar mencapai keberhasilan dalam pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dengan menyebar kuesioner dengan google form. Teknik analisis data adalah statistic deskriptif yang mendeskripsikan fenomena yang diteliti dalam bentuk table, grafik, tendensi sentraldan variabilitas (ukuran penyebaran/standar deviasi terhadap data rata-rata).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru dalam deskripsi pekerjaannya melalui transfer pengetahuan berada diantara nilai mean dan standar deviasi dengan kategori sedang. Hasil ini memberikan interpretasi data mengenai peringkat penilaian guru dalam transfer pengetahuan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualifikasinya sebagai guru agar memperoleh kualfikasi professional yang sesuai dan menunjukkan antusiasme dalam tugas mengajar di sekolah.

This research focuses to explore the concept of moral education according to ibn Miskawih and Aristoteles. What are the similarities and differences in their opinions about morals education?. The main aspect of human self development is morality, namely the source of human behaviour that applied in everyday life. This research uses qualitative methods while the type of research is library research. Research is carried out based on the literature review. The results of the study is that the concept of ahlak education according to Ibn Miskawih an Aristoteles is related to character, soul and virtue, goodness and happiness, virtue and midpoint, early age education and akhlak purpose. The equality of the two concepts is that akhlak education is based on the soul of each individual. The difference is in describing the character, a tool to measure the middle attitude and middle position. Keywords; concept of Education, Morality, Ibn Miskawaih, Aristoteles

The condition of Islamic education in Indonesia has existed since the Dutch colonial period, especially Islamic education is in a very dwarf condition that is not yet able to contribute to the progress of the nation. This happens due to the narrow mindset of the community in interpreting the verses of the Qur'an. In addition, there is discrimination by the colonialists against Islamic education. Education established by new Muslims around Islamic boarding schools which are considered unable to meet the demands of the times. This research focuses on the concept of Islamic education according to Mahmud Yunus by using qualitative research, content analysis approaches that examine historical, textual, and comparative approaches. Findings from the results of this study according to Mahmud Yunus, education is more specialized in moral education than the objectives of Islamic education, in the process of learning that places priority over methods. Thus the researcher is able to conclude about the concept of Islamic education from Mahmud Yunus from the objectives, methods, institutions, systems, and curriculum that really gives a great influence on Islamic education in Indonesia.

The demands of the times and government policies to break the chain of COVID-19, namely using learning carried out online, causing teachers and lecturers to be obliged to take advantage of digital-based technology, one of which is Google classroom. The use of the Google classroom application has several weaknesses, such as being accessible only by a google account and the absence of notification that the material presented has been fully read by students so that the effectiveness of Google classroom is still in doubt. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of online learning through Google classroom in the educational administration practicum course. This study uses a qualitative method. This research data collection method through interviews to produce primary data. The result of this research is that Google classroom is effectively used in the educational administration practicum subject because students and lecturers can easily access it according to the needs of the lecture. The effectiveness of the Educational Administration Practicum Lecture can be seen from the student learning outcomes which are increasing every day through assignments and quizzes.

Kegiatan ini hendak mengupayakan permasalahan yang ada pada mitra, dalam rangka mengembangkan usaha budidaya talas beneng yang memiliki daya saing menuju pengembangan Industri Kreatif. Talas Beneng memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai sumber pangan lokal, karena produk ukurannya yang besar dengan kadar protein tinggi serta warna kuning yang menarik menjadi ciri khas Talas Beneng. Mitra dalam program ini adalah Kelompok Tani Bina Mandiri, Kelurahan Juhut, Kab. Pandeglang, Banten berbasis UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah). Permasalahan yang dialami kelompok mitra adalah: (1) adanya perubahan trend produk talas beneng; (2) kelompok sasaran belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengelola budidaya talas; (3) rendahnya kemampuan kelompok sasaran dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi (internet) sebagai sarana memasarkan produk talas beneng; (4) rendahnya kemampuan SDM terkait manajemen bisnis. Solusi dalam program ini adalah: (1) pelatihan budidaya (pengelolaan) terhadap kadar asam oksalat talas beneng; (2) peningkatan kemampuan SDM dalam mengelola budidaya talas beneng; (3) pelatihan penggunaan teknologi informasi (internet) sebagai sarana pemasaran talas beneng; (4) pelatihan peningkatan kemampuan SDM terkait bidang manajemen dan keuangan. Target program adalah meningkatkan kemampuan kelompok sasaran dalam bidang pengetahun teknik tanam; bidang manajemen, pemasaran dan keuangan; serta omzet penjualan. Adanya dukungan dari pemerintah daerah Provinsi Banten, serta kemitraan (industri dan akademis) bersama perusahaan daerah dalam pengembangan pangan lokal, bisa memacu keragaman produk talas beneng termasuk upaya memasyarakatkannya, sehingga keberlanjutan unit usaha talas beneng akan terus berjalan sebagai kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat serta dapat menyerap tenaga kerja lokal sebesar 30%.

Dalam Proses Pembelajaran, tentunya seorang guru harus mempersiapkan media agar para peserta didik mudah memahami materi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka dan tercapainya tujuan dalam pendidikan. Tantangan seorang guru adalah menciptakan suasana belajar yang tidak membosankan agar pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung mampu memitigasi peserta didik yang kurang melibatkan diri secara aktif dan cenderung pasif. Begitupun guru harus memahami bahwa untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran tidak selalu dengan cara ujian atau menjawab latihan soal yang memiliki kesan monoton dan membosankan. Umumnya, pengevaluasian terhadap peserta didik berbentuk soal PG dan Esai saja, sehingga bentuk evaluasi yang digunakan kurang menarik para peserta didik. Dari permasalahan diatas, Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan memberikan Pelatihan penggunaan Educandy sebagai Game Edukasi di SD Muhammadiyah 8 Plus Jakarta. Aplikasi ini merupakam game edukasi yang dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi bervariasi dan menyenangkan. Sehingga, peserta didik tidak merasa bosan dan termotivasi untuk belajar lebih giat lagi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam mengajarkan suatu materi terhadap peserta didik dan mengevaluasinya. Sehingga, pembelajaran akan berjalan lebih efektif dan menjadikan guru lebih professional. Kegiatan pelatihan ini, nantinya akan berlangsung secara Offline lebih difokuskan kepada seorang guru dengan metode diskusi panel dan praktek langsung dalam pemanfaatan Game Educandy.Kata Kunci: Media, Educandy, evaluasi
