Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction. This study used a population of 64 people which was using a population method and were collected by questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the effect of partially variable competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction were positive and significant, the effect of variables simultaneously competence, physical work environment and motivation on job satisfaction were positive and significant and the physical work environment was a dominant variable on employee job satisfaction on the CV. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Denpasar khususnya pada Unit Pemasaran. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 32 responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 25 item pertanyaan. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa insentif finansial, insentif non finansial dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Perusahaan sebaiknya memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, dalam hal ini disarankan agar perusahaan memperhatikan dalam pemberian insentif finansial, non finansial dan motivasi kerja. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, produktivitas dan kemajuan untuk perusahaan. Kata kunci: Insentif Finansial, Insentif non finansial, Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) adalah perilaku yang bukan merupakan bagian dari tugas yang telah di persyaratkan secara formal bagi seorang karyawan tetapi secara keseluruhan mendorong fungsi efektif organisasi. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap oganizational citizenship behavior Karyawan pada Wisata Beach Inn. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Wisata Beach Inn Legian – Kuta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan di Wisata Beach Inn Legian – Kuta. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 40 sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap oganizational citizenship behavior. Kepuasan kerja positif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap oganizational citizenship behavior. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap oganizationalcitizenship behavior. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

Satisfaction of job is an positive feeling about work of samone representing result of from a its characteristic evaluation. Statisfaction of job is pleasant situation emotionally which is yielded from asseeement of work of someone, effective reaction to work of someone, and attitude to work of someone. Satisfaction of  sameone job base on expectation of individual and accomplishmen of requirement which in fact from dimiciling it. Satisfaction of jobhappened when requirement and exemtion relate to work remain to fullfilled. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the compensation, leadership, and physical work environment affects employee satisfaction simultaneously and also partial. Amount of  responder in this research counted 37 employees people. Quantitative analysis method the used is test of R simultan, significance test coefficient of regresi by parsial and regresi analisis. Result of research indicate that compensation, leadership, and environment work pysical by simultan have relation of satisfaction of job. By parsial compensation variable, leadership, and environment work also have an effect on positive to satisfaction of employess job.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial compensation, transformational leadership, and physical working conditions on job satisfaction in employees of PT. Wahyu Utama Lestari. This study used a qualitative research using surveys and questionnaires to 60 respondents. Simultaneously obtained findings that financial compensation variables, transformational leadership, and physical work environment significantly influence the variation in job satisfaction. Other results found that partially can be seen that the variable financial compensation, transformational leadership, and physical work environment positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Finally, transformational leadership variable is the variable that has the most dominant effect on employee job satisfaction.   Keywords : Financial compensation, Transformational Leadership, Physical Work Environment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This article intends to discuss the phenomenon of cultural disruptions due to globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 which have paradoxical consequences for empirical life and in the academic world, especially in the field of anthropology. This study uses a library method with interpretive analysis techniques. The results concluded that globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 had fundamentally changed the order of the people's cultural values. This is a challenge for anthropology to reflect on epistemology and axiology as a logical consequence of changes in the ontology. In the context of Indonesia, the presence of anthropology is expected to be able to explore the plurality of national culture that can be narrated on the academic stage. At the same time, it can be also a productive cultural capital to overcome the challenges of diversity, becoming a driver of change, and strengthening national identity.

Abstract

Human Resources is one of the important factors determining the success of the company. Employees have a dominant role in most operational activities such as planning, coordinating, organizing, executing and supervising work practices. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee welfare programs, work environment and workload on employee performance at LMATS CONSULTING. This research was conducted using the saturated sample method as many as 65 people who are employees at LMATS CONSULTING. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the employee welfare program has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and the workload has a negative and significant impact. The implication of this research is to provide empirical evidence that the theory used in the study refers to the attribution theory. This research can be used as a reference for all parties, both students and universities who want to conduct research with similar variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi dampak dari kelebihan beban kerja dan konflik terhadap kinerja karyawan di industri perbankan. Penelitian yang dilakukan di PT BPR Padma ini melibatkan 56 karyawan dan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, asumsi klasik, dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja yang berlebihan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja. Stres kerja juga memediasi pengaruh beban kerja berlebih dan konflik kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginformasikan penelitian masa depan tentang kinerja karyawan dengan melibatkan lokasi yang lebih beragam dan kompleks. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan terkait peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian selanjutnya sebaiknya melibatkan lokasi penelitian yang lebih beragam dan kompleks serta melibatkan lebih banyak responden.
