Abstract

There is no recent research that examines the results of research on the Visualization Auditory Kinesthetic learning model on science learning outcomes at the elementary school level. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic (VAK) learning model on science learning outcomes in elementary schools. The method used is a meta-analysis of a narrative review or systematic review by analyzing the results of research that have been published nationally related to the use of the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic model of learning outcomes in science in elementary schools. The sample of analysis is five journals that have been published in the period 2013-2020, which discuss the writing of experiments using the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic model of science learning outcomes. The approach used is descriptive quantitative, namely calculating the effect size by identifying the mean, standard deviation, and variance of the t-test calculation. The writing instrument is a coding sheet that summarizes the data and journal information. Based on the results of the overall effect analysis, the average value of the influence is 3.67, which means that it is in the large effect category. The analysis findings also show that the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic learning model provides an effective influence in terms of the area and the dependent variable as well as the learning media used. In each article that has been analyzed for the effect size, there are differences in the results of the Visual Auditory Kinesthetic learning model which is assisted by learning media, and those that are not assisted by learning media. learn science in elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan permasalahan kurangnya penggunaan lembar kerja siswa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang mengakibatkan siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan guru. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menciptakan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) interaktif berbasis mind mapping pada muatan IPA materi otot manusia untuk siswa kelas V SD. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu 1 ahli isi mata pelajaran, 1 ahli desain pembelajaran, 1 ahli media pembelajaran, dan siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan desain ADDIE. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode nontes dengan jenis kuesioner/angket. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji validitas media oleh para ahli dan uji coba media memperoleh hasil yang sangat baik. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa LKPD interaktif berbasis mind mapping layak dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu LKPD interaktif berbasis mind mapping dapat digunakan guru sebagai bahan ajar tambahan dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang inovatif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Rendahnya kompetensi pengetahuan IPAS disebabkan karena minimnya minat belajar siswa dan suasana pembelajaran yang kurang interaktif. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis model Pembelajaran Somatic, Auditory, Visualization, Intellectualy (SAVI) berbantuan media permainan rakyat terhadap kompetensi pengetahuan IPAS siswa sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif desain kuasi eksperimen, dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. Populasi berjumlah 645 siswa. Jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 64 siswa, diperoleh menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen berupa tes objektif. Teknik analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Teknik pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis data diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,861 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,998. Sehingga thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, yang berarti model SAVI berbantuan media permainan rakyat berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pengetahuan IPAS siswa SD. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan guru mampu menerapkan model pembelajaran inovatif dengan menggunakan model SAVI berbantuan permainan rakyat dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran IPAS.

Abstract

Mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PG-PAUD) adalah calon generasi penerus Guru PAUD dalam mengelola Administrasi pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Artikel ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengeksplorasi tentang bagaimana eksistensi mahasiswa S1 PG-PAUD dalam perannya mengelola administrasi Pendidikan Anak Usia yang dimana pada dewasa ini sebagian besar PAUD (Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini) belum meliliki Administrasi Pendidikan yang sistematis dan akuntabel. Fenomena tersebut mengisyaratkan bahwa dibutuhkan lulusan S1 PG-PAUD yang tidak hanya mampu mengajar anak usia dini secara baik, namun juga memahami dasar manajemen tata kelola Pendidikan Anak Usia dini sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan secara optimal. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tekhnik observasi, dan kajian studi literasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan potensi yang harus digali oleh mahasiswa S1 PG-PAUD agar mampu eksis dalam mengelola Administrasi Pendidikan Anak Usia dini secara efektif dan efisien ialah kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi, berkerja dengan Tim, manajemen waktu, menguasai tekhnik evaluasi pembelajaran, dan merancang administrasi Pendidikan (RPP, Silabus, Kurikulum dan perangkat pembelajaran lainnya) sehingga menjadi pribadi yang Profesional, berintegritas dan tidak hanya bisa memberikan contoh teori saja namun bisa menjadi contoh atau teladan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the learning modelProblem Based Learning with the help of trainers and teacher pedagogic competencies on student learning outcomes in the subject of Class XI TITL Electrical Motor Installation at SMK Negeri 1 Denpasar. This type of research is included in the type of researchpre-experiment. The population in this study amounted to 44 people. The sample in this study were 40 people who were determined by techniquesimple random sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and conductingpretest before experiment andposttest after carrying out the experiment. Data analysis was performed using a one-way covariance analysis technique. The results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant influence from the application of the learning modelProblem Based Learning at the price of Fcount= 280.382, p = 0.000. (2) After the pedagogic competence is controlled, there is a significant influence from the application of the learning modelProblem Based Learning with the help of a trainer indicated by price Fcount=294.285, p=0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to assess several aspects regarding the performance of State High School teachers in Denpasar City, namely: 1) the level of determination of transformational leadership on teachers' performance, 2) the level of determination of work ethic on teachers' performance, 3) the level of determination of organizational commitment on teachers' performance, 4) the level of determination of work motivation on teachers' performance, and 5) the combined determination of transformational leadership, work ethic, organizational commitment, and work motivation on the performance of State High School teachers in Denpasar City. The study employed an "ex-post facto" approach with a large sample of 233 participants. The findings revealed significant insights: Firstly, there was a significant determination between transformational leadership and teachers' performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.433 and an effective contribution of 9.01%. Secondly, there was a significant determination between work ethic and teachers' performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.314 and an effective contribution of 4.71%. Thirdly, there was a significant determination between organizational commitment and teachers' performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.255 and an effective contribution of 0.38%. Fourthly, there was a significant determination between work motivation and teachers' performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.513 and an effective contribution of 19.01%. Finally, collectively, there was a significant determination between transformational leadership, work ethic, organizational commitment, and work motivation on teachers' performance, with a double correlation coefficient of 0.575 and a determination of 33.1% on the performance of State High School teachers in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain and describe the positive and significant influence of participative leadership, religiosity, spiritual intelligence, and organizational commitment together on teacher performance at the Saint Yoseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. The type of research used is quantitative research with a causal associative research strategy. Data analysis used in this study is a partial significant test (t-test) and a simultaneous significant test (F-test). The results of this study are that participatory leadership has a partial positive effect on teacher performance at the Saint Yoseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.294> 1.98 and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. Religiosity has a partial positive effect on Teacher Performance at the Saint Yoseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. This is evidenced by the t-count value of 3.160> 1.98 and a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Spiritual Intelligence has a partial positive effect on Teacher Performance at the Saint Joseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. This is evidenced by the t-test value of 3.799 > 1.98 and the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Work Commitment has a partial positive effect on Teacher Performance at the Saint Joseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar. This is evidenced by the t-test value of 2.127 > 1.98 and the significance value of 0.036 < 0.05. The study found that all hypotheses in this study have been proven significantly. Participatory leadership, religiosity, spiritual intelligence, and work commitment have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The variable that has the greatest influence on teacher performance at the Saint Joseph Catholic Private School, Denpasar is spiritual intelligence. The implication of this study is that participatory leadership, religiosity, spiritual intelligence, and work commitment have an equally important role both individually and together in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

The students' poor learning outcomes can be attributed to the application of conventional teaching methods limited interactive media, and a lack of student engagement. This research was focused on fifth-grade elementary school students to develop problem-based learning video media for the topic "Harmony in Ecosystems" in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) lessons. This research employed quantitative methods using the ADDIE development model. Data collection methods invoved questionnaires/surveys, with data analyzed through descriptive quantitative and inferential statistical techniques. The research findings are as follows: (1) The design and development of the learning video media received an evaluation score of 92.50% (excellent) from instructional design experts. (2) The quality of the learning video was assessed as follows: content expert evaluation scored 90% (excellent), instructional design expert evaluation scored 91.66% (excellent), learning media expert evaluation scored 91.66% (excellent), individual testing scored 92.50% (excellent), and small group testing scored 90.83% (excellent). (3) The t-test results showed a t-value of 2.07, with a critical t-value of 1.71 for 23 degrees of freedom at a 5% significance level (α = 0.05). Since t-value exceeds the t-table value, the null hypothesis (H₀) is dismissed, and the alternative hypothesis (H₁) is supported. Consequently, the findings of this research demonstrate that the use of problem-based learning video media proves to be an effective method for teaching the "Harmony in Ecosystems" topic within the Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) curriculum for fifth-grade elementary school students.

Abstract

The teacher's lack of understanding in developing an interesting learning media in the learning process, especially in the delivery of science material in the classroom, is still conventional. The aim of this research is to describe the design of digital comic media based on science subject problems, to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of digital comic media. This digital comic development research uses the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The results of this development research concluded that the problem-based digital comics developed were feasible and effective for use in the learning process as evidenced by: (1) the results of expert design tests obtained a score of 92.50% (very good) (2) the feasibility of problem-based digital comic media based on the results of the learning material expert test, the score was 91.18% (very good), the learning design expert and learning media expert obtained a score of 92.50% (very good), the individual test obtained a score of 94.16% (very good), the group test small score is obtained 93.61% (good), and (3) the results of the effectiveness test with the t-test obtained t-count = 23.256 > t-table = 1.711 at a significance level of 5% for dk = 24 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means there is significant differences before and after using problem-based digital comic media. It can be concluded that problem-based digital comic media products are feasible and effective for application in natural and social sciences subjects, especially in class V elementary school human respiratory system material.
