Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of demographic and lifestyle on purchase intention Piaggio Vespa motorcycle and how the role of lifestyle in mediating the effect of demographics on purchase intention Piaggio Vespa motorcycles. This study used path analysis technique is accompanied by sobel test. The results of this study indicate that demographic variables are positive and significant effect on the lifestyle, demographic and lifestyle variables positive and significant effect on purchase intention Vespa Piaggio motorcycles, as well as lifestyle able to mediate the effect of demographics on purchase intention Piaggio Vespa motorcycles. Lifestyle able to be variable partial mediation, it indicates that lifestyle serves to bridge the influence of demographic variables on purchase intention Piaggio Vespa motorcycles.

Abstract

Fokus pembangunan masyarakat bukan hanya bidang kemandirian pangan, namun juga bidang kemandirian kesehatan melalui pembudidayaan dan pemanfaatan tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA). Seringkali masyarakat hanya tahu dalam hal menanam tanpa mengetahui kegunaannya tanaman tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan serta ketrampilan masyarakat dalam pemberdayaan dan pengelolaan TOGA antidiabetik sebagai upaya preventif terhadap penyakit diabetes. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode Community Development. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat awal kegiatan yaitu kategori kurang dengan rata-rata nilai 4,74. Setelah mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan, hasil post-test menunjukkan rata-rata pengetahuan peserta mengalami peningkatan menjadi 8,10 atau kategori baik. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan TOGA antidiabetik yang terdiri dari tanaman pegagan (Centella asiatica), tanaman sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata) dan tanaman binahong (Anredera cordifolia) sebagai bahan alam dalam upaya preventif mengendalikan kadar gula darah.   Kata kunci : Antidiabetes, kemandirian kesehatan, TOGA

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital technology and the increasing awareness of environmental issues have transformed global marketing strategies. However, the integration of digital marketing and green marketing in educational settings, particularly in the context of sustainable marketing, remains underexplored. This study aims to investigate the effect of implementing contextual-based learning through the integration of digital and green marketing on improving students literacy in sustainable marketing management. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, involving 90 students as participants. Data analysis was conducted using Paired Sample T-Test. The results revealed a significant increase in the average score from the pretest (64,20) to the posttest (76,95), demonstrating a 12,75 point improvement in students' literacy. The integration of digital and green marketing in contextual learning proved effective in significantly enhancing students' understanding of sustainable marketing principles (p < 0,001). This approach contributes to bridging the gap between theory and practice, fostering students ability to apply marketing concepts in real-world sustainability contexts.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) di industri perhotelan, dengan studi kasus pada Hotel Conrad Bali. Fokus utama penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana praktik GHRM telah diimplementasikan dalam aspek rekrutmen, pelatihan, evaluasi kinerja, penghargaan, dan disiplin kerja yang mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan. Metode Penelitian: Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan kuesioner skala Likert kepada manajer dan karyawan hotel, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen internal perusahaan.   Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis tematik serta statistik deskriptif, dengan validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen diuji melalui uji korelasi dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Implikasi:Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GHRM di Hotel Conrad Bali berada dalam kategori "Baik", dengan skor rata-rata 3,66. GHRM telah diintegrasikan secara cukup konsisten ke dalam operasional manajemen sumber daya manusia. Implikasi dari temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa GHRM berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan karyawan dan membentuk budaya kerja yang mendukung keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi industri perhotelan untuk mengembangkan strategi SDM berbasis lingkungan yang efektif, serta menjadi dasar bagi penelitian lanjutan dalam mengukur dampak nyata GHRM terhadap kinerja lingkungan secara lebih objektif.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to evaluate acceptance of Green Marketing strategies in Penglipuran Village, Bali, which is known with draft ecotourism and conservation culture. The main focus of this study is to measure visitors' perception of four Green Marketing indicators: Green Product, Green Price, Green Place, and Green Promotion. Research methods: Data obtained through questionnaire distributed to 57 respondents, with results analysis of validity and reliability that shows that all items in the instrument are valid and reliable. Results and discussions: The results of the validity test show r value count more than 0,30 to all items, with Green Product indicators obtained highest scores, followed by Green Place, Green Price, and Green Promotion. The results of the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha show consistent values ​​between 0,754 and 0,899, with a total Cronbach's Alpha value of 0,818, indicating that the instrument is very reliable. Implication: Although in a way overall, acceptance towards Green Marketing in Penglipuran Village is in the "Good" category, there are a number of aspects that still need to be improved, such as environmentally friendly packaging, promotion of sustainability, and determination of environmentally friendly product prices.
