Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of BK teachers in individual counseling services with a Behavioral Approach for introverted students towards learning discipline at SMK Sakti Gemolong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research was conducted at SMK Sakti Gemolong. The subject in this study was one class X TPE student. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The steps taken in analyzing are by compiling data, connecting data, reducing, presenting data and then concluding. Meanwhile, to assess the validity of the data or the level of trustworthiness of the data presented, the next step is to use Triangulation of sources from three different sources. The results of the study at SMK Sakti Gemolong showed that the implementation of individual counseling with a Behavioral Approach for introverted students had been carried out optimally and in a focused manner. Learning discipline in introverted students has also increased significantly. The efforts of BK teachers in providing individual counseling services with a Behavioral Approach to overcome learning discipline in introverted students by giving rewards or punishments. The results obtained by students are able to increase self-confidence, and can improve student learning discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of guidance and counseling teachers in providing individual counseling services with solution-focused counseling techniques to overcome students' undisciplined behavior towards school rules at SMK Sakti Gemolong in the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research was conducted at SMK Sakti Gemolong. The subject in this study was one of the students of class X TP-D. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, data collection for this study was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The steps taken in analyzing are by compiling data, connecting data, reducing data, presenting data, then concluding. Meanwhile, to assess the validity of the data or the level of trustworthiness of the data presented, triangulation of sources from three different sources was used. The results of the study at SMK Sakti Gemolong showed that the implementation of individual counseling for students who behaved undisciplinedly (indiscipline) had been carried out well. The efforts of BK teachers play a role in providing individual counseling services with solution-focused counseling techniques to overcome students' undisciplined behavior by providing exception questions techniques, scaling questions techniques, and miracle questions techniques. The results obtained by students are able to improve their discipline, students are able to reduce undisciplined behavior that can harm themselves, students are able to control themselves, and students are able to carry out positive and useful activities. Undisciplined behavior can be overcome, students appear more diligent, orderly, and confident in their own abilities to become positive individuals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services with assertiveness training techniques in reducing people pleaser behavior in class XI D3 students of SMA Negeri Colomadu. People pleasers are individuals who tend to prioritize the needs of others above themselves, find it difficult to refuse requests, are afraid of being shunned, and often ignore personal happiness in order to gain acceptance and approval from others. The research method used was an experiment with a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 8 class XI D3 students selected by purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire that measured the level of people pleaser behavior of students before and after being given group guidance with assertiveness training techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, the sig. value was 0.012 <0.05, so H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results showed that there was a significant decrease in people pleaser behavior of students after participating in group counseling with assertiveness training techniques. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik SRL untuk mengatasi perilaku academic burnout. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 7 Surakarta.Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII-E berjumlah 10 peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu Perencanaan, Tindakan, Observasi, dan Refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling ini menyatakan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik SRL dapat mengatasi perilaku academic burnout pada peserta didik. Pada pra siklus menunjukan hasil sebesar 104,4% yang mana perilaku academic burnout pada peserta didik masih sangat tinggi, pada siklus I tindakan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik SRL sudah mengalami penurunan dengan hasil sebesar 98,9%. Pada tindakan siklus II peneliti berhasil menekan perilaku academic burnout dengan hasil sebesar 80,2%.Pada tindakan di siklus III peneliti berhasil mengatasi perilaku academic burnout pada peserta didik dengan hasil sebesar 52,9%. Hasil tersebut telah dikategorikan rendah sesuai dengan apa yang sudah di targetkan sebelumnya. Melalui hasil akhir tersebut sekaligus membuktikan bahwa kegiatan bimbingan kelompok melalui teknik SRL dapat mengatasi perilaku academic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan teknik psikodrama terhadap peningkatan kestabilan emosi pada peserta didik di SMA N1 Tangen Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian PTBK. Penelitian dilaksanakan dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, analisis dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA N1 Tangen Sragen, yang berjumlah 9 siswa. Sumber data yaitu siswa, wali kelas dan guru BK. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan angket dan observasi. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi. Instrument yang digunakan berupa skala psikologis Kestabilan Emosi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan analisis klinis. Hasil analisis hipotesis menghasilkan skor pre test sebesar 40,27 (28,61%) pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 68,89 (21,75%) . Hasil nya menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 90,64 (50,37%). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, diketahui ada peningkatan kestabilan emosi sebelum dan sesudah diberi treatment dengan teknik Psikodrama. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka di simpulkan psikodrama efektif untuk meningkatkan kestabilan emosi pada peserta didik kelas X SMA N1 Tangen Sragen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Senam Otak yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Senam Otak untuk mengatasi Kejenuhan pada siswa kelas XI. Untuk mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data yaitu Tes MBI, treatment, dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 15 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif eksperimen. Strategi penelitian ini menerapkan Non-Equivalent Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Paired Sampel T-test. Berdasarkan hasil Uji paired sample t-test terlihat bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 . Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, atau terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Layanan Bimbingan Kelompok dengan Teknik Brain Gym untuk mengatasi Burnout Syndrome pada siswa kelas XI di SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang.

Abstract

EFEKTIVITAS KONSELING KELOMPOK ACCEPTANCE AND COMMITMENT THERAPY DENGAN TEKNIK COGNITIVE DEFUSION UNTUK MENGATASI OVERTHINKING PADA SISWA XI B.1 SMA NEGERI COLOMADU TAHUN AJARAN 2024/2025. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services using Cognitive Defusion techniques in reducing Overthinking behavior among students in class XI B.1 at Colomadu State High School in the 2024/2025 academic year. Overthinking, or excessive thinking, can be both a positive and negative issue. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) focuses on acceptance to address all issues and encourages individuals to take meaningful actions to resolve each problem. Cognitive Defusion reduces resistance to unpleasant thoughts or experiences. This study employed an experimental design with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest approach. The research subjects consisted of 7 students from class XI B.1 selected through Purposive Sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire measuring the level of Overthinking behavior among students before and after group counseling. The data were analyzed using a t-test, with a significance level of 0.018 < 0.05, leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of Ha. It can be concluded that there is a difference in the average scores before and after the treatment, indicating that group counseling using the Cognitive Defusion technique is effective in reducing Overthinking behavior among students in class XI B.1 at SMA N Colomadu for the 2024/2025 academic year. Abstract

A highly emotional character is a pattern of behavior that is unconsciously designed to warn intruders to stop threatening behavior towards oneself. Additionally, a highly emotional character is a psychological response to prevent disturbances before they occur or to address and retaliate after such disturbances have occurred. The research method used was an experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were seven eighth-grade students selected using purposive sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire designed to measure the level of highly emotional behavior in students before and after group counseling using the extinction technique. The data obtained was then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test, and H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The results of the study indicate that there was a significant decrease in the Highly Emotional Character behavior of students after participating in group counseling using the extinction technique. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a difference in the mean between before and after the group counseling using the extinction technique was administered, which was effective in reducing the Highly Emotional Character behavior of students in class VIII A at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. This study is expected to contribute to the development of guidance and counseling programs in schools to foster more positive behavior among all students.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the role of individual counseling services with a Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach in dealing with cyclothymic behavior in grade IX students of Muhammadiyah 2 Junior High School Surakarta in the 2024/2025 Academic Year. This research was conducted at Muhammadiyah 2 Junior High School Surakarta. The subject in this study was one high school student. This research is a Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) which was carried out in 3 cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely, planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. In the first cycle of action research, the results obtained cyclothymic behavior decreased, but there were still several indicators that had not been resolved properly with a percentage of 70%. Next, these results were evaluated and then the researcher provided action in the second cycle. In the second cycle of action research, the results obtained cyclothymic behavior decreased by 48.33%. Furthermore, these results were re-evaluated and then the researcher provided action in the third cycle. In the third cycle of action research, the results showed a decrease in cyclothymic behavior by 21.66%, reaching the target set by the researcher. It can be concluded that individual counseling services using the Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach can address cyclothymic behavior in ninth-grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta in the 2024/2025 academic year.
