Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan dan pengalaman kerja serta lingkungan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan baik secara simultan maupun parsial serta untuk mengetahui variabel dominan yang mempengaruhi loyalitas karyawan tersebut. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di PT. Delina Denpasar jumlah responden sebanyak 87 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel penempatan dan pengalaman kerja serta lingkungan kerja, berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Delina Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 65,6 persen. Dengan variabel lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Delina Denpasar. Kata kunci : Loyalitas karyawan, penempatan karyawan, pengalaman kerja dan lingkungan kerja karyawan

Abstract

Business competition, especially in the services sector, pushed the company or organization to optimize its resources. The purpose of this study wanted to know the effect of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), transformational leadership and professional commitment to job satisfaction of employees in Tuban Terminal CV Karya. This  sample of 61 of the number of employees through proportionate random sampling method. Technical analysis is used multiple linear regression. It was found that organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), transformational leadership and professional commitment influence have positively and significantly on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Retention is an essential element of an organizational approach. Each organization should strive to retain its employees, especially employees who have important value for the organization. Maintaining the best professional talent is a very important practice for organizations such as eliminating recruitment, selection and reducing costs of their turnover, and maintaining continuity according to their area of expertise. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment and retention of contract employees in Bappeda Litbang Bali Province by using 66 people as research respondents. Sample determination technique used in this research is using census technique. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis processed using SPSS software. The results obtained in this study indicate that the organizational climate has a positive and significant relationship to organizational commitment, organizational climate has a positive and significant relationship to organizational retention and climate has a positive and significant relationship to retention. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence leaders, empowering employees, and organizational support on job satisfaction at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. Samples taken as many as 255 people using proportionate random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression technique. The results of the analysis found that variables leader emotional intelligence, employee empowerment, and organizational support on job satisfaction at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, with a contribution of 82.9 percent, while the remaining 17.1 percent is influenced by other variables not included in the model. The results showed that the variables leader emotional intelligence, employee empowerment, and support organizations and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali .

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is the result of work achieved in implementing the tasks of employees in accordance with the responsibilities given. Motivation is a way of encouraging employees' passion to want to work hard to achieve good performance. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on the motivation and performance of employees. This research was conducted in C151 to sample as many as 59 employees. The method used is by sampling saturated. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. Questionnaires were administered to 59 respondents, to further analyzed using path analysis (path analysis). Based on calculations using the program IBM SPSS Statistics Version 17.0, be concluded transformational leadership and organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on the motivation and performance and motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance. It shows if the better of transformational leadership and organizational culture, the motivation and performance of employees will increase.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of work-family conflict and job satisfaction on turnover intention. This study is done at Pizza Hut Mall Bali Galeria. Samples taken as many as 60 people with saturated sample method, in which the saturated sample here using the entire population there as a sample. Data was collected through questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique used is the path analysis. The results of this study indicate that each variable lonflik work-family and job satisfaction effect on turnover intention in Restaurant Pizza Hut Mall Bali Galeria and indirect effect of work-family conflict on turnover intention through job satisfaction. It shows that work-family conflict negatively affect job satisfaction, and a positive effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction can reduce the level of turnover intention of employees in the restaurant Pizza Hut Mall Bali Galeria

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine the significant influence of variables simultaneously and partial communication, leadership and work environment on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar. The research was conducted in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar located at Jalan Recent Diponegoro. Sampel used as many as 45 people. Multiple regression is used to solve the problem of this research. Communication, leadership and work environment simultaneously significant effect on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar with calculated F value = 118.594 sig = 0.00. Communication, leadership and work environment partially significant effect on employee stress in PD. Pasar Kota Singaraja Unit Pasar Anyar with t value respectively communication variables = 4.712, = 7.753 variable leadership, work environment variables = 7.359.
