Abstract

ABSTRACT            In teaching and learning process requires a media that is able to achieve the learning objectives. Forms of instruction a media used was teaching materials. One of teaching materials was a handout. A handout is a summary of the material that has been prepared by the teacher in the learning process. This handout was developed by using illustrations, drawings and concept maps that can develop student thinking in systematic framework. Based on explantion before the am of the study is to produce a concept map handout picture accompanied the kingdom animalia material to high school. This research is the development of a 4-D model of Thiagarajan (in Trianto, 2010:84) consist of define, design, develop and disseminate. The subjects of this study consist of two biology teachers and 20 studentss of class XI-IPA3 SMAN 2 Lengayang. The data of this study is primary data, the validity of test data and test result practicalities handout. Validity data and practicalities is in the form percentage is descriptive. The result of classified handout is valid (85,17%) by 5 validators and practical categories by teachers (87,78%) and by students categorized as very practical (90,13%). From this study produced a product concept map handout picture comes on the material kingdom animalia valid and practical.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of students violating the school rules , especially at a time of teaching and learning takes place , the symptoms that look like : learning tasks can not be done well , do not repeat the material provided by the teacher in the previous lesson , interfere friends while studying , late for class , exit / clearance before learning ends , or do not get in on a particular subject . The purpose of this study describes : Efforts have been made to overcome the difficulties BK teachers of learners . This research is descriptive quantitative research . In the entire study population of students of class X and class XI who have difficulty in learning at SMAN 2 Koto XI Tarusan the number 81 . Sampling using sampling saturated . The technique used to analyze the data is the percentage techniques . The results of this study found that the efforts that have been made in overcoming difficulties BK teachers of learners SMAN 2 Koto XI Tarusan in general are in both categories with a percentage of 64.20 %.

Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus (survey). Penelitian ini memuat uraian tentang learning style (Visual, Auditorial dan Kinestetik). Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan jawaban bahwa terdapat keragaman gaya belajar peserta didik pada bidang studi IPA Terpadu kelas VIII SMPN 6 Majene. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sekaligus menjadi sampel dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 44 orang peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar peserta didik pada bidang studi IPA Terpadu kelas VIII SMP Negeri 6 Majene secara keseluruhan menunjukkan gaya belajar visual yang paling banyak digunakan peserta didik yaitu sebesar 54%, gaya belajar kinestetik sebesar 26% dan gaya belajar auditorial sebesar 20%.Kata kunci : Learning Style,penelitian deskriptif,  IPA Terpadu

Abstract

Abstract : Based on observations conducted by researchers in the field of class VIIb male students of 40 Pekanbaru State Middle School who carried out physical education of bullet material and found problems when making repulsions, there were still many students who were classified as low or categorized as less. The purpose of this study is to prove the presence or absence of a relationship and how much the relationship between arm and shoulder explosive power with o'brien-style bullets of male students of class VIIb SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru. This place was conducted at Pekanbaru State Middle School 40, on Garuda Sakti KM.3, Tampan District, Pekanbaru. When the study was conducted in June - December 2018 Based on the results of the research conducted and through the processing of statistical data, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the strength of the shoulder muscles and the results of o'brient-style bullets. for male students of class VIIb Smp Negeri 40 Pekanbaru because of the low = 0.589 rtable (α = 0.05) = 0.423 It turns out that r count> rtable means Ha is accepted. Abstract

This Research aims to determined the effect of leadership on performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable at the Pekanbaru City Revenue Management Unit, Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province, Which is located on Jl.Gajah Mada, Pekanbaru, Riau. The population in this study included all employees at the Pekanbaru City Revenue Management Unit Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province, totaling 36 Participants.Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis.The sampling technique chosen was the census method (36 people at the Pekanbaru City Revenue Management Unit, Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province).The results showed that: 1) There was a significant leadership influence on the performance of the employees of UPT Pekanbaru City Revenue Management Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province, 2) There was a significant influence of leadership on organizational culture in UPT Pekanbaru City Revenue Management Unit Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province, 3) There was a significant influence of organizational culture on the employee performance of UPT Pekanbaru City Revenue Management Regional Revenue Agency of Riau Province, 4) There was a significant influence of leadership on employee performance through organizational culture as an intervening variable in UPT Pekanbaru City Revenue Management Regional Revenue.Keywords: Employee Performance, Leadership and Organizational Culture

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar siswa menghadapi berbagai tantangan khususnya siswa kelas VI SMP yang peka terhadap situasi internal dan eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar siswa pada kelas tatap muka terbatas di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 05 Mamasa. Jenis survei yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan kualitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 05 Mamasa yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Akibatnya, siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 05 Mamasa menerima 71,29% pembelajaran di kelas terbatas. Hal ini dibandingkan dengan interval nilai dan kategori yang dikemukakan oleh Sugishirono termasuk dalam kategori yang termotivasi

Abstract

Artikel ini mengungkap tentang kehidupan dan peran Lasadindi di Tanah Kaili sebagai ulama lokal yang berasal dari Sulawesi Tengah, yang memainkan peran dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan, sekaligus mengembangkan agama Islam di daerahnya. Selain itu tokoh lokal ini juga melibatkan dirinya ke dalam organisasi gerakan Syarikat Islam untuk memperjuangkan kemerdekaan. Keberhasilannya dalam mengemban misi Islam dianggap bisa membumikan nilai-nilai ajaran Islam ke dalam kehidupan suku Kaili yang tradisional. Kehadirannya di tanah Kaili juga dikenal sebagai salah seorang Raja di Kerajaan Sindue, suatu kerajaan yang saat ini wilayahnya berada dalam Kabupaten Donggala. Data tersebut diperoleh dengan teknik wawancara, studi dokumen, kajian pustaka, dan observasi terhadap lingkungan tempat ulama semasa hidupnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kriminologis tindak pidana pencurian yang dilakukan oleh anak di Kota Makassar, dengan fokus pada dua aspek utama: upaya pencegahan dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi anak dalam melakukan tindak pidana tersebut. Tindak pidana pencurian yang melibatkan anak tidak hanya mencerminkan dinamika sosial dan ekonomi dalam masyarakat perkotaan, tetapi juga menunjukkan adanya celah dalam sistem perlindungan anak serta lemahnya pengawasan lingkungan. Secara kriminologis, anak sebagai pelaku tindak pidana umumnya berada dalam situasi yang kompleks, mulai dari pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, pergaulan, hingga ketimpangan sosial. Upaya pencegahan yang dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak di Makassar—termasuk pemerintah, aparat penegak hukum, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat—masih bersifat parsial dan kurang terintegrasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan preventif yang berorientasi pada keadilan restoratif, rehabilitasi sosial, serta penguatan nilai-nilai keluarga. Kajian ini merekomendasikan perumusan kebijakan yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan anak dan berbasis pada pendekatan multidisipliner agar dapat menanggulangi kejahatan anak secara lebih komprehensif. This study aims to provide a criminological analysis of theft crimes committed by minors in Makassar City, focusing on two main aspects: prevention efforts and the factors influencing children to engage in such criminal acts. Theft offences involving children reflect not only the socio-economic dynamics of urban life but also indicate gaps in child protection systems and weak environmental supervision. From a criminological perspective, children who commit crimes are often influenced by complex circumstances such as family environment, peer influence, and social inequality. Prevention efforts in Makassar—carried out by the government, law enforcement, educational institutions, and communities—remain partial and lack an integrated approach. Thus, a preventive strategy is needed that emphasises restorative justice, social rehabilitation, and the reinforcement of family values. This study recommends formulating responsive policies based on multidisciplinary approaches to comprehensively address juvenile delinquency and minimise recidivism among minors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the representation of gender equality through the characterization of female characters in the novel Singkar by Siti Aminah. Using a descriptive approach and feminist analysis framework, this research explores the forms of gender equality displayed by female characters and their relationship with the construction of their characters in the novel. The research data in the form of the entire text of the novel Singkar was analyzed through read-and-record techniques and descriptive analysis. Semantic validity and intraretter reliability were used to ensure data validity. The results showed five forms of gender equality expressed by female characters in the novel: 1) autonomy in making decisions, 2) ability to overcome problems, 3) courage to take responsibility, 4) participation in earning a living, and 5) resilience as a single parent. This finding confirms that the characterization of female characters in Singkar is the basis for actions that reflect gender equality.
