Abstract

Impulse buying is a phenomenon that can occur in all generations but more done by the generation that undergoes a change that is the age of adolescents who step on the early adulthood of the Y generation who actually do not have the financial ability to meet their needs. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy on the impulsive buying behavior of online products in Y generation. This research is a descriptive research type, with a quantitative approach. The population of 733 students. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling by using purposive sampling type with sample of 142 students. The subject of this research is the students of university. Data collection technique using questionnaire. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that there is influence of financial literacy on impulse buying behavior of online product in Y generation. It means the higher the student's financial literacy, the lower the impulse buying behavior. Conversely, the lower the student's financial literacy, the higher the impulse buying behavior. Data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The result of data analysis shows that financial literacy has negative effect, but significant to impulsive buying behavior of online product in Y generation. It means The higher student's financial literacy, the lower impulse buying behavior. Conversely, the lower student's financial literacy, the higher impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

Welfare is one of the most important aspects of maintaining and fostering social and economic stability because it is necessary to minimize social jealousy in society. This study aims to analyze the effect of economic consumption on the welfare of the society in Sampang district. This research uses quantitative approach. This research conducted in Sampang District by using time series data and this research is analyzed by using linear regression technique. According to the result of research indicate that consumption has significant positive effect on the welfare of the society in Sampang district. Based on the results of research that has been conducted, consumption significantly influences the welfare of the society in Sampang district.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh operasional pelayanan terhadap pendaftaran pasien di Rumah Sakit Umum Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo, Mojokerto. Mendapatkan layanan kesehatan adalah salah satu hak dasar penduduk Indonesia, selain layanan pendidikan, hukum perlindungan, layanan kesehatan yang mudah juga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesehatan masyarakat. RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto adalah salah satu layanan pemerintah yang menyediakan layanan dalam kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kesehatan kualitas layanan terhadap pendaftaran pasien di RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas layanan terhadap pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto, lima dimensi kualitas yang digunakan, yang nyata, keandalan, proses responsif, kepastian, dan empati. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dan merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian adalah RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto. Staf pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan digunakan sebagai informan sesuai dengan deskripsi pekerjaan di RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto. Data sedang dikumpulkan dengan mengamati, wawancara mendalam, dan juga dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan reduksi data, tinjauan data, dan kesimpulan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan pelayanan kesehatan di RSU dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto terhadap pelanggan yang mengalami layanan yang diberikan telah mampu memberikan kepuasan

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of customer satisfaction at AHASS Daya Motor in 2020-2021. The data collection technique used is the documentation technique. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis technique. The result of this marketing strategy research are based on four main elements, namely product, price, place, promotion which are determined to be successful. The theory of customer behavior consists of four theories, namely microeconomic theory, psychological theory, sociological theory, and anthropological theory. The factors influencing service quality consist of tangible, reability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Benefits provided to customers by trying to understand consumers desires. So that each company is expected to have understanding and knowledge about customers, understand customer needs specifically, and have comfortable operating times for customers.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of VBA Excel application. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The research used documentary data instrument. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis. This study analyzes the merchandise inventory system based on Microsoft Office Excel 2010 at CV Trikarta Jaya Indonesia in 2021. The results of this study are depicted in graphical form which is the result of recapitulation of merchandise inventory stock. The graph presented shows that the merchandise inventory system using Microsoft Office Excel is more effective and efficient than the manual system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the threat of stagflation on investment realization in East Java Province in 2019-2022. The data studied is quarterly secondary data (time series) from the first quarter of 2019 to the fourth quarter of 2022 with a total sample of 16 quarters (for each variable), sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Investment and One-Stop Services Office (DPMPTSP). Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, statistical tests and multiple linear regression analysis which were processed using SPSS version 25 software. The results of this study obtained the Stagflation Threat of GRDP Economic Growth with a Sig. 0.990 > 0.05 so it partially has a positive but not significant effect on investment realization. As a result of obstacles to economic performance such as the Covid-19 pandemic. The Threat of Stagflation Inflation obtained Sig. 0.013 <0.05, so partially has a positive and significant effect on investment realization. East Java was able to rise amid rising inflation. The Threat of Stagflation of Economic Growth (GRDP) and Inflation obtained a Sig value of 0.027 <0.05 so that they simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on investment realization.

Abstract

This Community Service is carried out with the aim of providing a real picture of the application or implementation of the knowledge that has been obtained in lectures and comparing it with conditions in the field and increasing student knowledge in overcoming problems in the community and also providing benefits to increase student knowledge in learning new things related with the community and marine sontoh sea tourism. The method used in community service activities is by conducting an initial survey regarding the potential of the selected tourism as the location of the PKM, determining the right time for the implementation of the PKM, coordinating with Pokdarwis regarding the work program to be carried out, direct socialization to the community. The results obtained from community service activities that focus on developing tourist objects by adding infrastructure that can be useful to attract tourists and MSMEs, so as to increase sales and human resources. Based on the results of observations and discussions the Pkm Surabaya 3 team has compiled a work program as follows, namely an introduction to tourism video with the aim of helping to show the characteristics of marine marine tourism, reforestation which is useful for making the marine sontoh marine tourism environment more beautiful, signposts are made to make it easier the tourists go to the marine tourism location of Sontoh Laut, photo spots with the aim of providing the beauty of the place, so that tourists when visiting are interested in taking pictures, socializing with the aim of adding insight to the surrounding community and maintaining existing cultural values so that they become characteristics and characteristics from marine tourism to sontoh laut, and finally an additional program, namely teaching the Koran and English.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset dan Return on Equity terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba pada PT Indospring Tbk. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menerapkan metode pendekatan asosiatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder. Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel Independen dan variabel Dependen adalah Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Uji Hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel Retun on Asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Retun on Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba, Return on Asset dan Return on Equity berpengaruh positif terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada PT Indospring Tbk.

Abstract

Penerapan strategi pemasaran dalam perusahaan sangat berpengaruh dalam kinerja perusahaan yang bersangkutan. Berhasil atau tidaknya perusahaan sangat ditentukan bagaimana cara yang dikembangkan oleh perusahaan untuk dapat bersaing merebut konsumen dalam penerapan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi pemasaran Justmine Beauty secara online yang dilakukan oleh agen Yuyun di Lamongan melalui Tik Tok dan Instagram dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemasaran Justmine Beauty secara online melalui Tik Tok dan Instagram terhadap penjualannya yang dilakukan oleh agen Yuyun di Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data primer, yang saya peroleh secara langsung dari sumber datanya, yaitu langsung mewawancarai agen Yuyun Justmine Beauty tentang peningkatan dan penurunan penjualannya perbulan, untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksaan strategi pemasaran yang di lakukan oleh agen Yuyun sangat berpengaruh terhadap volume penjualan Justmine Beauty terutama dikalangan anak muda yang sudah banyak menggunakan produk skincare. Strategi pemasaran dengan baik mengalami peningkatan minat konsumen untuk menggunakan produk Justmine Beauty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sistem akuntansi penggajian yang diterapkan pada Rumah Terapi Nameera. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, simpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem akuntansi penggajian pada Rumah Terapi Nameera menggunakan fungsi yang terkait, Dokumen yang digunakan, Catatan akuntansi, Jaringan yang membentuk sistem, pengolahan data penggajian sudah menggunakan komputerisasi sehingga memudahkan dalam pengolahan data. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaan sistem penggajian yang diterapkan belum dikatakan baik karena saat jam hadir maupun jam lembur karyawan bagian staff admin tidak ada pencatatan data yang detail sehingga bisa merugikan karyawan maupun Rumah Terapi Nameera.
