Abstract

School from home makes all learning activities carried out from home. However, the limited skills of teachers in using ICT-based learning media become an obstacle during online learning. Thus, training on the use of the Bandicam and Quizziz applications in learning for teachers of SDN Menteng Atas 14 is important to do during the Covid-19 pandemic. With this activity, it is hoped that teachers will be able to package interesting and fun learning. The method of implementing this community service activity is in the form of an online seminar. Seminar with the theme "Training on the Use of ICT-Based Learning Media (Bandicam and Quizziz)". held on Saturday, February 27, 2021 through the Zoom Cloud Meeting application with 25 participants. The first material discusses the development of learning media using the Bandicam application. The second material is about strategies for using interesting learning media. The third material is about the practice of using Quizziz in learning. This event runs smoothly and gives new enthusiasm for the participants in planning, designing, and implementing creative, inovative and fun learning so that students do not get bored easily in undergoing online learning so that learning objectives can be realized. The participants gave positive responses during the activity in the form of great enthusiasm in practicing the Bandicam and Quizziz learning media even though some participants were network constrained.

Abstract

The demands of the times and government policies to break the chain of COVID-19, namely using learning carried out online, causing teachers and lecturers to be obliged to take advantage of digital-based technology, one of which is Google classroom. The use of the Google classroom application has several weaknesses, such as being accessible only by a google account and the absence of notification that the material presented has been fully read by students so that the effectiveness of Google classroom is still in doubt. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of online learning through Google classroom in the educational administration practicum course. This study uses a qualitative method. This research data collection method through interviews to produce primary data. The result of this research is that Google classroom is effectively used in the educational administration practicum subject because students and lecturers can easily access it according to the needs of the lecture. The effectiveness of the Educational Administration Practicum Lecture can be seen from the student learning outcomes which are increasing every day through assignments and quizzes.

Abstract

The research objective of PAI UHAMKA tracer study is to determine the quality of graduates and the demands of the world of work. This research is a descriptive quantitative research through a survey approach which includes three stages: 1) developing concepts and instruments; 2) data collection and 3) data analysis. The research samples were graduates of PAI UHAMKA 2017. For the data analysis stage, a mix method was used with the Sequential Explanatory model. The results showed that the majority of PAI UHAMKA graduates in 2017 were absorbed in working in the government and private sectors. The competencies possessed by graduates are in accordance with the job. The assessment of graduate respondents on the learning process states that the learning methods, qualifications of teaching staff and learning facilities are appropriate to support the increase in knowledge and abilities needed to support work, and the guidance of AIK has an impact on the worship obedience of graduates.

Abstract

Background: Kualitas manajemen dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah tetap harus diperhatikan, baik pada situasi normal maupun new normal. TQM (Total Quality Management) adalah mekanisme formal dan dilembagakan yang memiliki tujuan untuk mencari pemecahan persoalan sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu sekolah. Metode: Dalam rangka berupaya meningkatkan standar mutu sekolah, maka Lembaga Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan kepada Masyarakat UHAMKA (LPPM UHAMKA), bekerja sama dengan SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Jakarta mengadakan pelatihan TQM secara daring. Jumlah peserta dari kegiatan ini adalah 28 guru-guru dan pegawai SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Jakarta. Adapun metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan ceramah dan diskusi tanya jawab bersama para peserta. Hasil: Dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini, ditemukan bahwa SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Jakarta telah menerima siswa baru melebihi target, yang mayoritas berasal dari sekolah negeri dengan nilai yang cukup tinggi, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa minat terhadap sekolah ini cukup tinggi karena mutunya. Kesimpulan: Kemudian, simpulan setelah diadakan kegiatan ini ialah para peserta telah mengenal TQM, dan sebelum diadakan kegiatan pun senantiasa berupaya meningkatkan mutu sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of blended learning on the quality of PAI learning at SMAN 5 Tambun Selatan. This research is a quantitative research through Validity Test, Reliability, Normality, Linearity, Hypothesis Test, Coefficient of Determination and Simple Linear Regression using SPSS version 25 application software. Samples were taken by Non Probability Sampling Technique namely Purposive Sampling as many as 122 students. The Blended Learning research instrument for the quality of PAI learning uses a questionnaire distributed through the Google Form application. The results of simple linear regression calculations are 0.000 <0.05 with a significance value of <0.05, so it can be concluded that the two variables influence each other. With a correlation of determination, namely 0.473, the interpretation obtained is that the correlation is sufficient. Testing the H1 hypothesis is accepted, meaning that Blended Learning has an influence on the quality of PAI learning.

Abstract

Dalam Proses Pembelajaran, tentunya seorang guru harus mempersiapkan media  agar para peserta didik mudah memahami materi yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka dan tercapainya tujuan dalam pendidikan. Tantangan seorang guru adalah menciptakan suasana belajar yang tidak membosankan agar pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung mampu memitigasi peserta didik yang kurang melibatkan diri secara aktif dan cenderung pasif.  Begitupun guru harus memahami bahwa untuk mengevaluasi pembelajaran tidak selalu  dengan cara ujian atau menjawab latihan soal yang memiliki kesan monoton dan membosankan. Umumnya, pengevaluasian terhadap peserta didik berbentuk soal PG dan Esai saja, sehingga bentuk evaluasi yang digunakan  kurang menarik para peserta didik. Dari permasalahan diatas, Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah dengan memberikan Pelatihan penggunaan Educandy sebagai Game Edukasi di SD Muhammadiyah 8 Plus Jakarta. Aplikasi ini merupakam game edukasi yang dapat membuat pembelajaran menjadi bervariasi dan menyenangkan. Sehingga, peserta didik tidak merasa bosan dan termotivasi untuk belajar lebih giat lagi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam mengajarkan suatu materi terhadap peserta didik dan mengevaluasinya. Sehingga, pembelajaran akan berjalan lebih efektif dan menjadikan guru lebih professional. Kegiatan pelatihan ini, nantinya akan berlangsung secara Offline lebih difokuskan kepada seorang guru dengan metode diskusi panel dan praktek langsung dalam pemanfaatan Game Educandy.Kata Kunci: Media, Educandy, evaluasi

Abstract

The AKM assessment is a major issue undertaken by Education Minister Nadiem Makarim in addressing challenges that arise in national education. The main idea behind this development comes from the poor results of PISA 2018, which has made many experts concerned about the existing results. Therefore, in addressing this issue, Minister of Education Nadiem attempted to create an assessment similar to PISA, which is AKM. In practice, AKM has two branches that are tested with an additional one survey. The AKM assessment is none other than the assessment of literacy and numeracy, as well as a survey of character. In practice, these three tests are an effort to significantly map the abilities of students every year from individual to national level. So that the development of national education can be monitored regularly. One of the assessments that is raised is the assessment of literacy or assessment that emphasizes students' ability to critically analyze text structure. This assessment is tasked with documenting the literacy abilities of students nationally. But in practice, there are still various issues that have not been fully studied regarding the position of the literacy assessment as an agent of change. Therefore, in this research, the researcher tries to study and deconstruct the AKM literacy assessment, as an effort to improve the quality and performance of student independent learning.
