Abstract

Abstract - Universities have an obligation to produce competent graduates. This can be measured from the graduation rate of students. The purpose of the analysis carried out is to predict graduation on time and find out indicators of problems that cause graduation not to be on time. Many factors influence students' late graduation, such as the student's marital status, the status of the student working or not working, the level of student understanding of the course material which can be seen from the student's GPA. Predicting student graduation is very important because this research can make a significant contribution both academically. Understand patterns or factors that influence student success. Provides insights for designing more effective educational interventions, such as academic tutoring. Based on the existing problems, it is necessary to have a system to predict student graduation rates based on existing variables. Attributes used are Name, Name, Gender, School of Origin, Study Program, Year of College Entry, Year of Graduation, Student Status, Marital Status, Age, IPS, GPA and Parent's Occupation. The method used is the Naive Bayes method. Comparison results were carried out using Excel and Rapidminer tools. The resulting accuracy level is 97,96% from 330 training data and 98 test data

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is responsible for the management and distribution of blood in Indonesia, including the Blood Donor Unit (UDD) of PMI Kota Jambi, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the availability of blood for 21 hospitals in Kota Jambi, Muaro Jambi, Batanghari, Tanjung Jabung Timur, as well as hospitals in South Sumatra. However, UDD PMI Kota Jambi can only meet around 81% of the monthly demand, which ranges from 1,900 to 2,100 blood bags. The purpose of this study is to analyze the decrease or increase in the number of donors according to age segmentation, blood type, and rhesus, to be used by UDD PMI in enhancing blood availability programs. This study employs the K-Means Clustering method with data attributes in the form of donor recapitulation data based on age segmentation, blood type, and rhesus monthly from 2021 to 2023. The dataset was obtained from UDD PMI Kota Jambi, consisting of donor recapitulation data from 2021 to 2023 on a monthly basis. Data calculations were performed using the RapidMiner Studio and Microsoft Excel applications. The output generated is a grouping of blood donors per month according to age segmentation, blood type, and rhesus. The results of this study can serve as a reference for recommendations to improve the blood availability program by UDD PMI Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Prostate disease is one of the significant health problems for men, but awareness of the importance of prevention and treatment of this disease is still relatively low. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to build an Android-based educational application specifically focused on the prevention of prostate disease. This research was conducted at Arafat Jambi Islamic Hospital, and this application will be a relevant case study in an effort to increase public awareness about the importance of maintaining prostate health. The input in this research involves the use of the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language as the main tools in building educational applications. The output of this research is an Android application that can be downloaded and used by the community at large. The app will provide reliable information on prostate disease prevention, including steps that can be taken to keep the prostate healthy. The app will also provide advice on a healthy diet, and an active lifestyle. The expected outcome of this research is an increase in the knowledge and awareness of the public, especially men, about prostate disease prevention. Thus, it is hoped that the number of cases of prostate disease that are detected late can be reduced, improving the quality of life of men, and reducing the negative impact of this disease on society.

Abstract

Recording on the standby card or the so-called Health Alert Card (HAC) is still done manually at Jambi Sulthan Thaha Airport. This makes the work less effective and efficient in terms of time to complete work in the field. Seeing these conditions, an application is needed to assist Jambi KKP (Port Health Office) officers or employees in making a policy, therefore a Website-Based Health Alert Card (HAC) data input application for passengers at the Jambi Sulthan Thaha Airport. Which will be applied to assist Jambi KKP (Port Health Office) officers or employees in carrying out their duties to the maximum. With the Web-Based Health Alert Card (HAC) Registration Application at Sulthan Thaha Airport Jambi, it is hoped that it can assist officers or employees in inputting passenger HAC data that is still manual or still recorded as Web-based data input. That way every input data that is inputted to the computer through the Website Application will produce work that is effective, efficient and fast and safe to be stored and managed properly. Making this application is done by collecting data, system design, system analysis, and database design. Making this application program developed with PHP, the database used is MySQL. Data input needs in this application are departure data, airline data, individual admin data, and departure report data.
