Abstract

This study aims to describe the break even point analysis at the Epik Sewing House in Mojokerto Ward in 2017 - 2019. The data studied are sales reports of the Epik Sewing House for 2017 - 2019. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data analysis was performed using break even point analysis, namely through the collection of data from companies such as cost data and sales data. Classify costs, calculate break even points, determine target return on capital, and make business development plans. The results show that the Break Even Point Analysis at the Epik Sewing House in Mojokerto Ward is in accordance with the calculation of the break even point in 2017, 2018, and 2019.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of VBA Excel application. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The research used documentary data instrument. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis. This study analyzes the merchandise inventory system based on Microsoft Office Excel 2010 at CV Trikarta Jaya Indonesia in 2021. The results of this study are depicted in graphical form which is the result of recapitulation of merchandise inventory stock. The graph presented shows that the merchandise inventory system using Microsoft Office Excel is more effective and efficient than the manual system.

Abstract

This Community Service aims to describe the development of information technology in the field of accounting has a significant impact, especially on accounting information systems in a business organization. In the world of banking, service is important because performance is directly related to the number of customers. The use of methods in the process of implementing this PKM activity is categorized into five main stages, namely: 1) preparation and organization; 2) preparing the agenda, materials, and training instruments; 3) implementation of training activities; 4) assistance in applying information technology basics; and 5) evaluation. Developments in processing accounting information ultimately have an impact on individual performance and the services provided by banks. So that the achievement of this service activity lies in the effectiveness of time and the convenience that can be obtained with a computerized system that is integrated with information technology. This is indicated by a significant increase in employee performance skills in work management at Bank BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Magetan City.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, brand awareness and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Blackdog Store Sidoarjo. The background to the problem of this research is competition between businesses, as well as efforts to increase the existence of distros and the lack of public trust in local products such as distros. Seeing this phenomenon, researchers conducted an analysis of the influence and relationship of product quality, brand awareness and price on consumer purchasing decisions at the Blackdog Store Sidoarjo. The analysis used in this research is quantitative and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the number of respondents obtained being 45 respondents. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis via the T test and F test. The results of this research show that product quality, brand awareness and price have a significant partial and simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions at the Blackdog Store Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the amount of sales volume at PT. Timur Jaya Sentosa from 2018 to 2020 , (2) determine the amount of distribution costs at PT. Timur Jaya Sentosa from 2018 to 2020. And (3) determine the effect of distribution costs on sales volume at PT. Timur Jaya Sentosa from 2018 to 2020. The results of this study indicate that the sales volume of PT. Timor Jaya Sentosa always increases every year, and the Distribution Costs incurred by PT. Timor Jaya Sentosa always increase every year. And based on the hypothesis testing, there is a positive and significant effect of distribution costs on the sales volume of PT. Timur Jaya Sentosa

Abstract

Dinamika pengelolaan sumber daya manusia telah mengalami pergeseran fundamental dalam satu dekade terakhir, bergerak dari fungsi administratif menuju mitra strategis bisnis yang adaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan evolusi peran Human Resource (HR) melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap jurnal-jurnal bereputasi yang terbit antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025. Selain kajian literatur, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan data empiris melalui observasi lapangan langsung pada dua raksasa industri, yaitu PT Amerta Indah Otsuka dan PT Atlantik Biruraya. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain campuran (mixed-method) dengan menyandingkan antara teori akademis terkini dengan praktik nyata yang diamati saat kunjungan industri. Hasil tinjauan literatur menunjukkan tren dominan pada digitalisasi HR, Green HRM, dan kesejahteraan karyawan sebagai pilar utama keberlanjutan organisasi modern. Temuan lapangan di PT Amerta Indah Otsuka memvalidasi teori talent development melalui budaya inovasi "Otsuka People" yang sangat kuat dan terstruktur rapi. Sebaliknya, PT Atlantik Biruraya menunjukkan implementasi manajemen efisiensi operasional yang ketat sebagai bentuk adaptasi strategi HR terhadap kompetisi pasar air minum. Analisis ini juga diperkuat dengan perspektif akademis dari Nuryadi (2025) yang menekankan pentingnya integrasi nilai lokal dalam strategi manajemen modern. Sinergi antara teori global dan praktik lokal ini menghasilkan model pengelolaan SDM yang tidak hanya produktif secara ekonomi tetapi juga humanis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kesuksesan organisasi masa depan sangat bergantung pada kelincahan HR dalam menyeimbangkan adopsi teknologi dengan pemberdayaan manusia. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini ditujukan bagi pelaku UMKM agar mulai menerapkan standar manajemen manusia yang lebih profesional. Artikel ini diharapkan menjadi referensi komprehensif bagi akademisi dan praktisi.
