Abstract

Kabupaten Buleleng ini merupakan salah satu penghasil anggur di Bali yang biasa dikenal dengan julukan Anggur Buleleng. Pengalama beberapa periode sering terjadi buah anggur yang ditanam itu mengalami pembusukan, mati, hingga gagal panen hingga membuat penurunan produktivitas dan membuat para pembudidaya itu mengalami kerugian yang menyebabkan perekonomian daerah melemah. Sehingga digunakan solusi dengan suatu metode atau bantuan teknologi informasi salah satunya adalah dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis. Banyak permasalahan keruangan yang rumit, seperti kependudukan, pertanian, pemetaan wilayah yang menggunakan sistem informasi geografis untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data yang dilakukan mengenai analisis dan perancangan sistem informasi geografis kesesuaian lahan untuk tanaman anggur di Kabupaten Buleleng, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : 1) Penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis, merancang, dan mengimplementasikan menggunakan aplikasi QGIS. 2) Persebaran tanaman anggur dikabupaten Buleleng mendapatkan hasil bahwa 6 kecamatan merupakan kategori S1 yaitu pada kecamatan Gerokgak, Buleleng, Seririt, Banjar, Kubutambahan, dan Tejakula. Jumlah kecamatan yang merupakan kategori S2 (sesuai) adalah sebanyak 2 kecamatan yaitu pada kecamatan Sukasada dan Sawan. Jumlah kecamatan yang merupakan kategori S3 (kurang sesuai) adalah sebanyak 1 kecamatan yaitu pada kecamatan Busungbiu.

Abstract

Bali has a recognized tourism potential in the world arena. In order to improve the quality and development of the tourism sector in the midst of global competition, it is necessary to formulate appropriate strategies by decision makers such as private parties and government. In support of more accurate decision making, the authors make a system of forecasting the number of foreign tourist visits to Bali Province using Cascade Forward Backpropagation (CFB) method with coverage of Australia, Japan, and United Kingdom which are the top 3 countries with the highest foreign tourist arrival to Bali in that years. Factors used as input in forecasting include the number of visits of foreign tourists the previous year, the population of countries of origin of foreign tourists, Gross Domestic Product at current prices of countries of origin of foreign tourists, and Relative Consumer Price Index Origin of foreign tourists. In this study, optimization of activation function parameters, hidden neurons, and learning rate to obtain forecasting results with the lowest error rate. Forecasting results using the CFB method produces a fairly good accuracy with MAPE range of 6 - 30% where the activation function tanh work better than sigmoid activation function.

Abstract

Ubud sub-district has individual companies or SMEs belonging to the most from other areas. In the implementation of Ipteks Bagi Produk Ekspor (IbPE) in the first implementation year there are 3 (Three) partners who will be accompanied in Petulu Village, Ubud sub-district, Gianyar regency, Bali province. The third type of SMEs are SMEs of Wood Crafts. With this method the expected outcomes from partners are: 1) Increased SME marketing skill in terms of the use of Internet-based information technology using online e-commers application. 2) Improvement of SME business management capability and Mastery. The results of this IbPE activity are: (1) Installation and facilitation of website marketing (e-commerce) can run well. (2) The implementation of SME management training activities has provided insight into knowledge and skills to the owners of SMEs (3) Initial guidance of foreign language assistance may work well and needs to be done to provide a good understanding for the owners or employees of SMEs.

Abstract

Cultural traditions from the life of the Balinese people have given birth to various types of things, ranging from dances, traditional clothing, music and traditional musical instruments. One of the gamelan instruments in Bali is Gerantang. Everyone does not have the ability to adjust the tone of the greantang blades, so that the process of making the bushes cannot be done by just anyone. In the field of sound / audio processing, there is a method called speech synthesis. One method that can be used in implementing music or tone synthesis is the Double Frequency Modulation (DFM) method. Tests that have been carried out in the synthesis process of gamelan grantang sound using the DFM method have been successfully carried out with a total of 55 test tone data and from 11 basic tones and frequencies of several synthetic sound experiments in the output column and in the results column show 10 output results are within tolerance limits frequency and 1 (one) tone out of tolerance. It was found that 10 tones that have been synthesized produce tones that have frequencies within the frequency tolerance limit with an accuracy of 90.9%

Abstract

A large number of digital music circulates online today. It makes music listeners confused to choose which music is suitable to listen to in certain circumstances or contexts, for example certain time, weather, activity, and desired mood. Playlist creation can make it easy for music listeners to collect their favorite music for a particular context, but creating playlists is time consuming and of course a lot of playlists will have to be created to accommodate all combinations of contexts. In this study, an automated music recommendation system was built using context data consisting of time, weather, activities, and desired mood which were also adjusted for the listener's age, gender, and favorite artist. The method used is Case-Based Reasoning (CBR), using listeners' listening history data as a knowledge base and the artist relatedness of Indonesian artists to improve solutions at the revision stage. Output of this system is in the form of music playlist presented in a website. The overall precision average for music recommendations is 0.78.

Abstract

The province of Bali has various types of songs that have different structures and functions, one of which is the Sekar Alit song. Seeing current technological advances, conservation efforts should follow the development of existing technology. This study recognizes the singer's voice with the MeliFrequency iCepstrum Coefficients (MFCC) method used to perform feature extraction, i.e. to obtain a parameter and information regarding the characteristics of a person's voice and the training of voice pattern matching against the voice of the DTW Singer Alit (Dinamic) and the Time Warping Alit method. . So that the final result of this research is an android-based tembang sekar alit learning application that can be used by students to learn more easily and effectively which is called the SekARAI application. The results of usability testing on the application found that the average value was above 3, which means that the SekARAI software that has been implemented has met the Usability element and besides that the software is easy to use and understand by users. The Sekar Alit Song Voice Recognition application has been evaluated using the confusion matrix method, it is found that the MFCC algorithm test results in an accuracy of 76.6%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe arrival of tourists to Bali is unstable every year to be obstacles of the perpetrators of special tourism in Bali in taking an action. To make a careful planning, the related parties need a quick overview of the pattern of the development of foreign tourist arrivals to Bali. The researchers applied many artificial neural network (JST) methods with various training algorithms to get good forecasting results. The research method used in SDLC software development method but in this study is limited to the design stage of the system. Indicator of growth rate of foreign tourist visit (foreign tourists) using variable among others Investment, Net Export, Inflation and Exchange Rate. Based on the Analysis and Design of Information System of Forecasting Number of Foreign Tourist Arrivals To Bali Using ANN successfully analyzed and designed using SDLC software development method. The results of this study are, Knowing what the user needs in Analysis, Design Information Systems Forecasting the Number of Foreign Tourist Arrivals To Bali Using ANN Method. The thing that was done was, the training used 30 data training data which produced a coefficient of 0.98399 and an MSE value of 0.0009994. ANN architecture in the training process then to calculate time. The coefficient obtained in the credit process is 0.76623. While the resulting MSE value is 260.66.Keywords: Neural Network (JST), Backpropagation ,Bali touristABSTRAKKedatangan wisatawan ke Bali yang tidak stabil tiap tahunnya menjadi kendala para pelaku wisata khsusunya di Bali dalam mengambil suatu tindakan. Untuk membuat suatu perencanaan yang cermat, pihak yang terkait memerlukan gambaran sekilas tentang pola perkembangan kedatangan wisatawan mancanegara ke Bali. Para peneliti banyak menerapkan metode jaringan syaraf tiruan (JST) dengan berbagai algoritma pelatihan untuk mendapatkan hasil peramalan yang baik. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan mengunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak SDLC akan tetapi pada penelitian ini dibatasi sampai tahap rancangan sistem. Indikator laju pertumbuhan kunjungan wisatawan asing mancanegara (wisman) mengunakan variable anatara lain Investasi, Ekspor neto, Inflasi dan Kurs Rupiah. Berdasarkan hasil Analisis Dan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Peramalan Jumlah Kedatangan Wisatawan Asing Ke Bali Menggunakan JST berhasil di analisis dan dirancang mengunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak SDLC. Hasi dari penelitian ini adalah, Proses pelatihan menggunakan data pelatihan sebanyak 30 data yang menghasilkan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,98399 dan nilai MSE sebesar 0.0009994. Arsitektur JST pada proses pelatihan kemudian digunakan untuk menghitung peramalan kedatangan wisatawan asing pada proses pengujian. Koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh pada proses pengujian adalah sebesar 0,76623. Abstract

ABSTRACT At the University of Dhyana Pura space management are tasked to regulate the use of lecture halls and laboratories. However, because the system used is still manual, so that the space management officers often have difficulty to regulate the use of lecture hall with the existing class schedule. Besides the issue of the use of space, space management also govern the use of space for small classes (less than 20 students) and large classes (students over 20) in order to be an effective use of space and the lecture can run well. Based on these events and so we need a system that can help the management space to set the schedule of lectures with the space available. With the system it is expected that the lecture can run properly fit the space available. The description above should be conducted early research on space management system design using neural networks. Neural network used is a method in which the perceptron neural network model was created to identify the class schedule based on the space available. Artificial neural network systems make the process of learning to adjust to pattern drafting scheduling. Keywords: neural networks, perceptron ABSTRAK Pada Universitas Dhyana Pura terdapat manajemen ruang yang bertugas untuk mengatur penggunaan ruang kuliah dan laboratorium. Namun karena sistem yang digunakan masih manual,sehingga sering kali petugas manajemen ruang mengalami kesulitan untuk mengatur penggunaan ruang kuliah dengan jadwal kuliah yang ada. Selain masalah penggunaan ruang, manajemen ruang juga mengatur penggunaan ruang untuk kelas kecil (mahasiswa kurang dari 20) dan kelas besar (mahasiswa lebih dari 20) agar penggunaan ruang menjadi efektif dan perkuliahan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan kejadian tersebut sehingga dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu manajemen ruang untuk mengatur antara jadwal kuliah dengan ruangan yang tersedia. Dengan adanya sistem maka diharapkan perkuliahan dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan ruang yang tersedia.Dari uraian diatas maka perlu dilakukan penelitian awal tentang perancangan sistem manajemen ruang menggunakan jaringan syaraf tiruan. Jaringan syaraf tiruan yang digunakan adalah metode perceptron dimana model jaringan syaraf tersebut dibuat untuk mengidentifikasikan jadwal kuliah berdasarkan ruangan yang tersedia. Sistem jaringan syaraf tiruan melakukan proses pembelajaran untuk menyesuaikan terhadap pola penyusunan penjadwalan. Kata Kunci : Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan, Perceptron
