Abstract

Pengkajian terhadap implementasi kurikulum sangat penting termasuk pada kurikulum muatan lokal dengan karakteristik kedaerahannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor determinan dalam implementasi kurikulum. Faktor-faktor determinan yang menjadi kajian utama penelitian ini adalah persepsi guru terhadap implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal, pelaksanaan pembelajaran muatan lokal yang dilakukan guru, dan dukungan terhadap guru dalam implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah guru mata pelajaran muatan lokal, yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sampel guru terpilih diminta menyatakan sikap dan pendapatnya terkait variabel penelitian melalui pengisian instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner tertutup, dengan skala Likert. Teknik uji instrumen yang digunakan adalah uji keterpahaman, validitas, dan reliabilitas. Data yang berhasil dihimpun kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis persentase dan uji t. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan persepsi guru terhadap implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal (X1), pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru (X2), dan dukungan guru dalam implementasi kurikulum muatan lokal (X3) antara guru yang mengajar di satuan pendidikan berstatus negeri dan juga swasta. Simpulan yang diperoleh, persepsi guru terhadap pembelajaran sebaiknya ditingkatkan, terutama keyakinan dalam diri guru untuk melandasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terstruktur agar berdampak positif bagi siswa. Dukungan stakeholder pun berimplikasi signifikan terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran muatan lokal sehingga perlu dijamin keberadaannya.Analysis of determinant factors in the implementation of local content curriculumResearch on local content curriculum is very important with its regional characteristics. This study aims to analyze the determinant factors in curriculum implementation. Determinant factors that became the main study of this research were teachers' perceptions of local content curriculum implementation, the local content learning conducted by teachers, and support to teachers in the implementation of local content curriculum. This research uses survey method with quantitative approach. The research sample was the local subject matter teachers, selected using random sampling technique. Selected teacher samples are asked to state their tendencies and opinions related to research variables by filling the research instrument in the form of a closed questionnaire, with a Likert scale. The instrument testing technique used is comprehension, validity, and reliability test. Data collected is then analyzed using percentage analysis and independent-samples t test. The results of the study describe the fact that there is no difference in teacher perceptions of the implementation of the local content curriculum (X1), implementation of learning carried out by teachers (X2), and teacher support in the implementation of local transport curriculum (X3) between teachers teaching in state status education and also private. The conclusion are teachers' perceptions of learning should be improved, especially teachers beliefs to underpin the implementation of structured learning in order to positively impact students. Stakeholder support also has significant implications for the learning implementation so it needs to be guaranteed.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 yang berlaku di Indonesia, memuat lintas minat yang tujuannya untuk memberikan wadah bagi peserta didik dalam memperluas pilihan minat dan bakat di luar pilihan minat sesuai dengan minat-bakatnya, dan kemampuan akademik yang mempertimbangkan nilai raport, nilai ujian nasional, serta rekomendasi guru bimbingan konseling di SMP atau MTs. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan, pelaksanaan lintas minat ini belum efektif. Maka dari itu, peneliti mengevaluasi implementasi lintas minat dalam kelompok peminatan di SMA dan MA yang ada di Kecamatan Lembang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan lintas minat dalam kelompok peminatan di SMA dan MA yang ada di Lembang belum sesuai dengan pedoman yang dibuat oleh kemendikbud. Ketidaksesuaian tersebut dalam hal proses pemilihan mata pelajaran dalam lintas minat. Sekolah menentukan mata pelajaran apa yang akan peserta didik dapatkan, padahal seharusnya peserta didik sendiri lah yang harus memilih mata pelajaran dalam lintas minat tersebut. Hal ini berimbas pada hasil belajar peserta didik. Faktor yang menyebabkan implementasi lintas minat tidak sesuai dengan pedoman kemendikbud diantaranya adalah jumlah guru, jumlah peserta didik, juga sarana dan prasarana yang terbatas.Evaluation of the implementation of electives in interest groups in sma/ ma in the district of Lembang2013 curriculum in Indonesia, contains a cross-section of interests who aim to provide a platform for learners in expanding choice of interest and talent outside the selection of interest in accordance with the interest-his talent, and academic ability who are considering the value of report cards, national examinations, as well as recommendations for guidance counseling teacher in junior high or MTS. Based on preliminary studies, the implementation of the cross-interest has not been effective. Therefore, researchers are evaluating the implementation of the cross-interest in peminatan group in high school and MA that is in the Sub District of Lembang. Data collection techniques in the study was an interview and documentation study. The results of this research is the implementation of the cross-interest in the interest group in high school and MA are there in the Lembang has not been in accordance with the guidelines made by the kemendikbud. The discrepancy in terms of the process of the selection of subjects in the traffic of interest. The school determines the subjects what will the learners get, when it should learners themselves who have to choose subjects in the interest of cross. This imposes the learning results of learners. The factors that led to the implementation of the cross-interest does not comply with the guidelines of kemendikbud including the number of teachers, the number of learners, as well as limited facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The high cost of printing money is a significant burden on the economy. The leading cause is the lack of public awareness in treating rupiah currency properly so that the money becomes easily damaged (not fit for circulation). If it is damaged, the money must be printed again. The more money is damaged, and the faster the damage occurs, the higher the cost of printing money. Traditional markets have significantly contributed to the acceleration of the destruction of money, especially wet markets such as fish markets. This activity aims to disseminate and educate fish traders about the importance of caring for and treating money well through the "Love Rupiah Movement." The love for rupiah movement is carried out by applying the 5J, namely Do not fold, do not cross, do not staple it, do not wet it, and do not squeeze it. This activity is located at the Pasie Nan Tigo Fish Market, Koto Tangah District, Padang City, after being successful in the previous Pasar Raya Padang. This activity was accompanied by a real act of love for rupiah by giving petty cases to 30 fish traders. The results obtained in this activity effectively increased participants' knowledge and understanding of the importance of protecting the rupiah currency and maintaining and caring for the rupiah currency properly. Thus this activity directly influences the behavior of many fish traders. This activity's direct impact was that fish traders began to implement the love of rupiah movement and use money storage boxes, so that rupiah currency was no longer wet. Their economic life would be longer. In the future, it is necessary to conduct more comprehensive socialization not only for fish traders but also for all traders to reduce the cost of printing money and save budget.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to develop a training curriculum design based on the problem solving & decision-making blended learning to improve the employees’ soft skills. The specific objectives of this study are 1) to determine the need for Problem Solving & Decision-Making competencies based on the results of training needs analysis; 2) to determine the training curriculum design based on the problem solving & decision-making blended learning to improve employees’ soft skills; and 3) to determine the result of expert judgments in relation to the training curriculum design. The study uses a design and development research approach and curriculum validation of expert judgment. The results of this study are as follows: 1) based on the training needs analysis, the data gathered shows that the employees’ current competency in solving problems and decision-making is not in accordance with the current Problem Solving & Decision-Making training program. 2) The parts developed in the Problem Solving & Decision-Making curriculum include the structure of curriculum components covering the training objective, training material, training hours, learning process both on the methods and media used, and evaluation on the program. 3) Based on the results of expert judgements on the training curriculum on aspects of objectives, material, process, and evaluation, the average assessment result is "Good".

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan desain model pengembangan Profil Pelajar Pancasila yang diwujudkan melalui sistem pendidikan, sekaligus merupakan komitmen penyelenggara pendidikan dalam membangun sumber daya manusia Indonesia.  Profil pelajar, profil lulusan (graduate profile), potret lulusan (portrait of a graduate), atau luaran dari sistem pendidikan (student outcomes) adalah beberapa istilah yang memiliki makna serupa dengan Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Profil Pelajar Pancasila merupakan jawaban dari pertanyaan penting: “karakter serta kemampuan esensial apa yang perlu dipelajari dan dikembangkan secara terus-menerus oleh setiap individu warga negara Indonesia, sejak pendidikan anak usia dini hingga mereka menamatkan sekolah menengah atas?” Kemampuan esensial yang dimaksud adalah kemampuan yang tidak hanya melekat pada mata pelajaran, melainkan kemampuan yang bertahan lama (dibandingkan pengetahuan yang diingat), yang dibangun selama seseorang belajar di satuan pendidikan, bahkan hingga individu sudah bertahun-tahun menyelesaikan pendidikannya. Karakter dan kompetensi yang termuat dalam Profil Pelajar Pancasila diharapkan menjadi bekal yang cukup bagi setiap pelajar Indonesia untuk memaksimalkan potensi diri dan kecakapan hidupnya, serta hidup di tengah masyarakat dan turut berkontribusi dalam memajukan bangsa.

Abstract

Usada Tiwas Panggung merupakan usada yang akhir pengobatannya diberikan mantra sepuluh aksara suci. Dalam Usada Tiwas Panggung, pengobatan luka borok dapat diobati dengan menggunakan tanaman Mesua ferrea, Areca catechu, Terminalia bellirica, dan Cocos nucifera. Riview artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek antiinflamasi dan penyembuh luka berdasarkan efek empiris mengobati luka borok pada Usada Tiwas Panggung dengan melakukan studi literatur berbagai hasil penelitian yang telah di publikasikan secara online menggunakan search engine seperti Google Schoolar, Science Direct, Elsevier, dan PubMed dalam lingkup nasional dan internasional. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh informasi bahwa tanaman terpilih memiliki efek farmakologi yang sesuai dengan efek yang dijelaskan dalam usada yaitu antiinflamasi sebagai penyembuhan luka. Pada Mesua ferrea L, senyawa aktif yang diduga berperan sebagai penyembuh luka adalah tannin dan flavonoid. Selain itu tanaman Mesua ferrea juga memiliki aktivitas sebagai antiinflamasi yaitu dengan cara menghambat denaturasi protein, menghambat pelepasan lisosom, dan menghambat aktivitas lipoksigenase. Pada Areca catechu , senyawa aktif yang diduga berperan sebagai penyembuh luka adalah alkaloid arekolin, polifenol, dan tanin. Pada Terminalia bellirica, senyawa aktif yang diduga berperan sebagai penyembuh luka adalah asam galat dan tanin. Pada Cocos nucifera, senyawa aktif yang diduga berperan sebagai penyembuh luka adalah lauric acid. Berdasarkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh tanaman obat terpilih, maka perlu dilakukan pengujian lebih lanjut mengenai penentuan senyawa aktif yang berperan dalam tanaman dan batas maksimal dosis yang dapat digunakan dari tanaman terpilih. Sehingga nantinya dapat digunakan sebagai pengobatan alternatif yang sudah terbukti secara ilmiah dan dapat dipercaya oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Pendidikan pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) mengedepankan agar lulusannya dapat langsung diterima pada dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Agar para lulusan SMK dapat langsung diterima kerja pada sebuah lembaga diharuskan memiliki keterampilan yang memang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lembaga tempat mereka bekerja nanti. Keterampilan para lulusan itu pun tidak hanya sebatas yang dilatihkan di sekolah saja, akan tetapi keterampilan tersebut harus sudah teruji di dunia kerja sebenarnya. Agar keterampilan peserta didik SMK tersebut dapat teruji di dunia kerja maka diperlukan support dari sekolah untuk dapat memfasilitasinya dengan cara melakukan kerjasama antara sekolah dan dunia kerja dengan mengsinkronkan kurikulum sekolah dengan kebutuhan industri. Permulaan kerjasama antara industri dengan sekolah adalah dengan melakukan kemitraan dengan menyesuaikan kurikulum sekolah dengan kebutuhan industri. Melakukan kemitraan ini dimaksudkan agar kesenjang antara pendidikan di sekolah dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan oleh dunia industri teratasi. Jika kesenjangan tersebut telah dapat teratasi maka diharapkan penyerapan lulusan SMK akan semakin tinggi

Abstract

This activity aims to provide business management training for embroidery businesses in Nagari Singgalang, Tanah Datar. This aims to ensure that the business can be managed well so that it provides good business profits. The method used in this service activity is the lecture and training method. The lecture method is given in the form of counseling using public participative and woman participative techniques in economics. This method focuses training on female embroidery craftsmen. In training activities, business actors are given business management training which includes capital management, production management and preparation of financial reports. Partner businesses are given direct assistance in managing their business starting from creating a business organizational structure, creating Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for business activities and creating business financial reports. The output resulting from this activity is that the partner business has an organizational structure for the partner embroidery business where each member of the company has their own duties. The training also produces Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for every embroidery business activity starting from SOPs for ordering, production and delivery or sales. Apart from that, partner businesses also have simple business financial reports. Thus, this training has increased the ability of business partners to manage their business so that business management becomes more organized and focused. This certainly makes it easier for business managers to manage their business. As a result, businesses achieve efficiency in production. Good business management will also make it easier to develop your business in the future.

Abstract

21st-century skills become an inseparable part of a future life that is currently identical to or leads to society 5.0. To be able to become the next generation that is ready to face all future challenges, 21st-century skills are important to master. Mastery of 21st-century skills is an integral part of the curriculum designed by the government. Objective: This study aims to analyze the application of 21st-century skills in the aspect of numeracy which is identical to mathematics at the elementary level (stages A, B, and C). This research can be a reference for teachers in developing learning methods so that teachers provide learning experiences that train students in mastering 21st-century skills. Method: The research uses a literature review or document studies of Kurikulum Merdeka to analyze 21st-century skills in Learning Outcomes in mathematics at the elementary level. Findings: 21st-century skills are an essential part of mathematics because mathematics is not only about numbers and their operations but also how to understand discourse, take main ideas, and elaborate ideas and solutions, in other words, Mathematics has a close relationship with language skills or good literacy. Conclusion: This study indicates that elementary school mathematics objectives and learning achievements at levels A, B, and C have included 21st-century skills. In this case, we need teachers who have competence in 21st-century skills so that students get a learning experience that leads to the achievement of 21st-century skills.

Abstract

A person's concern for the environment (ecoliteracy) is crucial to instill from an early age to cultivate positive habits in environmental stewardship. To foster this concept, the education sector plays a strategic role through the introduction of subjects relevant to environmental issues. This study aims to investigate the use of digital learning objects (DLO) as a digital learning resource in Integrated Science and Social Studies (IPAS) subjects to enhance the ecoliteracy of sixth-grade students at SDN 195 Isola. In this research, ecoliteracy encompasses cognitive (head), affective (heart), and psychomotor (hands) learning outcomes. The research employed a pre-experimental method using a single research group with a One-Group Pretest Posttest Design for the head dimension and a One-Shot Case Study for the heart and hands dimensions. Sampling techniques involve purposive selection based on the characteristics of the sixth-grade students. Data collection employs various instruments, including tests, questionnaires, and performance assessments. The findings indicate that the utilization of digital learning objects in IPAS subjects leads to improvements in cognitive dimensions and positively influences affective and psychomotor dimensions. Enhanced visualization, increased user interaction, and improved knowledge retention contribute to cognitive growth. Active participation in environmental activities due to habituation supported by DLO is observed in the affective dimension. Additionally, the integration of DLO with simple recycling activities facilitates the connection between knowledge, skills, and real-life experiences in the psychomotor dimension. Based on the research findings, efforts to enhance student ecoliteracy need continuous updates, especially in the heart and hands dimensions.
